I have bought hundreds of thousands from shilpark paint west LA. The manager Steve is great, Victor, everybody. Never had a bad experience. However called the Culver city branch to order paint because the phone line is down in West LA, the lady that answered the phone was the worst customer service from a vendor I have ever spoken too. Absolute Zero. I will continue to shop west LA shilpark but would rather buy from Dunn Edwards than go to Culver branch. All my painters and my subs are all now banned from Culver city branch by me. First review Ive ever written. I hope the Parks see this

I got helped right away... Oh and their prices on their selection of Purdy brushes are lower than the local large home improvement stores... I picked up a perrrty 3.0 Purdy

Great Service fantastic inventory! The shop was tidy and organized. Im am shocked to find how so many paint stores dont know their inventory or what they have on the shelves. How are you going to make recommendations and provide good service to your customers? I have driven and called all over Los Angeles trying to find steel blades for bondo paint prep. Most places didnt even know what I was talking about and tried to sell me Spackle blades which if you didnt know are boo boo for a proper bondo application. When I called Shilpark Paint not only did they have it, they knew what I was speaking of and were able to tell me if they had them in stock off the top of their head. No hold and let me check. I told them I would be by in 20-30 minutes and how I had been searching all over LA. WHEN I SHOWED UP THE YOUNG MAN WHIPPED THEM OUT FROM BEHIND HIS BACK LIKE Houdini! I didnt even need to tell them what I wanted or explain the conversation from the phone. They just had my back! I highly recommend! I noted that they had a very nice selection of a variety of nice brushes that any professional painter would be happy to have. I highly recommend coming here! Its worth the drive if your not close by. Ill definitely be back.
