November 2020. I would like to thank Sam. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional with my auto repair. He was also able to address underlying issues related to my car and make repairs within my financial budget. I also appreciate the free towing I was able to utilize after my auto accident. He was also able to provide state inspection so that I didnt have to get it done at another location. He had my Equinox in running condition within an appropriate time frame and allowed me time to test drive my automobile to confirm reliability. All in all, I highly recommend Budget Auto Body Shop and give it 5 plus stars. Will definitely return if need be in the future.

I redid my system here. Their radios have warranties and they dont give you grief if theres a problem. Ill actually be paying them in a few days for a back up camera. Good prices

I took a car that was being given to my daughter who lives in Washington state to this shop. I asked them to check everything and to let me know about repairs so that both my daughter and I could pay before she came down to Texas. I explained that I wanted to ensure that the car was safe since she was coming down with a friend and driving across country back to Seattle. They assure me that they would let me know & get back with me. After leaving the car, there wasnt a follow up & it was very hard getting in contact with them over the phone. No one hatdly answered and after the car was fixed, another auto shop called ace in mesquite noticed a potentially fatal issue in which the axle was worn and broken. I was able to get it fixed at the other auto place but am somewhat disappointed that this shop missed something that could have ended tragically. Im just glad that it was caught in time.

Its a half a day this place was the best choice that I ever could have made.I took my car there and it was done within 48 hours the dent looked it so bad on my truck. When I drove up to get my car and looked at like a brand new fresh off the lot.I recommend this place to everybody that need body repair for their vehicle. And its also affordable for anyone. Had my 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche repainted as well as the windows repaired in the rear of the cab. (Have to reschedule the windshield replacement from a rock-crack due to a schedule conflict on my end, but this stuff happens.) They were fast, courteous, and professional. They gave me a custom color to match my business colors and brought the old molding back to life with some fresh bed-liner. It’s really made this old work truck look new and has helped to bring it into the 2020’s. Definitely will be coming back to have a reverse camera, updated stereo system (current Bluetooth cuts in and out) as well as whatever else catches my imagination. Love this old truck and I’m happy to have a reliable place to help me keep it up to date. These guys are awesome! Thank you!

Honestly. One star is because the owner lowered the price after quality was not up to par. Second star for quick work.After the service and price was verbally agreed upon, vehicle was dropped off, and card acceptance stickers on the front door noticed: The work was completed half-way. There was a piece of my mirror missing (later was found under the hood by a mechanic). Quality/coverage of the paint job was patchy, I asked for it to be retouched and the mechanic argued, but took care of it. Still wrinkly looking, but acceptable. When the owner was called to solve the problem, the mechanics lingered behind him making faces at me, snickering. UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner during the discussion was calm, but MISOGYNISTIC. He ACTUALLY SAID: “You talk too much” AS HE TOUCHED MY FACE — DURING A **PANDEMIC**. The owner lowered the price due to “not wanting to argue” and would only alter the price IF I MADE A POSITIVE REVIEW. Needless to say, I don’t lie.NEVER COMING BACK.

Great worker very genuine and want try to get over on you. This is the 😁 best place to take your vehicles for mechanical work or even tint work. I got my Dodge Challenger tinted and some other work done and they are amazing when I say the best tinter in the city!!!! I could have my windows down soon when he was done no bubbles !! I have had so many cars tinted in my time that I have had to take back for them to redo several times before they got it right. and believe me when I say he is the best please go visits them u will not be disappointed.

Prices are fair and they appear to be honest about what is wrong with your vehicle.

I was worried about the colors blending well together due to my front bumper being wrecked.. But the guy did an amazing job.. Even my family and friends complimenting my car.. Looks brand new off the lot.. And the time he mentioned to have my car done.. They did..

The audio guy works alone i get it but hes unprofessional and probably needs some help up there. My friend has ben sitting there 2 hours for him to fix the power to her windows he failed to re connect on a previous install. So needless to say ill never go there.

Had a totaled bumper and headlight. It was completely repair with new bumper matching original color. Took it in Wed. told me it would be ready by Mon. They called me Saturday saying it was ready for pick up. Plus a car wash.

I was referred to the shop by my dad. Brought my car to be repaired for a great price, and it was done in a reasonable time. If I have any other issues I will definitely be coming here again. Thanks Sam & the team

Do not take you vehicle to this establishment. The owners name is Sam very rude and very unprofessional with no customer service skills. For one I contacted Sam through email and sent him some photos of my vehicle that needed to be fixed, it took him forever to send me an estimate and I kept having to call to remind him that I was still waiting for an estimate. I finally got an estimate and agreed to the price however he told me that he doesnt have time to look for the parts because my car was built in 1996, so he told me that I would need to buy my own parts. Bad customer service.Never the less I purchased my own parts online. I mean how does a body shop a place that fixes cars, that they cant handle the job and you need to help. Wow! Isnt that what I,m paying you for? So parts come in the mail and I had to deliver them my self to his place of business a whole week passes by and I call to see what the status is of my car to find out that the fender didnt fit. Second bad customer service.Why did I have to call you to find out a week later that the part will not work really? Your suppose to call me Im the customer remember. Then Sam tells me that I need to find another part. Third bad customer service because as the owner you should take the initiative and find the part. I am the customer I cant stress that enough.So another week later I call to follow up and he says that he is still waiting for the fender mind you this Im the one thats always calling them for follow ups on my vehicle. Another week later the part comes in the mail and they start working on it again. Were now three weeks in. After the part comes in and it gets put on I never get a call saying that its ready to be picked up so I had to call them. Were now a month into this fix.I picked up the vehicle and inspected it and come to find out the side mirror is broken the insulation for underneath the hood is missing and my hood does not shut properly. I took it home because I had to make it to work on time and didnt have the time. So I take it home and half way home the brand new bumper that was installed by Budget Auto Body Shop cracked in two places in the front and on the side and the hood pops up on the road. I called Sam and he said that he would take care of the bumper and the insulation underneath the hood and the latch to close the hood. So about two days later I bring the car back and show him the damages to the mirror and the missing insulation peace and that the hood doesnt close he said he would fix all but the mirror.I drop off the vehicle once again that same day. Again no follow up phone call, I drive by the body shop to see whats going on and he tells me that I need to buy another bumper as the warranty doesnt cover parts that I brought. So at this point Im just fed up with this place and I get another bumper. Bumper comes in I drop it off. We are now into two months getting this car back on the road. So another week passes by and I call this time and I ask did he replace the insulation peace underneath the hood and responds and says I never said I was going to fix this. Unbelievable.Then I say that you advised me that you would fix everything but the mirror he responds Listen I just had a family member that just passed and Im going to hang up on you because I dont want to hurt your feelings. Wow great customer service guy! So another week passes and I call once again to see if the car is ready and they tell me that they locked the car and cant open it. This is crazy. Then I said how come I wasnt called they lie and said we did try calling. I drop off my clicker two days pass by I call again to pick up my car. This place is highly unprofessional with no customer service experience. I repeat do not take your car here! Bad service.

Man running around claiming to work for this shop offered to repair a small dent in my tailgate for cash, he completely destroyed it. What was a small quarter size dent is now the size of a basketball and all the paint cracked and broken! Dont do it!!!
