Gave great deal on a kids bugatti car for my nephew

My wife and I began bike shopping on Saturday in the middle of the rain storm. I contacted Matt and let him know I was on my way from Wylie. Matt pulled the bike inside out of the rain and had it waiting for me to look at. He asked all of my questions and demoed the bike to me, even though he was about to leave for the night. I told him I would take the Dark Horse but couldn’t pick it up until this week sometime. Matt pulled the bike to the back and held it for me until he heard from me on Tuesday whether I could make it out there this week or this weekend. At that time he took my deposit to essentially make the bike mine until I could pick it up.Today I picked up my Dark Horse. Matt was gracious enough to bring the bike to the McKinney location for me to pick up there, since it’s much closer to me. The bike was gassed up and ready to go. Paperwork took me only 10 minutes to complete. He literally had everything ready for me. All I had to do was sign and put my butt in the seat.Do business with these guys and dont think twice about it. Their prices are fantastic and the customer service is the best Ive ever received buying a motorcycle. Absolutely amazing buying exeperience!!

I wish I could give this place no stars. They answer you ask a question and they hang up everytime they never answer your question. Dont waste your time here they dont carry anything but garbage here.

When I bought a dirt bike on July 28. 2017 I was told a year warranty. What they dont tell you is it only covers engine transmission. And looking at the paper work it says no warranty. If you drop of it cost $50.Could there be a minus 5 stars?No more honest people.

I would not go here if I were you .... you can buy the same scooter for $650.00 that they will try to sell you for 12$1200.00 and then something as simple as a tire or wheel they will try to charge you double for as well their customer service only lasts until they get your money then its oh im so sorry they basically just buy wholesale from tao tao which is in Dallas anyway then double the price of everything i wouldnt give them a star at all

I recently purchased the Bluetooth hoverboard for my son, the salesperson gave a detailed description on how to use it, few tricks and tips. We absolutely love it, it is super easy to use definitely coming back to get few more for my nieces and nephews. 😀

These people are very unprofessional and after they get your money they don’t follow through. They half put the dirt bikes together and then they want fix them after they break down. This is so unfair to the children who’s looking forward to enjoying their new bikes. SAD

OMG i was looking for Atv store that is local and thank god i found it so close to me .my 6 year old enjoy his small 110cc atv, The sales person was very knowledgeable and Explain me in detail about warranty and how to maintain. Definitely going back for more and will recommend my friend and family .

I hate this place ...I bought an ATV from them and I had it one day and the starter went out... I called them and the lady spoke with told me that they would be out by Monday at 6pm to pick it up and they still havent picked up my ATV... I feel like I just wasted money now and nobody wants to answer the phone now.... This is some straight up bullshit!!!!

I took my sons hover board to get fixed. They charged me $30 for labor when I dropped it off. They took my information and never called me to let me know what the problem was nor did they call when it was ready. I just thought Id call one day to check on it and the guy says yes its ready. He charged me another $80 for parts. Claims the motor was out. After getting home my son rode it for about 5 mins then it just cut off. My son then fell off. I called and a man answered to say the guy would call me back in 5 mins. Did I receive a phone call? Not!!!poor service and they just want your moneyI Had 2 Score a 1 star to post this...

I would not buy here again. He is only reselling for Dallas Power Sports down the road. Bought a 50cc, and I would say save yourself the time and hassle. This thing is nothing but a pain in the tail. It is currently sitting, not running, and the guy that owns this place is of no help. He also will try to sell you parts that are warrantied.

The have kids toys from age 2 to 6 years old. Lots of cool little cars for kids.

Bought Atv 110cc for my son in christmas and he is loving it .Thanks for good product for cheap price that i can afford did not want to spend $2000 with name brand .i will definitely come back for my son to upgrade when he is bigger.Awesome Place with personalize attention and free phone support too :)You Guys ROCK.

Barely bought atv from this place and already couldnt pickup as scheduled said they have it ready but didnt and also have to go to another location to pickup when promised would be ready very disappointed
