I have bought Flat White at more than 20 different Starbucks locations and the Flat White at this location is very watered or milked down. 2nd time bought at this store. Thought first one was just a mistake. Supervisor kept making excuses when I called to advise (was a delivery order) and I asked her to have one made for her and she would see the problem. She ignored that and finally she said I was the only one to complain and then I heard her laughing. I said my goodbyes.

Small cafe but professional staffers. Every time I stop here, My small coffee cones with kindness. They have a staffer board with fav coffees. Small parking lot, handicapped entrance, clean bathrooms. Make this stop versus the target Starbucks. Have a Good Day!

Disappointing today. Gift card, provided by the manager the week prior...for bad service...was not honored. Told we had to call in. Why waste my time on a 20 minute phone call. Shouldnt the person just honor it???? Also there were little gnats in the food case. Nothing major, but you should present yourself better instead of standing and chit chatting like Im bothering you asking to fix an error

Cashier greeted nicely even on early morning. Indoor has a lot of seats. Probably the largest # of seat available given the store size that Ive visited

The staff definitely got to know me within a few visits and are super friendly. I highly recommend the Starbucks as the line does not get long but obviously you can avoid that if you do a mobile order.Only problem with the Starbucks is a parking is pretty weird but besides that youre in good hands

Plenty of seating, nice ambience and friendly staff. Havent had any problems yet with any of my orders. The staff is very considerate and makes extra efforts to get to know you.Nice place for a quick bite and for post-lunch coffee breaks with office colleagues.

The staff was very nice I didnt know what I wanted I described a coffee drink I had at another coffee outlet and they did their best to recreate it and I must say they did a damn fine job, I kind of think it was better than the one I was describing!

The staff here is wonderful! They always welcome you in even when they have a line to the door. They move fast and get people in and out. Very busy in the morning during the week due to the high number of commercial buildings around the area.

Who doesnt love Starbucks? These people are great and work hard, in some of the weirdest situations. Yet they stay polite and smile. Even apologize for any inconvenience.

Really nice Starbucks. Great place in a large shopping center near a Target store and many other retail and food establishments.Has an open patio in the front along Magnolia avenue and outside seating on the main entrance facing the parking lot... Next door to a Der Weinerschnitzel.The staff its very friendly and helpful.

I give this Katella and Meridian Drive Starbucks 5 stars. I rarely come to this Starbucks, but when I do its always great service and the same for the Venti cup of coffee. They never forget my whole steamed milk. Today they had some crazy technical issues and we had a good long line, but it was all resolved.

My mom comes to this Starbucks every Sunday after attending Knott Ave. Ive been here several times too. Drinks are always correct, great staff, and plenty of seating. Parking is hard because of the location in the lot. But the drinks always come out right, and thats really all I want.

First and foremost its Starbucks, the McDonalds of coffee. If you dont know what they have on the menu, what the decor is going to look like and how its all going to taste this review is going to do nothing for you because you either arent old enough to read, you come from a country where you cant understand English (yes I know the web has translators but this whole review is sarcastic so dont single out one asinine statement when the whole review is asinine), youre Omish (probably still know Starbucks but what are doing on a smartphone and/or computer?) or youve been a prisoner kept in some kind of isolation for the past 30 plus years. Having stated my disclaimer heres the part of the review some people might find beneficial: I dont know if theres a or several police stations nearby but in the morning there are more cops visiting this location than all of the other Starbucks Ive been to combined. If like me that fact really doesnt bother you in anyway I strongly suggest not doing what I did. I made a very illegal turn into the parking lot, only to discover 4 police cars and 2 police motorcycles (it was a slow moment there were only 8-10 Deputies and officers watching me be an idiot). Oh by the way the staff were all genuinely nice and friendly. This might be a newer location because none of the employees seemed like they hated their job or the customers. Beyond that its the McDonalds of coffee and the coffee at this location tastes just like it does at every other location.

Its a good Starbucks location, with a great crew of Baristas and well-equipped with tables of various sizes. Parking is sometimes a bit tight but you can usually find something.

AMAZING PLACE

The worst service ever. Rene made me feel so uncomfortable that I will never come to the store again. She was rushing me and being rude. Then her boss came up and gave her 2 sense in about something me and Rene were talking about. I felt so belittle... SO UPSET!!!!! THEY SHOULD LEARN RESPECT FOR ALL PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF THERE SKIN COLOR.

The drinks are away perfect. My one complaint is seeing the manager yell at an employee. EDIT: Went back and they didnt have my mobile order ready even though the app said it was done. Ok, they make perfect drinks. Service with a smile! But I order ahead l.... ALWAYS and theres been a few times where my orders werent ready or they didnt have what I wanted. And one of the Baristas cleaned out dry boogies from his nose, wiped it on his apron and continued his work. Gross!!!! But love my starbucks!!!! Waited 20 mins to never have my drink made while everyone that was behind me got there drink. I was never acknowledged. Got my money and left. then my coworker had went a couple days ago and her drink was horrible she threw it away. They even supposedly fixed it but it still tasted disgusting will be going to the Starbucks inside target from now on.

Very strange guy working there in the evening. Stared at me and my friends and smirked the whole time but literally said nothing. I had to repeat myself several times just to get an answer. I really didnt want him touching my drink in case he put something in it. Starbucks will hire anybody.
