We purchased a 2 up Polaris ATV on the 10th of July because we like fun and the folks at Freedom Powersports, Dallas location, go over and above for their customers.Johnny, the no pressure salesman loaned his personal ramp and delivered our ATV to our home the very same day. Not to mention all the great advise on where to ride and the most important gear required and even invited us to an event they would be at etc.Another very important shout out is for Hadley who is driving around 40 minutes away to pick up a ramp because the one we want is on back order and another one of their stores has one in stock. She took the time to help us with so much and even caught and corrected the lender when they overpriced our financing before it even got to our bank among other helpful things she did.Love, love, love these people!!!We will always go back to this location. :)
Explain to me how a bike advertised on their website as $5300 has an OTD of $8000? Thats literally a 50% hike on price with some vague explanations of freight, service, and taxes. I never expect to pay the internet price, Im not stupid; but good God.Im no mathematician but TX vehicle tax is 6.25%Just a classic example of unethical pricing practices in order to hook buyers in. Service wise their fine... but all these people talking about their prices being fair are crazy! They sell 4+ year old used motorcycles with mileage for the same cost or more than buying the bike BRAND NEW. Ex. A 2017 ninja 650 for 7750 when a new 2021 is 7599...
Went in today looking for a side by side, saw a used one available in the parking lot and went inside to try and talk to someone to purchase. Purchased a Polaris sxs on June 5th. Absolutely, without a doubt have found my new off-road vehicle partner! Johnny (sales) was responsive to my initial inquiry and did not put any pressure on me. He is very NICE and has a great attitude! Noe (parts) knows his stuff! Amazingly helpful and did not try to pressure me to purchase anything. Answered all my questions. Hadley (finance) was awesome! We bought our SxS back in March. Had a great experience. Johnny was a great salesperson. Heβs very knowledgeable and helpful! Johnny has also been available to answer any questions or concern since our purchase. We bought some add ons from the parts department. Some of the extras we bought messed up due to errors in manufacturing and to no fault of Freedom. Noe ( the parts manager) has gone above and beyond to fix everything and makes sure we are satisfied customers. I went to Freedom Power Sports in Dallas to look at their ATVs and found my dream vehicle. A Polaris RZR Trail 900 Premium. I met Matt in Sales and he did a great job at explaining to me all the features of the vehicle. He showed me some comparable products but the blue RZR sold me. I purchased the vehicle and have already taken it home. Of course I need accessories so I spoke to Noe in parts who showed me all the cool accessories that I can add to my vehicle. I decided to purchase a Polaris roof and windshield. Noe also helped me pick out a helmet and visor. Thank you Noe for taking the time with helping me chose the right helmet and goggles. After that Hadley helped me with all the financial paperwork. She was very courteous and explained each document and how the finance would work. I purchased a GPS for my vehicle so she helped me set up my UTV on the GPS app. She had a plaque on the wall that said rookie of the year. After working with her I could tell she is not a rookie. She is a seasoned veteran in the Powersports world. Her knowldege and experience shown when answering all my questions. Thank you Hadley for making this part of purchasing a UTV an easy process. One more thanks to Matt for being considerate enough to call me the next day to ensure I arrived home safely after transporting the UTV in the back of my pickup.

BUYER BEWARE!!! NO ONE SHOULD USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THIS PLACE. BE LEARY OF POSATIVE REVIEWS. On August 30, 2016, I dropped off my 2012 Polaris Ranger Crew for the following service: (1) front axle replacement; (2) oil change and replace stripped drain plug; and (3) replace winch cable. I was told that it would take about two weeks. It took them over 2 MONTHS to complete the service, meaning I wasnβt able to pick up the machine until November 2, 2016. I was lied to about the reason for the delay. They told me they would discount my bill for the trouble, which they did--$20 discount on over $1,000 worth of service. To ice the cake, the repair was so pathetic that I had to take it to another shop for an additional $1,000 of repair. I have posted pictures of the two invoices (the one from Freedom Power Sports and the one from my friendβs shop where I should have taken it in the first place).When I called to see if I could pick the machine up three weeks after I dropped it off, I was told by βMikeβ that it wouldnβt be ready because they hadnβt had time to get to. This threw a monkey wrench in our βwork weekendβ to finish getting ready for deer season.Another three weeks went by before I called again to pick up the machine, this time I was told by Mike that it wasnβt ready because they had ordered the wrong part. This ruined a $1700 bow hunt that couldnβt be refunded.Then, when I called two weeks after that, I went over the repairs they had done, where I learned that they had forgot to replace the stripped drain plug.Finally, when I went to pick it up 9 weeks after I dropped it off, I was apologized to by the service manager, who told me the reason for the delay because of they were swamped dealing with recall repairsβthe first time I had heard that excuse.Upon delivery, they explained to me that the turning radius was limited due to the A-arms being too short for the lift. When actually driving the machine, the issue was way worse than they let on, as you could not hardly turn the steering wheel without bad sounding issues with the suspension. IN THE FOUR YEARS WE HAVE HAD THIS MACHINE WE HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM.Because I need this machine for the rest of my hunting season, and I didnβt want to wait another 2 months for Freedom to fix their mess, I decided to take it to a shop my buddyβs wife owns. Even with the βfriendβ discount, it cost me another $1,000 to fix the mess Freedom made. Pictures of the invoices are below.UPDATE........After I posted the review above nearly a year ago, I continue to refuse to give these people business. As such, I have found a Polaris shop, albeit not convenient, provides great service. If youre in DFW and looking for Polaris service that isnt garbage, stay away from Freedom Power Sports and take your business to Nor-Tex Tractor in Sulphur Springs. Ask for David.
I left another dealership with a bad taste before coming here. I called ahead to see if they had what I wanted and they did. Johnny was very nice to deal with, he showed willingness to work with me and was also very knowledgeable about what he is selling unlike other places. All the staff that I came in contact with were friendly and professional. The finance lady was also very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. For me it was worth the 40 minute drive despite the fact that I have 2 other dealerships closer to me that I visited prior to this only to leave disappointed. Go see Johnny, you wonβt be disappointed.

As soon as I walked into the place I was not greeted nor acknowledged. I walked up to the desk to ask for some prices and was given some. The guy said there will be a 2500 down payment and without asking me how I would pay. He was in shock to find out I was paying cash. I believe its due to my black ethnicity but no obvious signs. I then asked for an out the door price on a bike so I could compare and find a good deal, the man said, unless you got the racks my manager would not want to give you an out the door price. I said it was to compare to see who had the best deal and he said thats what I was afraid of.
This dealership sucks! At least the Farmers Branch location is more better to deal with.
Took my Gold Wing in to get the tires changed. They got to work right away and did a great job for a fair price. They gave me factual information about the condition of my bike. I am very impressed with the professional service I received. They put all the nuts and bolts back!
Being a first time jet ski buyer, I didnt know what to expect. Tommy took care of everything and made the whole process quick and painless, I was expecting it to be a couple weeks before I could pick them up, just a few days after signing the papers I was driving away with them. I couldnt be happier.

I had a great experience with my honest salesperson and would definitely work with him again. The finance guy was completely dishonest and shouldnt be working at a great place like this. The finance guy was trying to sale me an extended warranty on a side by side when Yamaha was already offering the extended warranty with the purchase of the UTV at no cost.

I would never recommend the service department, honestly they deserve a zero star. It has been the worst experience! I dropped off my SeaDoo on May 23 and did not get an estimate until July 1. When I took the JetSki in it was running and once I picked it up after they gave me some astronomical price to fix it completely opposite of the issue I took it in for, then it wouldnβt even start. I took videos and pictures prior to dropping it off. I feel I have been scammed and I have reached out to the headquarters hopefully they will be more professional than this place. I will never do business here again and will definitely let all of our friends know about our experience.

I honestly would give this place 0 stars if I could. We worked with Johnny Russell as our salesman and he was a bit pushy in my opinion. However my husband really wanted to seadoo spark that he got so we just went with it. When he was explaining everything to us he had us sign one off on one price and then on the contract it was $5000 more. Even after asking him a hundred times and explaining we were putting $5500 down he kept tell us one price and it ended up being another. Which blindly trusting him we came to find out when we went to payoff the ski. I then called to have any services and extended warranties taken off itβs only been two weeks and when I spoke to Hadley in finance she let me know there is no way to take off the services even-though we have had 0 services and only had the jet ski for two weeks. This place is horrible I would not recommend to my worse enemy. BEWARE of this place !!!!
Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!Bought 2 seadoos and a trailer and was sold a warranty that was highly encouraged! Rode the seadoos for 2 hours and they both died with engine issues. We took them back to Johnny and his service department which came out and looked under the seadoo briefly and said they can see some fishing line and that must be the problem. Mind you we live over an hour away from Dallas and had made this special trip to get this fixed. We proceeded to take the seadoos home and my husband gets under the seadoo and pulls out less than a foot of fishing line. Went to start the seadoo and it sounded as if you put pieces of metals in a tin can and shook it up! We took the other seadoo out to take turns enjoying our day when not 15 minutes into riding it all the engine lights went to flashing and an alarm was sounding. So not just one seadoo was out of commission, but both! I spent a lot of money on these and the expensive warranty. We then took both seadoos back to the dallas location on June 30 and explained the problems in which the service guy states he has seen some of this happen lately!!!!! I called week after week to see if they diagnosed the problem and was told repeatedly they only have one tech and it would be 4 weeks until they can even look at it. So at four weeks I received a call from Johnny who states he has bad news that it will cost $6000 in repairs for the pair. Johnny attempted to have me claim this on insurance and even mentioned he would get with his service manager in order to manipulate the insurance claim (I absolutely did not feel comfortable with this conversation). States the warranty will only cover $1200 and we would be out the rest. He mentioned we could cancel the warranty and get around $3000 back from that to help offset the cost!!!!! I could understand if one had issues, but both broken within 2 hours when we just simply strolled down the lake for a couple hours since owning them.Just to be clear we bought newer nicely used seadoos for $30,000 with the trailer and warranty and mind you this warranty is only to cover $1200. I really regret this awful experience and do not intend to ever purchase anything from this scamming establishment.****Update****It is September 10 and we are still waiting on the warranty to see what they will cover and I still havenβt gotten to enjoy my seadoos! Iβm losing hope here!*****UPDATE*****We have gotten our repaired seadoos and are happy with the outcome. Freedom Powersports Dallas has satisfied our customer relations issue at this time!
Donβt buy anything from these sorry MFβs. Gave them a $500 refundable deposit on a jet ski pending financing approval. I was denied by Yamaha and still have not recieved money back.

Matt pulled the bike inside out of the rain and had it waiting for me to look at. He asked all of my questions and demoed the bike to me, even though he was about to leave for the night. I told him I would take the Dark Horse but couldnβt pick it up until this week sometime. Matt pulled the bike to the back and held it for me until he heard from me on Tuesday whether I could make it out there this week or this weekend. At that time he took my deposit to essentially make the bike mine until I could pick it up.Today I picked up my Dark Horse. Matt was gracious enough to bring the bike to the McKinney location for me to pick up there, since itβs much closer to me. The bike was gassed up and ready to go. Paperwork took me only 10 minutes to complete. He literally had everything ready for me. All I had to do was sign and put my butt in the seat.Do business with these guys and dont think twice about it. Their prices are fantastic and the customer service is the best Ive ever received buying a motorcycle. Absolutely amazing buying exeperience!!

Bought a new Jet Ski here about a month ago. Gave me a pretty good deal on the Ski and the double trailer, and thats the only reason Im giving them 2 stars. They set up my new ski on my trailer and said I was good to go. As I was driving back home, which was a 2 hour drive, it looked like my Jet Ski shifted a tiny bit, but thought it was impossible since it was strapped in. Well I pulled over to check, and to my surprise, there were no back straps on my Jet Ski, it was only held into place by the crank. I am very disappointed with this company, if I would have hit a big bump it could had ended in a disaster for me and anyone behind me. Well I called my sales man the next day to tell him my displeasure about no straps on my Jet Ski, and all he could say is, we charge extra for straps. 1) I was never offered to purchase straps, I assumed they came with the trailer, because the one I bought last year did. 2) They charge extra for everything. They charged me for the fire extinguisher, and whistle too, which by law you have to have. The Jet Ski I bought last year from C and S fun center already had that stuff included, plus the straps for my trailer. I traveled 2 hours to purchase this Jet Ski, and they didnt even care enough that I had back straps on my Jet ski to protect myself, my new ski, and every behind me on the road. So in closing, if you want good service, and dont want to be nickled and dimed to death, go somewhere else.

I could not say more about this place they have been awesome especially in the service department. Since I have found out what was really wrong with my sport bike when I rode it up there after riding it and my boy who was working on it told me nothin was wrong and it was just a spark plug replaced needed . Took it Friday of last month and saw they were closing but this guy walked out and said he would be back to come talk to me . His name was Zariah Martin and since then he has taken care of my baby and has really worked with me on the paying too . This place is the best service I have had in some years and will only take my bike to them from now on ..
I only worked with Michael in the sales department over the phone but he went out of his way to get some information I requested on a bike I was looking at and helped arrange a test drive for me. He was very professional and courteous throughout my dealings with him even when I informed him I was going with a bike from somewhere else instead.
I bought my Polaris in March with Rickey & Jesse, they were just great! BUT dealing with Tyler has been one of the WORST and most unpleasant experiences Iβve had here. Not only does he not file the paperwork he is supposed to, he is so hard to get a hold of & cant answer my emails. When I finally get a hold of him, he states he canβt help me and he canβt even give me the corporate number, I had to find it myself. I will not be purchasing from a store who cannot value its own customers.

He showed me the used inventory, unfortunately they did not have the bike i was looking for, but Jesse spent about 10 mins looking for it at other dealers. These guys are great! I came in on a very busy Saturday and they put 2 new tires on my bike while I waited. Not only that but I had bought brake pads earlier in the week to put on myself and they said they could do it for $30 per wheel since my wheels were already off. I didnt bring the pads with me and I rode my bike there so they had someone drive me to my home to get the pads while they had my bike on the rack. Talk about going the extra mile! I highly recommend this place for parts and service.

This location has very knowledgeable staff. I was very welcomed and there sales skills is very captivating. What I mean is they have a very exciting, pleasant approach. Customer service is being sold while you look around at their product. My main question was for a motorcycle for my significant other and her height is 411. They suggested several bikes that may do the job. They did very well to inform the bike characteristics and the financing availability if that was a approach I wanted to direct myself into but most importantly they suggested to invite my significant other. These guys have a habit of putting you on hold and eventually just hanging up on you, this had happened to me many times before I was even a customer. Took my bike in for service and was quoted one price and then charged almost double when I came in to get it, with no call to let me know it might be more expensive or if I wanted to go ahead with more work. Usually bike shops are good places where we all have a common hobby and shared interests. This shop just hates its customers and hates customer service.

UPDATE: Greg took my response/ reviews and stepped up to the plate. They ended up having to take the motor out of the Jet Ski, and find a screen that wasnt letting the oil pressurize properly. They cleaned it up and made things right. Due to Greg and the tech Corey, they have renewed my faith in them. Thanks guys! Looking forward to an up and coming purchase of some new toys....Where to start... Well I brought my 2014 Jet Ski with maybe 4 hours of use on it to get ready for the lake August 31st 2016, they changed the battery and did a tune up. The jet ski never saw water and was kept in storage (heated) during the winter. Was brought back in August 207 as it wouldnt start and found that the battery was dead. Again returned to me with the all clear and water ready. Went to take it out 2 days after getting it back and within moments of putting it into the water, the oil light comes on. Pulled out of the water, checked oil and found it to be milky color. Sucked oil out, replaced oil and attempted to start it again and same light. Pulled out of the water and back to Power motor sports. They worked on it, told me they water tested it and again gave it back to me. Take it out to the lake and again the oil light is coming on. Take it back to them again and they go back to work on it. Now remember, the engine worked fine for them on 3 different occasions and returned back to me each time, telling me all clear. After 2 months of testing and etc (never keeping me updated and me having to call weekly to get updates, Im being told I need to pay for a new engine and its bad. Now the jet ski is being kept outside and getting weathered or over 2 months and still no resolve. Im writing this review to show everyone the lack of concern and rip off thats occurring. I am currently seeking legal council from my attorney as everything has been documented and after telling me multiple times that they will correct this as this is their error, that now Im being told I need to pay for a new engine...... Buyers Beware.11/16/17 - UPDATE, spoke with Greg Day, taking unit to Lewisville to have senior water craft technician to take engine down and diagnosis this done. They are starting to make this right, but we will see. I will update this as we go.

I came in for some parts for my bike and Tommy was the first person I talked to, he directed me to the parts counter so I could get what I needed. We talked about some of the bikes on the floor and he was very knowledgeable about the different types of vehicles throughout the store. Presented himself very well and wasnt pushy, when Im in the market for my next bike I will be visiting freedom so Tommy can get me on a new ride.
I was working on what I thought was a deal on a 2020 can am side by side. I was told I could my payments at one rate and I was like ok lets do it. Then after they ran my credit I got the old switch on payments like they didnt know where the lower payment came from. Well I have emails to back me up and we shall see if they stick to our conversations as I asked to make sure they had the correct payments and they confirmed. if this is the way they do business in Denton then stay far away.
The sales guy was awesome but... They said they can get me the bike I wanted at a certain monthly, they ran me and my wifes credit, just to have the financing guy get mad at me and walked away wile saying, beggars cant be choosers! when I wouldnt take the bike at a higher monthly! How is that my fault you cant get me what YOU offered? Not buying from here ever.

PLEASE, anyone that buys a vehicle from this place, and adds GAP insurance, call GAP and verify that you are covered! The number should be on your paperwork. Just call and tell them you want to verify that you are covered.You may find out youre not covered at all because personnel forgot to turn in your paperwork. Happened to my aunt.

Awesome customer service. I called Freedom Powersorts out of the blue and spoke with Jason. Within an hour, Jason welcomed us to the dealership and allowed us to test drive multiple units. He showed us a variety of options and gave great details on each unit. I have never owned a side by side but I am fully aware now of different options and packages now thanks to Jason. He did everything he could to find the perfect match for us and worked so hard to get me exactly where I wanted to be. I am now the proud owner of an awesome new Yamaha Wolverine and I couldnt have got it at a better price! If you need a guy who knows what hes talking about, call and ask for Jason! Hes the man! I will defiantly continue my business here! Overall, all employees I spoke with were exceptional! Excellent exsperience all the way around!

When I walked in the dealership for the first time I was welcomed and treated as if I were family. I was there to buy some parts for my Ranger, and both JC and Michael in the parts department were very helpful. I decided to take a look at what they had on the showroom, and even though I am not currently in the market to buy (though I might be after this visit) Brandon in sales took the time to answer all my questions. The fact that I remember the names of the people who helped me says a lot about how well I was treated because I am not normally very good with names.

Thanks to the amazing customer service by Zach which is why Im writing this review. They sent me an email saying theyd like to help me with my MT09 purchase. I replied to that email at 8 40 am in the morning and dont receive a reply 3 30pm! I call them instead at 3 30 to check if they could help. Zach Vaught was on call assisting me with the pricing!1. He quoted me price much higher than other dealers.2. Only knew the sticker price and an estimate of what the OTD price would be.3. Upon asking how he was reaching those numbers from the sticker price he couldnt answer that. All he knew was the freight and assembly charge which was a whooping $940! Btw theres other dealers charging $398 for the same.4. He didnt even know the sales tax. How do you even qualify to be a sales representative if you dont know that??5. He said he didnt have my email to give details since he said the email was from Jesse (which is not true since the email I got had his name on it) and both were on a system and he wouldnt have access to that. Really?? Sitting right next to each other in the same shop and on a different system???Upon telling him he was charging too much hes like good luck then and hangs up! Never buying or recommending this place to anyone.Note : They do charge much more than other dealers. Ask them with an itemized pricing to see where theyre charging you more. Hope this helps future customers.* UPDATE : The manager did call me after my email to the customer service which I genuinely appreciate. I had met him the day I went to them and he was helpful to give me required information. Though they genuinely charge more for freight and labor/handling so do check with other dealers before you finalize a deal.
I went there because they are the closest to me. I needed to have a tire put on my Yamaha. I was told one thing over the phone, when I got my bill, needless to say, I was surprised. Honor what you say so that people know what they are getting into and can make decisions based on real accurate information. Too much competition out there guys.
We only came for a wear ring but Zariah Martin was so helpful, hes the part specialist and answered all of our questions no matter how small they were he was very informed and the reason why we will be choosing this location when we need something.
I ordered a part 3 weeks prior to a big trip that I had planned. They call me a week later and say that they have my part, i go up there and its the wrong part (no big deal). I have them order the new part and have it shipped to my house. A week and a half goes by and no part so I call to track my order, they say the part is back ordered and it wont be available for another month. so I now wasted 3 weeks and wont be able to get this part on such a short notice. Thank you Freedom Dallas for all your no good help, Jeremiah at the Fort Worth location has helped me so many times he has got you guys beat by a mile. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this location... UPDATE: I had to call repeatedly to speak to the manager. finally got him on the phone and he had no apology and didnt care that 3 weeks of my time was wasted. I was trying to tell him the situation and he kept interrupting me and just saying im done talking to you whats your card information so i can refund the money he said he had been working in the industry for 13 years yet cant call and let a customer know what the part you had been waiting on for 3 weeks is backlogged for another month. He should have seen that the part was back ordered for another month and never charged me in the first place let alone wasted my time till it was to late to get my bike ready for my trip.
