Just pure laziness and lack of quality control. The short story is that they installed an F-150 part on my F-250. Disables most of the basic features of my dash system. Blaming Ford for it, sure maybe Ford messed up but they had the truck for 6 weeks. Not sure how this couldn’t have been caught before they installed it. My truck doesn’t have a CD player in the dash and that didn’t even raise red flags as they installed one that does! When the truck turns on the dash literally reads “F-150”, I didn’t realize it was that complicated to notice I have an F-250! Just hoping they make this right... I am out quite a bit with rental car and my insurance!

Left my vehicle with them for pretty severe hail damage. Received it back within the initially provided time frame, even had some small additional work done. Shop is responsive, courteous, and very professional. Ask for Alex, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of.Hopefully I wont have seek collision repairs in the future, but if I do I know where Im going.

This is the 2nd time I am dealing with this location and I liked to share my experience with others too. Both times I was lucky to work with Julio as my case worker and I got my car back perfectly fixed like new. Hes helpful, straightforward and clear. He doesnt sugar coat things for you like some other caseworkers in other dealerships, he DOES the best thing that he CAN DO Instead! Hes cooperative and both times he made sure I receive my car with 100% satisfaction.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED overall.

Get away from here. I just removed my front bumper of my honda odyssey today for fixed the chipped off paint. and I figure out they didn’t put back enough clip. and screw, and they didn’t paint the primer on the bumper. that why the paint automatic chip off.

After moving to Dallas, lets just say I did not have the best luck when driving the past 2 - 3 months. One scenario I get hit by car debris on the busy freeways, the other scenario I get hit by a careless driver in a parking lot as they backed up. Despite all the bad luck, Lute Riley Collision has helped get my car back on the road quickly and efficiently two times. I have to say though, Alex Medina is the one that played a huge role in providing an easy and pleasant experience (everything from talking to the other insurers adjusters to negotiate for claim supplements to giving me advice on what to do after my car was damaged such as the debris incident). He is also very communicative and open to any questions you may have. If you are going to come here I highly do recommend asking for Alex, he makes your life easier and less painful especially when youd already be stressed from a car accident/damage. The time in which it took to complete both of my car repairs exceeded my expectations and I cant thank Lute Riley and Alex Medina enough for getting me back quickly on the road. I will always come here for repairs if needed especially with the terrible and dangerous roads here in Dallas. 5/5 for my man Alex.

Brought my car in after a fender bender and thought I was going to the best place. Turns out I would have done better to have gone to some 3rd rate place. They had my car for almost 3 weeks and failed to address obvious issues which required me to bring my car back in for service. The paint job, the replacement tail gate, the plastic handle, the trim and the ability for the car to acknowledge the door was shut had been neglected. Overall they had my car for almost a month. The adjuster was clearly annoyed and super unprofessional when picking up the last time... he huffed off like a child. I wanted so badly to bring my car to bring my car elsewhere given the absolutely garbage job they did. Im not even hyping up the bad job... I drove around with the inside trim of my vehicle falling off and the constant beep of my car reminding me a door is potentially ajar for 4-5 days. I wish I went someplace else. They didnt even offer a discount or anything, just an apology and it wont happen again. Almost a month of my time wasted. SAVE. YOUR. MONEY.

Isaac was extremely helpful and nice to my wife and I. We were running a bit late but got there 5 minutes before they closed. However, that did not stop Isaac from taking his time to check out the car and make sure that nothing was wrong with it. Excellent customer service, will come back again if needed.

From start to finish an excellent experience

We’ve had two cars repaired at Lute Riley Collision and they did excellent work. Alex and Julio were extremely helpful and handled all communication with the insurance companies when additional work was needed. The whole process was relatively painless and our cars came out looking brand new. Thank you LRC!

The staff there are wonderful. Theyre extremely helpful and nice. I was involved in an accident that involved a fender bender. I dropped my car off on Monday and by Thursday evening I was already driving her home. I am extremely thankful for Julio and Dung for helping me get my car back asap.

I took a new black honda CrV to these guys to see what they could do about some sorrell marks left in the doors from a buffer. They knocked it out and it looks brand new again and it didnt cost a fortune which was nice. A real nice shop. Even the receptionist is friendly and helpful. Alex Medina set my appointment up and took care of everything and he was even available by phone to discuss changes in scheduling. Great guy and a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending Lute to my friends who buy Hondas.

Ive taken my car in here multiple times and always get great results. Alex Medina is my go-to. He takes the time to look over and address all issues that need to be repaired. I recently had a wheel that needed to be sent back and refinished due to a defect that caused the clear-coat to peel off. It came back looking prefect! They will work with your schedule and I always get my car back when promised. Everyone I have interacted with at this shop are always welcoming. I trust bringing my car in and will continue to return.

Accidents aren’t fun, but LRCC made it easy! From the drop off to pickup. Their work is excellent. They did all the heavy lifting and fought the insurance company to make sure the car was fixed right. Their customer service is on point and my car looks awesome! This place is AWFUL! They had my care for over a month and they didnt repair all the damage cause by the Car accident. The day after I picked it up my car messed up. It was overheating and they towed it back. They told me it wasnt their fault? I had just picked it up the day before?? Will never do business here again.

Dont get this place confused with Lute Riley Honda, my positive review was only meant for the Lute Riley Collision Center.In February, I had my first major car wreck, which smashed the front bottom of my Kia. There was smoke and antifreeze leaking everywhere! The airbag also deployed, meaning that my steering wheel basically exploded in my face as it was meant to. I had my car towed to Lute Riley for repair because it was the nearest recommended place. I can’t speak for other insurances, but since Auto Riley is on the Geico Auto Repair Xpress program, and since I use Geico, the entire process was handled for me, and literally all I had to do was sign some papers. I did have to shell out my deductible, but that’s to be expected. Auto Riley had some delays in getting the parts shipped in, but the fault didn’t appear to be on their end. To be honest I wish they had called me about the delays, but I also wasn’t very aggressive about calling them either. My Asian Tiger Mom had no such scruples! Shout out to Todd for being so patient and courteous, and able to get things rolling in the end. I received my car back in exactly 1 month, and so far everything looks really, really good. I’m happy because it doesn’t look like a rush job. It seems like they really took their time to fix everything and the exterior looks pretty much brand new! The license plate does have a little dent in it, but it’s not a big deal. The interior of my car looks clean and neat, and all of my belongings that I had left at the scene of the accident were intact and put in a box for safekeeping. Another shout out to Todd for telling my mother he’d personally clean my car. I can say that my entire family in Dallas is pleased (and relieved) and would recommend this repair shop for the overall quality of their service. :)

Great service. Its like I have a brand new car.

I had some quarter panel work done that was supposed to take a week. 6 days in I call to get a status update and they hadnt even started on my car!To add insult to injury, they stole a work light, air pump, and jumper cables from my trunk and then put everything else in a giant garbage bag. I was moving and didnt get to unpack it until a month later which is when I recognized the items were missing.Make sure you check everything in your car before you drop it off and after you get it back.

Service on my SUV and have a Rental Car

My car was fixed in this body shop, but they didnt do a good job, the fixing time was 5 weeks, and at end I found some scratch on my car, so they had to re-fix it, it took another week. I called the body shop, but no one answer. I cant believe it. It was a really terrible experience.
