These guys messed up my car, and wanted to over charge me to fix their mistakes.Through AAA I had these guys put a battery in my car. The tech who was installing the battery touched the positive and negative nodes together with a wrench and shorted my car. After they picked up my car and checked it out~ over a whole weekend~ they returned the car to me. They did not charge me, but my car had electrical issues for 6-7 months after that. I was in school, far away, but they agreed to look at my car once I came back. Had it towed there ( it didn’t start or whine). They tried to charge me 900 to fix the issues. I had a second opinion from a mechanic, and they said they would do it for me for 425.These guys do bad work, over charge, and take advantage of people who don’t know.

Great Service! Within 15 minutes of my call, the driver (Steven) was on the phone with me letting me know he was on his way. He was friendly and worked quickly since I needed to get back to work. Its great to get good service, especially when you are in a bind!

Twice in the last few months I’ve had to call AAA and both times they sent A&E towing. The first time I had a flat tire and needed help with the spare. They put it on and I drove to Costco to get a replacement. After I picked up my vehicle from Costco, I noticed the spare was left in the back seating area instead of returned under the vehicle. I went to Costco the next day to fix it and they claimed it was left that way because the special tool was missing. I assumed that the tow driver must’ve accidentally taken it, so I contacted them. The owner (or manager?) John returned my call and I explained the situation. He informed me that a special tool was not required and said for me to just bring my car to them and they’d return the spare to where it belongs. Costco had left it out a second time. Sure enough it was a quick fix with polite smiles... definitely beyond the scope of what they were required or hired to do. The second time was for a jump start and the technician Paul arrived surprisingly fast, delivered service quickly, professionally, politely, patiently, and with a bit of humor. Hopefully I don’t need them again any time soon, but if I do, I feel confident that the service will be excellent.

Vai towed my car but before just taking it away checked and made sure to see what the problem was for himself. Also was very kind and helpful

AAA dispatched A&E to change my flat tire. My technician was Vai. He was upbeat and happy to help. He was quick and proficient. I will definitely use A&E in the future for any automobile repair. Thank you Vai!

Friendly service and very patient and thorough with explaining details of service. We felt like a part of a family.

The first time I visited the facility I spoke with Dave about a noise coming from my motor when u turn on the air conditioning he listened and said bring back when u can. He gave me a quote of 850 to change the condenser so I said ok then I guess it had 2 leaking hoses that was another 1100 wow!. So after they did the work I asked Dave did u drive the car to see if there is any noise still and he said yes he did and no noise well once I got home the next day it was still making the noise. Took it it back and he said it was the tensioner pulley so they replaced the idle pully instead. Getting ready to take it back in a couple of days. My point is that even during a pandemic they have no epathy on hard times for anyone and charge these out ragis prices plus not fixing the problem still. Will keep you guys posted after this week to see if they fix the problem...

I called A & E Automotive Repair and Towing through AAA due to a flat tire. Golf, the Service Technician that came out provided fast and professional service to get me back on the road quickly. We called them through AAA due to a dead battery. The last couple of roadside assistance experiences we have had with other companies involved length wait times, but not this time. A&E had their technician Paul out within 20 minutes. Paul was patient as I looked for the keys, he did readings of both the battery and alternator and explained them, and he was cordial and accomodating. He replaced the battery for us withno labor charges. Such a refreshing roadside assistance experience!

Our company, Mechanic Refrigeration Co. Inc., has used A&E for about seven years. I just want to give them a shout out because we appreciate all they do for us. We recently received an invoice and were going to pay it without question because we trust them. They noticed an error in billing and called us to let us know which saved us $150. They didnt have to do this as we didnt complain. This shows integrity and a true concern for their customers. We love A&E!

Absolutely rude. Yelled at my mother. Lied to me about everything. I had to get medical attention after a car accident. Driver wouldnt release the car to my mom. Or leave it at my sisters house. Took my car to his shop without permission. Saying AAA would have to pay the fees. I literally had to call another tow truck while Im at the hospital with injury to get my car where it was supposed to go in the first place. Did i mention he yelled at my mother saying shes third party. Literally yelled. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Very rude and unprofessional

Any automotive repair is very reliable the not the most least expensive or price sensitive facility however what you pay when you drop your vehicle off and get repaired by them is a great value because theyre work is extremely professional and has been very reliable to me I appreciate their work and they are also members of the AAA program

Very questionable. I had to have my car moved by Auto Club because after a week & $$$ they were unable to fix or find the problem. Only a thermostat but they replaced a good water pump that was more expensive. Tow drivers,got $$ for brining my car there

Totally useless personnel, I couldnt get the guy to help whatsoever. Ended up cancelling my help call to AAA because of the lack of effort from the tow truck driver they sent. I have no idea how they were contracted by AAA. What a letdown after waiting 3 hours (2 hours late) in a dark park alone in a not so nice part of town. I never felt the need to have my pepper spray ready so much.

Worst experience ever do yourself a favor and chose a different shop I thought this was a good shop from all the fake reviews turned out to be the worst not only is David very rude and a liar they took almost two weeks on my car when I was told it will only be two days no consideration at all no apology BE AWARE DONTWASTE YOUR MONEY

The two truck driver, Peter, was careful with my car and was professional in his service except that he blocked the street unnecessarily and when a neighbor asked him to move over he was rude and complacent. I will not recommend Peter.
