The hood of my brand new Hyundai Santa Fe was mysteriously dented by we-dont-know-what, so I took it to Service King. Another Service King had previously done a perfect job repairing a lot of severe damage on a Toyota Highlander of mine. They managed to locate a new hood for the Santa Fe and had the car ready to go in less than two days, which I didnt even think was possible. Of course the work was perfect and youd never know the car had ever been touched. The people were friendly and enjoyable to deal with. What more could you want?

Awesome customer service and quick service. He gave me a very detailed explanation of what they would be doing to my car and sent updates every couple of days. He even stayed past closing time so I could come pick up my car when it was ready. Would definitely recommend this location!

A hail storm last month brought about the unexpected blessing an excellent experience at this Service King. Christina and Deborah were kind, courteous, and professional. They communicated everything related to the car repair from the estimate and throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure that our cars were handled with utmost quality and attention to detail. I don’t have any complaints about customer service Christina took care of me the way she supposed to taken care of a customer specially when you have a vehicle in the shop she keep me updated with the details and parts that need to be ordered, Where I’m really not satisfied is with the job at of the tech, first I took a look at it before I drove off found a couple flaws in the paint thankfully Christina was able to tell the tech to get it fixed. When I got a call for my vehicle was ready for me to pick up I open my door realize it was two screws missing inside of the truck call Christina right away she took care of me. Then I noticed couple of scratches on my door handle, (inside of vehicle door) again Christina had to order me another piece And she kept me have posted whenever the part was delivered and ready for it to install, Now it’s been a month or two since I got my vehicle washed as I told water and soap and I noticed a couple of marks from the buffer machine where you can see it once the light hits the panel you see with the reflection. Compare to the other side of the vehicle and it’s not the same do you see those marks of the buffer machine.Again overall I think this should be Technician and Collision agent should be in the same page before make sure you reach the standards of the shop.

Took my car in for collision repair. Temperature sensor got damaged in the process. They ordered a new one for me and installed it no charge. Followed up with me to make sure the repairs were satisfactory. Thanks guys!

I work for an insurance company which we sent out a vehicle for an estimate. We planned to give them all of our business depending on how this repair was done. Estimate seemed high so we hired an adjuster to go out there which Service King estimate was twice as much! We decided to send a tow truck to send it to where our customer wanted to get it fixed, which agreed on the estimate our adjuster had provided. We paid Service King for labor on the tear down the admin paperwork and storage. Once the car was received at the Collision Center that of our customers choice he noticed a lot of parts were missing. I called the tow truck which agreed. I then called Service King which wanted to point the finger at the tow truck driver. I had to send one of our employees to pick up the parts. They had removed parts that had NOTHING to do with the damage. I was very disappointed with this service & we will NOT be using them for any of our business. We will also make sure our customers dont use them. You might have a Big Name but without us a very bad reputation. I would really like for someone from the Corporate office contact me about this situation. As a professional person this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Been there as a direct and indirect customer. Cant say its cheap or quick but it as near as a perfect repair as possible through insurance. I have found cheaper and quicker services but the warranty component is iffy where as here its a no brainer. You need to weight it out. Cost and speed can be beat but quality and warranty is very hard to beat.

Not very impressed with staffs friendliness. Stopped to ask questions about the estimate process and instead of having questions answered I was told that they were getting ready to close and they would have to call me in the morning to make an appointment as they only serviced customers by appt. According to their posted hours, they werent closing for another 45 minutes and it shouldnt have been a problem for them to answer a few questions.

I have to give this guys a review and big props.I was very hesitant when it came to getting my car fixed here since I usually go to the dealership but I have to say that they went above and beyond.First, they gave 3 days to finish the work on my car and they took 2 and a half days. Bravo.Second, they detailed my car my inside and out and I mean they detailed it. Bravo again.Third, the customer service was amazing, really nice people and really humble.Thank you guys and if I ever need any work done on my car I will definitely bring my car here, no doubt.

The absolute worst experience dealing with a body shop (Omar) who was the one dealing with my vehicle. It took over a month for me to receive my car back for damage to my door and fender. Their lack of communication was horrible and they never could give me an exact date when the car would be repaired, the date was changed 4 times via text. And after over a month i received it back. The inside was dirty and multiple things were messed with on the inside, and the original fender from my accident was still on and hanging to the floor. And on top of that my door was NOT properly installed because I have to slam it to close. I am not a complicated person but I will pay money out of my pocket to have the job done right. I went back a week or two later after hesitating to give my car back, and Deborah was very sweet apologetic, and helpful in making sure I was attended and things were made right. (Although my door still isnt properly put on) She did what she could to help me. I will never take my car to service king again or this location.

My car was hit in the front and they were going to Total it but when they called the insurance company and told them it had such low mileage they decided to go ahead and fix it. They did a wonderful job. It looks brand-new in the front and it was pretty bad. Thank you Service King.

Im baffled by the previous reviews left, especially regarding Omar. Omar was the most helpful, courteous, professional person involved in all of this insurance claim. My car came out perfect, his communication was excellent, and the service was even completed early! I was even hesitant to go here after reading all of the reviews, but Im happy to say that this Service King location proved me to be horribly wrong.

Ive had my car at service king in Richardson location 2 years ago and they did an amazing job & my advisor was so awesome! I wish i could say the same thing for Omar.I dropped off my car on November 2 at this location Deborah I think that was her name she took my car from me and did the paper work. I wasnt worried because I just knew my car is going to be done quick and is going to look great because of my first time experience with Service King but i was so WRONG.My advisor was Omar & i will tell you this he is the most unprofessional advisor Ive ever dealt with.I dont want to go to details because its to much to write.I dropped off my car on Friday November 2nd & i picked up my car Wednesday December 5th.I had to get my insurance involved cause otherwise my car wouldnt been finished yet.Deborah your awesome!!!

I had a great experience with Service King, and here’s why:I brought my car in for significant bumper and undercarriage repair due to getting rear-ended. The other driver’s insurance covered 100% of the repairs and the rental car. When I got to Service King, Andrew, who was very friendly and professional, had me in and out quickly and easily arranged for someone from Enterprise to pick me up and take me to the rental location. My car was in the shop a little longer than I expected, but Andrew called and kept me updated the entire time. When I got my car back, the bumper repairs looked like new and they even cleaned the interior and washed the exterior. However, as I was driving out of the parking lot, I noticed that the leather on my steering wheel was scratched to hell, which happened while my car was at Service King. I turned around and showed Andrew and he assured me that he would be in contact with someone immediately and would call me later in the day to resolve it. He called me within 30 minutes and said that Service King would repair my steering wheel at no cost and would even send someone to my house to do the repair so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. I scheduled the repair and three days later, my steering wheel looked better than it did before I brought my car in to Service King. Moral of the story is: We’re human and make mistakes, I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt and assume the person who scratched my steering wheel didn’t know that he/she did so, and Service King went above and beyond to make the situation better. I would absolutely return to this location.

My car has been here almost a month now! Ive been called in 2 times for pickup and the paint had bubbles and a scratch on my car. So they say let us fix it, I go back and my car looked worse the 2nd time. I finally got my insurance co involved who in turn qot service king quality control. So Im assured that my car will go through a white glove inspection. I was called and told my car would be ready...and Ive heard NOTHING! So I can only assume that it didnt pass and another slop job was done on it.
