If I could give 10 stars, I would. I live in the Midwest and they shipped fast. I called first and they were very helpful and polite. As for the paint...STOP shopping at craft stores and go straight to the manufacturer. The Nova Color peoples money is not spent on advertising, middlemen or a fancy website. Its spent on good paint- and I am grateful. The pigment load is phenomenal (yes, better than Golden) I paid $42 in shipping costs and did not care because I literally saved over $540! If you use acrylics, THIS is the place to get your paint.

I was initially concerned that the shipping cost would offset the the savings, when I was quoted the shipping rate I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was considering the weight of the paints. I have not been able to order for the first time, but the care and time taken to ensure I had a color chart and the kindness shown to me has been above and beyond expectations. Not sure when your governor will let up on this order, in Texas our Governor Abbott is slowly opening our lives back up. Take care of yourself and your employees. One of the best places to buy really great acrylic paint . The prices are very affordable. Customer service is always wonderful. Plus they ship anywhere in the us m but if youre in Los Angeles go five em a visit . Parking is a few spots down but lots of spaces.

There is no better paint. There is no better color and honestly the prices are usually better then most art pigment paints especially the mediums you can add. Im utterly amazed at how durable, beautiful and how many mediums of artwork it can be used for !!! AMAZING

The product is wonderful, and I highly recommend it. Its a small place, and the staff is helpful.I was very disturbed however, when I went to check out, and the guy took my card to the back of the store. Nobody wants to see somebody walk away out of sight with their debit/credit card. I didnt recall them doing that previously. They need to fix that.

I purchased 8 colors a couple months ago. Oh my, how yummy. Rich and pure. They follow the command of my brush with flow of ease. I am a fan and have introduced my painter peeps who are equally impressed.
