This is one of the coolest places Ive ever visited. If youre interested in faucets and other items to beautify your home this is the place to go. The displays alone will make you spend at least an hour or more. The store is well organized and clean. The lady who sits at the front desk has a very welcoming attitude and shes very friendly. Go on an faucet hunt and youre bound to find what youre looking for. This place makes you dream. Wow!!!.

This is the second time I’ve received less than stellar service at a Ferguson showroom. The first time was in Frisco. It was like pulling teeth trying to get pricing for Wolf appliances. We finally just gave up and purchased Wolf, SubZero & Cove elsewhere two days later. Against my better judgement I decided to give the Dallas showroom a try for sinks and faucets that I wanted to just see in person before finalizing my purchase. Every single employee was too busy surfing the internet or chatting amongst themselves to offer any sort of assistance. I literally watched people joking around, looking at menus online. It was quite laughable.
Exceptional experience! I will never shop at a big box retailer ever again!I am in the midst of a remodel of a 1950s home and finding pieces reminiscent of the era all in one place is impossible - except at Ferguson. I effortlessly made an online appointment for the bathroom portion of the remodel. I arrived late but was quickly helped. Within an hour I had everything I needed and wanted at competitive prices with free shipping.Susie was amazing! I was so impressed with her I scheduled a second appointment for other items I’d already purchased elsewhere. Her knowledge and guidance is calming in a stressful process. I am remodeling the kitchen in 2021 and will call upon her again.My appointment was on Saturday and all my items arrived on Tuesday. My second appointment was on Tuesday and everything arrived on Wednesday. You can’t beat that!Five stars doesn’t quantify the burden and anxiety Ferguson took away.
They have a lot of nice lighting and fixtures but definitely higher end. Most of lighting I saw would not work in my 3500 sq ft home. More suited to an upscale home to me. Im sure there are people who want big crystal chandeliers. Just wasnt my style or budget.

I was very disappointed in the customer service and turn around time for my order at Fergusons. I spent over a week trying to have my order updated and my valves ordered for a job, spent multiple days speaking with various customer service team members who were unable to help me. After I finally was able to reach someone to update my quote and order my plumbing valves there was very little communication regarding when to expect my order and the details on my order were recorded incorrectly. I therefore sought out another vendor who was able to complete my plumbing and appliance order within a couple days time with far better customer service. The showroom is beautiful but perhaps they dont have enough staff to keep up with all of the clients in a prudent manner.
Went to their showroom in downtown Dallas. Im 80% complete a new home and wanted to get pricing for Viking kitchen appliances. BTW, I live 30 miles north of downtown Dallas. I Walk in, was immediately told, coming in was by appointment only. Okay, I understand, but I was surprised that her comment was so adamant. She never offered to see if someone may be available, if I had a sales representative, or if I was an existing customer, which I am, or maybe take my name for someone to call me back. But no, her head down, she tell me that I must leave. Ill guess Ill find another distributor to spend my 25k with today.

As a design professional, I look to work with professional vendors who help me support my clients needs with ease. It is really hard to get a hold of any reps at this business the same day you call &/or email. The rep that was available to help me with a project didnt listen & take notes (to help them remember) the needs my client had - therefore the wrong product finish was ordered & it didnt fit so my project was unnecessarily delayed. I picked up that order 10.3.16 & returned the order 10.4.16 to receive a full refund & as of 1.5.17, I STILL have NOT received a refund (over $2K). Disappointing.Update: 2.20.17, I called & emailed again about this issue & the total amount was refunded promptly.
We recently purchased a Thermador oven through Ferguson. We live in Dallas. We paid over $10k for this oven. Jordan was the sales associate. We have had nonstop issues with the oven, and have had multiple service calls because it cooks unevenly and the burners are also very inconsistent. I will be posting a separate review of Thermador, who will also get 1 star due to the horrible service weve received - still unresolved. However, Jordan and Ferguson get 1 star for not returning our calls. We obviously got the wrong advice from Ferguson, bought the wrong product, and overpaid. However, Id expect Jordan and Ferguson to bend over backwards to make it right. Its been the opposite experience. And it goes on. Happy to tell you about it.
