Within 2 days of delivery, the washer started acting up with the LEDs spazzing out and controls unresponsive. Tony held true to his 30 day warranty and was out within a day with same-model replacement (actually one that looked a little better).Day 40, theres a puddle of water forming under the washer. None of the hoses are leaking. Texted Tony as this being the second issue and just outside his warranty period, felt that something should be done here. NO RESPONSE (and by the way a month has elapsed since this happened so the family emergency excuse wouldnt apply as Ive still not received a response).If I had to pay someone to look at this, it would be at least $200, in which case, I couldve just bought a new washer. Fortunately, I am handy, watched a bunch of youtube videos, and followed the water to determine that the internal valve that regulates water flow had failed. This was a $20 part on amazon, but had to wait a few days for delivery. All in all, I was without a washer for a week due to this.Other impressions: OK prices for used W/D and used/banged up refrigerators. Wife & I were moving into a house with a little one so not having these things right away wasnt an option and neither was paying retail for brand new.If I had the time, I wouldve scoped out estate sales and such to find my own deals to cut out the middle man.Delivery was on time and they seemed to be rather efficient at moving large appliances through tight places so I was happy that doors and walls werent getting banged up.

I recommend this place sincerely, we bought a washer/dryer there. When we got home connected both, the washer spin cycle wasnt working. The owner came out and took a look at it at 9pm at night! He took it with him and had it ready the next day. Good prices and selections.

Tony is a thief SCAM and FRAUD he would sell bad appliances and LIE and he thinks he is Smart a... would tell you appliances only work on 220V and theres something wrong with your electric power HATE THIS pPACE THE OWNER IS A LIAR FRAUD AND A BIG JOKE STAY AWAY

Like many others, I was happy to have found this place. The washer dryer combo I got is gorgeous and fits perfectly. Little did I know, my washer would just completely stop working. And wouldn’t you guess it, right after the warranty ended. I can see if it was a year down the line, but I bought this equipment this summer. The owner was unable to help me, but was happy to give me the phone number of his buddy who could fix it. I feel scammed. I will not be back.

I am so happy to have found this place! I had been to numerous used appliance stores one day and had no luck finding a decent washer and dryer set for my budget ($600-$700). My last stop was RD&W where I met the owner Antonio - he was patient, helped me narrow down some options, and told me he would not only deliver but install since I would’ve needed to hire someone else to that for me having no truck/help. Within a couple of days, him and his friend Jose delivered and installed the set I chose, and tested them out before they left. Can’t thank them enough - also, great guys in general! José also mentioned he was a home remodeler, so should I ever need the service, I’ll definitely be calling.

Great experience through and through! I got a very modern refrigerator at a great price and it was practically new. I went to another warehouse before going to RD&W and it was literally night and day! I got installation done on the same day and it was a very fast and easy process. 10/10 would recommend.

Bought a refrigerator and washer/dryer from RD&W. All appliances were in great condition. I really appreciated Antonio’s flexibility with delivery times and installation!

Had a horrible experience. Purchased a washer and dryer set May 19, and its already broken down. I called RD&W and the guy sent a repair guy, Pedro, who came out to look at the washer, claimed he reset the washer and that would fix the issue and it wouldnt happen again. Charged me $80. A couple days later, it broke again. Called the appliance store and told the guy just to come get it. He said they dont do that. Also, had texted Pedro to advise the wahser had broken again, he never responded. The guy at the appliance store acted like he just didnt care at all. He showed no concern, didnt offer to replace it or give any of the money back. Just took my money and thats that. This is a terrible place. Dont go here.

Bought a washer and dryer set Friday, had it delivered Sunday morning, had a problem with the washer and it was replaced Sunday night. Very good service

Attempted to visit during business hours, but the door was locked and there was no sign to indicate when they would return. Ended up purchasing a dryer from home Depot.

This place is incredible, the refreshments are in very good condition. I recommend this place for people who do not want to spend 2,000 dollars on a fridge.
