This is the third ATV we have purchased from this location and we have ALWAYS been pleased with the entire staff they have. The worst company I’ve ever had to do business with I bought my son a 4wheeler in April not even 6 months ago it won’t start I called they had me going through getting a uhaul to bring it back because it wasn’t working when I paid for delivery now 2 weeks later after them bringing it back saying it fixed it won’t start I called today they said they won’t come get it they don’t offer delivery which is what they told me the last time but when I showed up in a uhaul it was a different story smh

As I’m sure most of you are thinking. A motorcycle for around 2,000 Bucks. From China no less. It must be a con job or completely junk. Well I’m here to say it’s a very good motorcycle. I originally ordered my bike from Walmart. When it arrived really fast. They ship these from Dallas Texas. I’m a near by DFW Tx resident. So my new bike arrived by lift gate truck. As they explain they come in a mostly assembled shipping metal frame. Covered in cardboard. Just like the Dealerships get them. Well it was not looking good at all. So I immediately contacted Smart Toys to let them know this. Before I finished explaining it all. To a lovely nice and ever so helpful and sweet lady ( Ava ) she was refunding my money. Got that back faster than anyone has before. Yet she mentioned I could order another one immediately directly from her. At the Dallas Power Sports Store nearby. Completely fully assembled by their staff. Can’t say what a great offer she gave to me. Everyone would want the same deal. Yet it was fantastic. And I could pick it up the next day. So I said heck yes. Went over to the Dallas location and met with a superb really nice and helpful man named Qui. Got my temporary license immediately by yet another super nice lady. They helped me load it into my pickup. So completely professional and super nice staff everywhere. Yet Ava was incredibly helpful and so very attentive to my needs. And Qui was superb in everything. The booklet and cd that came with my New Hawk 250cc EFI Dual Sport Motorcycle made final checks a breeze. And hey if your concerned that it’s a tall bike. And I’m at 5.9 height. Don’t worry I adjusted the Rear Shock/Spring Spanner nuts up most of the way in minutes. Don’t need to take a lot off to do this. It’s easy I used a flat blade screwdriver and a soft mallet for the spanner nuts. It puts my feet firmly on the ground now. Bike rides extremely well from the get go. No issues whatsoever. Starts and runs perfectly. By the way info says tank holds slightly over a gallon of gas. No it’s a 14 litter capacity or 3.698 Gallon tank. More than plenty. So I’m a big fan of this very well built and low price Motorcycle. Yet I can’t say enough about how great Ava was at every point from start to finish. Dallas Power Sports and Smart Toys. will definitely get more of my business. My neighbor already wants one.

Highly recommend purchasing your ATVs or Dirt Bikes from here. Staff was very helpful prices are much cheaper than competitors in Arlington. Ask for online specials to get the best deal.

This place was well accommodating. All the other stores in the Grand Prairie and Arlington wanted 200 dollars or more for the same bike I got. He also honored his word over the phone and took off 50$ to match the price he quoted! Very good service worth the extra drive to save money

On December 22nd I purchased two 4wheelers from this place paying $950.00 for each one! My daughter rode her 4wheeler one time the next day it wouldn’t start!!!! I purchased a uhaul to return it to the store! The owner does not show any kind of sympathy to his customers! He was rude and told me to leave it and come back the following day because they were about to close ! (Keep in mind I purchased a uhaul) the man that fixes the 4wheeler said it was the battery & that I would have to pay for it!! Why should I have to pay for a battery and I just purchased this supposedly to be brand new 4 wheeler! I asked for a refund they don’t do refunds!!! This place is a rip off!!! Take your money somewhere that puts customers first especially when we’re paying all this money for used items.....

Found NTX Powersports on FB Market Place, we bought a 125cc TaoTao 4 wheeler. They beat everyone else’s price by $322, very professional and fast. Couldn’t be more pleased!

So far so good! Id like to see how well it does and fingers crossed that if we have to come back for repairs we have the same good experience.

I went to this locstion over the weekend looking for parts for a Chinese made 4 wheeler. They had a lot of products, they looked really cheap made to me. I know they were under 1000 for a 4 wheeler I guess thats why. I called before and asked if they had parts for my ATV they said yes. I came in and they couldnt tell me from pics what parts I needed or use my vin to look up the right parts. They said i needed to bring the parts in to match them up. I understand that no big deal. The staff was pretty nice and helpful. The location is kinda hard to get to and its a mix of selling cars and ATV etc.

They did a good job of selling me a 125 cheetah. I live out of state and drove to pick up the ATV. Got it home 5 hour drive away and the back tire is flat. After trying everything, it won’t stay up and it’s leaking around the rim. Called and zero warranty and he won’t ship me a new one because he doesn’t have a “shipping department”. He told me to take it to a tire shop and get it fixed. Buyer beware, your buying as is on a new bike so I hope you can fix it yourself If anything goes wrong. I would find another source if I were you.

Very very poor customer service. I have bought several atvs and scooters from this place and they still are disrespectful and no customer service at all. I brought an atv there today to get fixed and he yelled at me and said it would be 400 and up to fix. Save your time and go somewhere else please!! Do not waste your time here. I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone!!!

Over priced understaffed stood around for a long time before anyone acknowledged us show the lady a ad that was posted clearly on their facebook page got the run around said she didnt know about it an four wheeler was $500 more in the store than what they had posted on their facebook drove less than a mile down the street an paid hundreds less ended up buying two for almost the price they wanted for one an it was the exact same four wheeler

Wont even respond to phone calls. Thats because they dont honor warranty they sell you. I want my battery refund that both autozone and a cycle shop said was not a good battery. Three year warranty that lasted less than 9 months. Scam

So heres the thing about this shop: If youre looking for the least expensive option on purchasing a scooter or ATV, this, or Dallas Powersports down the street (which is owned by the same people), is the place to come. Be forewarned that the low price means these are Chinese products, which means they usually have more problems and an overall shorter lifespan than other brands. Most problems will, however, be minor and inexpensive to fix. One piece of advice I can give is to watch out for nuts and bolts that could vibrate loose. Applying thread locker to bolts esp. around the header and muffler is a must.Now as for parts and accessories, all scooter and ATV parts sold here will cost twice to three times as much as the do online, so unless you absolutely need a part immediately and cant wait on the mail, save money and shop for parts online.

Well where should I start. I met MJ a couple years back when I bout my daughter her first four wheeler. 110cc boulder Taotao Time went buy and I bought a 125cc new cheetah from taotao since my daughter out grew the first one. So a couple more months go buy and I get a 250cc TBR 7 also from taotao and that one was for me to ride around with my daughter well as you can see I’ve done a lot of business with mj and I’m going to be coming back for more. I would highly recommend shopping there and ask for mj he’s the man to talk to.

Said he would put the 4 wheeler I was looking for on hold. I asked if he wanted me to pay half or pay for it to ensure is doesnt get sold.He said they had plenty of the specific model I was looking for and there was no need. I traveled about 1.5 hours to pick it up and he said he didnt have those. He tried to sell me some other 4wheeler that was more expensive and nothing close to what I wanted.These people will tell you anything to get you in the store to try to sell you something you didnt want in the first place.In my experience Indians are some shady people when it comes to business and money. This is just another bad experience that backs up my opinion of trying to do business with them.

If youre looking to buy anything from this place think again. There are three stores and you would think it wouldnt be hard to get something done at a reasonable price. Unfortunately all three are owned by the same person and hes not an advocate for customer service. You can count on one thing and thats to be ripped off. Dont buy a warranty either, the dont actually honor them. You pay for the parts and the labor. The replaced parts arent even new they are pulled off of a parts bike. Not to mention the parts I bought to replace werent. Instead I was charged for the same parts and was given mine back . If you can avoid this place you should just like the plague.

They are shady people!Brought in a tire and paid for a new tube and tire. They tried to patch my old tube and aired it up when I came back to pick it up!By the time I got home all the air was out and they had closed!
