First time here and truly comfort food. Attentive staff and excellent food. We had the House Combo Pho, Popcorn Chicken and Curry Rice. All 5/5... Definitely coming back and trying the rest of the menu.

Food is good including a healthy selection of vegetarian food. If we live in the neighborhood, we would certain frequent the place. Happy Eating!!

Dear Urban Cup,Came in and its setup is a good size inside for dine in. There is no outdoor seating right now and looks like they would only do take out. QR code on the table to check exactly what you want. I was wearing sunglasses and could not see TV menu make sure to switch your glasses haha.Got ourselves the Bulgogi fries and this one has great meat and fries. The salt is very strong and glad we had boba drinks to tide this down. The fries did not have to be seasoned with the onions and meat already covered in this salted taste. Loved them overall but definitely will have to try another less salty dish.Picked a choose your garlic noodle dish and the meat is tender and perfectly made. Noodles were smooth and curled around so goes perfectly on the chopsticks. Wonderful taste. A savory one for everyone to get. Pick this up and make it your own.Parking is good, the site is located near a few other drink, pastry, and other local food spots. Work nearby so this is a place I can visit from time to time. Worth the price point, all cards at the moment.Want to try another fry dish next time and see if same results

1st time came her waited 40 minutes 2nd time came here waited 30 minutes so if I come a third time will it be 20 min god not even busy and I went in at a later time this place is horrible

Great place to dine in. Atmosphere was nice, great music playing, peaceful & comfortable. They had a vegan option white rice and curry with veggies in it. Food was delicious. I ordered another bowl of rice to finish my food.

My friend and I felt like having some special teas we saw on this place picture menu, but once we got there the items even on their regular menu were limited, the staff a lady cashier was. It too friendly the guy was, the food pricing for what we got it didnt seem very affordable, taste of the chicken popcorn was ok I requested ranch dressing the lady said they do not have that dip sauce, only the sweet and sous spicy sauce was provided my friends street corn as per her statement was good, this place offers outside seating which is a plus and a reason why I gave it a 3.5 stars.

Open till 12:30am which is a super plus. If you like garlicky food then this might be for you. For a native Vietnamese like me, Pho here was ok, not bad not super good. The garlic noodles + beef is 10/10

One of my favorite places to go for lunch. I love their cucumber limeade with crunchy ice. Their garlic shrimps are huge! And their cauliflower dish is so good! The staff is always very polite and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Im so happy theyre open for dine in again!

Good drinks, good food! I work nearby and I come here for lunch. The food is flavorful and the drinks are good, especially the Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea. I usually get noodles, and their fries are also bomb too.

Good food when youre in a bind. Theyre currently a bit short staffed, like so many other places, so service is lagging a bit. Just be sure to give an extra 10-15 minutes on time estimates if ordering through any online service.

The weather finally got cold and it was time for some Pho. Our usual place was very crowded so we decided to give this place a try. I ordered the ribeye Pho, my husband got the brisket pho, and my son got the combination which included ribeye, brisket, and meatballs. I also got a house salad vinaigrette which was really yummy. The place was clean but not a lot of seating due to Covid. Not all of the sauces were available and it really needed some Sriracha in the broth. We will definitely go back. There ya go. My first pandemic post.

The food was decent and the broth was pretty good, but 18 dollars for 2 eggs rolls and a medium size bowl of pho was steep. This place could be poppin if the value was a little better. I might go back if I have a late night pho craving.

The lunch special is pretty good. The ribs is really tasty. Also the yellow curry chicken is was amazingly made well with the ingredients blend of sweet with a kick of spicy. Sorry no picture. The plate comes with a drink. Not bad. This place is a good addition to the community. Not a large establishment, but worth a trip to try their dishes. Support small businesses it makes a difference. I really like this spot. It is easy to find, parking was a breeze today, although when school starts, that may change. Its very open and bright, the music was not offensive and the staff all were smiling!! I tried the Char Siu Bao, the Bugogi fries and of course an iced coffee. Everything was fantastic and I will be sipping this coffee slowly... I dont want it to end!! I will come back again and again. Next time I want to try the cauliflower and brussel sprouts.

By far, the cleanest pho restaurant Ive eaten at. This looks to be a newer establishment and has very modern, yet simple aesthetics. I had the sirloin pho bowl, and it was tasty! I really enjoyed my meal and customer service, and I will be back when Im in the area. Check Urban Cup out.

Rotisserie chicken and garlic noodles are delicious.

So dissapointed with this place. Went there last night for dinner for the first time and ordered the Garlic noodles and Filet Mignon. Although It was our first time eating there I figured how could you go wrong with Garlic butter noodles and beef! But oh it went way wrong! I did not care for the taste of the beef or the noodles! I dont know what seasonings or sauces are used but we did not like it all. $34 down the drain, literally!

My brother has been talking about this place for weeks now. And as I did some research, and by that looked at all the pictures on their Yelp page, the food looked very promising. To say the least, I was excited!My brother decided to get a take out order. I was expecting food looking like those similar to those on the page. Alas, although the pictures look amazing, what we ordered did not.Tom Yum($9.95)- too sweet, not enough sour.Filet mignon ($11.95)- most appealing of them all but again, sweet.Rotisserie Grilled chicken ($11.95)- needed a bit of more savoryPad Thai ($11.95)- on the sweeter side againGarlic fries with filet mignon ($8.95)- good size portions of meat, again on the sweeter than sideI really wanted to enjoy this place, like this place, but sadly, it missed the mark for me.

Ordered take-out with a friend and it was absolutely horrible. Paid nearly $50 for 2 small bowls of pho and was extremely disappointed. I opted for their option to cook the beef and they completely disregarded it. Their soup is also way too cold to be able to cook the beef thoroughly so you end up with a raw core of meat when the soup has already been cooled to a level that wont cook both the noodles or the rest of the meat. Hate to write a bad review, but they need some serious improvements on their take-out experience. I wouldnt eat here again.

Ive been here off and on since theyve opened. Originally, I thought they had a lot of potential considering the limited food, seating, employees. Today will be my last visit, while the food is decent the service is lackadaisical at best. The endless slew of teenagers messing up your orders, giving you wildly inaccurate wait times, and the portions that seem to change depending on the day have given this place a reputation it will never recover from, in my book.

And also you dont put any salt, pepper, and hot sauce for each table. So I had to bring my dish getting hot sauce because you had only few hot sauce bottles there. Your employees just only put away customer dishes then you would request more than 18% tip to Customers, wouldnt you? Please consider about Carls Jr, they do almost the same service and also they put Salt and Pepper for EACH TABLE. However, they dont request Tip to Customers.Your web page told that you opened from 11:00. When I visited your place around 11:05, still you didnt open.The employee had tick accent and unfriendly so I couldnt understand anything. It was first time for me visiting there so I need several information for your place and dishes. Anyway, I gave it up.Your employee parked their car in front of shop at that day, that was also so terrible, Customers have to park another parking lot. Just went in for our first meal at 8:08. Google showed they were open until 11:00pm. They informed me that the kitchen was closed because of a party although no one was there but the staff. A woman had just left in front of me picking up her order and I could tell there were still people in the kitchen. We were really looking forward to trying them since we are vegetarians and good vegetarian food is hard to come by. They lost my business!

Friendly staff and food is great. Price is fair for the amount they serve. Wings were disappointing due to small size and the sauce overpowered the taste of wings.. Garlic rice and garlic noodles was perfect. Ribs tasted great too. Lots of drink choices. Sitting is very limited. Place gets packed during lunch time. Will definitely come back.

I know when you hear comfort food the first thing that doesnt pop up in your mind is Asian, if your not Asian, but it does have that feel to it and its very good. Second time here and impressed again. Not only because of the price and the atmosphere but the food. I had the Pad Thai noodles with beef and it is very good. Will definitely be coming back again. You leave here wanting to try other things on the menu. Really like it.

This place is one where you go up to the register, order your food, find a seat and they waiter/waitresses will bring out your food to the table.When we arrived both of us ended up ordering the Atlantic Salmon build-a-plate and some random appetizers. The portion for the price for the appetizers werent worth it in my opinion since they were just alright. However when they brought out the Atlantic salmon fillets, I was surprised how good it was. Very flakey and well flavored, and it had a really nice balance with the other sides they put on your plate. We were both satisfied with the meal and when we left we placed on the table a 4$ tip. (Our meal was slightly under 30$ but we had to ask twice for utensils and ended up getting up ourselves to grab the sauces from behind the counter so we figured ~12% tip was valid considering our waitress didnt really do much besides deliver the food at the start of our meal). The food was good and it had a very nice atmosphere and we thought we would come back again and try something new off the menu, but I doubt that will happen now.When balancing my statement and confirming with the Credit Card company, they added a 5$ tip to our meal without informing us in any way. I have always tipped at the end of the meal to show how much I enjoyed/disliked the service (Let me be clear, I would never NOT leave a tip, just a lower amount if the service was bad). This way of doing business and handling tips is extremely underhanded and sneaky in my opinion, and they definitely did not deserve the 4$ cash + 5$ credit which was a 30% tip on a rather lousy service.Overall the main entree was good, atmosphere was nice, but I would not go back ever again due to the fact they charged my credit card for a tip determined by them and after we left a reasonable cash tip on the table.I ended up disputing the charge because I dont like to be cheated like this. I would recommend paying with cash or watching your statement in case they try this on you.

Located off of Orange & Valley View, its located in a mini-shopping mall.We came in on a Sunday afternoon, and at first, it was empty, but started crowding up slowly.We tend to get so full when we order full meals so we opted dishes off the appetizer side.Seasonal SaladThis salad looks aesthetically colorful and pretty, but even better is the taste. The greens taste fresh and the use of radish and cut onions marinated well together. I have no idea what the dressing is, but spot on, goes so well.Tamarind Chicken WingsThis was one of the best wings Ive had by far. The chicken is cooked so well, and it didnt taste dry at all. With the additive sauce, the chicken had full of flavor. There were 8, which was the right amount for the two of us to share.BBQ Char Siu BaoEven though this is not a Chinese restaurant, the baos were not only delicious but rich in flavor. The pork melted in my mouth, and I really enjoyed the texture too. It was as if I ate them at an authentic Chinese restaurant.DrinksWe ordered a Thai ice tea and lemonade with cucumber. The Thai ice tea wasnt super sweet but sweet enough to taste a bit of the sugar. Well, the food smelled really good but I never got to taste it. After exactly 43 minutes waiting we went up to complain & to get a refund and we noticed that they hadn’t even started on our order. One of the managers said we would get a refund and the food for free, but just having to wait any longer for it wasn’t even worth it. The person before us had ordered 4 drinks and they were starting to melt down. I don’t even want to know how long he had been waiting. If you’re willing to wait 40+ minutes then I guess this is the place for you. I hope they get their procedures figured out because I really wish to try the food.

This place is fantastic! We shared a couple apps and I had the salted cream coffee. We had the Bao & short rib fries - both were absolutely delicious!!! The coffee is now 100% my new go to for afternoon caffiene fix.

It is a fusion cuisine, which is a bit misleading if youre going there to get authentic aisan food. Flavors seem to be very Americanized. Not terrible, the food was good but just a bit disappointing.

The food was pretty good but the customer service at the restaurant when I picked up the food through wasnt. I ordered through GrubHub which worked great. But when I get there, I saw my food waiting there on the counter and the nobody bothered to help. I even asked another employee if I can pick up an order because the cashier was helping out another guest and he told me it had to be through him. So I waited for the cashier who by the way wasnt a great multi tasker. He took close to 10 min answering ridiculous questions to the guest which is fine, that is his job. But he could have been a little more proactive and asked if we were picking up when we were standing directly in front of them and kind of obvious since I asked the other employee for pick up. Theyre almost there just a little better customer service.

A fusion of Asian cuisines that smell great from the moment you walk through the door and tastes even better. The prices are reasonable ($10 plates).Also, theyve got pluck . No Coke. No Pepsi. None of their tasteless relatives. Instead theyve got Stubborn Soda (owned by PepsiCo. But still...). No high fructose corn syrup. Natural flavors and colors. It tastes great; but I digress.This is a warm, comfortable place to have a meal.My only quibble concerns tipping. Its just a small one; really only a quib. No services are provided by the servers here except food delivery. Of course, thats fine. However there is a tip jar up front by the register.So what do I tip? What am I tipping for? I cant be the only one with this problem. I usually leave a couple of bucks and feel vaguely guilty.Regardless, Urban Cup is an exceptional restaurant. Go eat there!
