This public storage is conveniently located right off the 405 freeway. One of the main reasons I am a loyal customer is because of the property manager, Leslie. Leslie is always friendly and helpful. We have been customers of this Public Storage site going on 3 years. We have been very happy with using this facility. We have never had a problem with accessing the site or our unit EVER. The staff is great, always helpful. As of late, Greg, has been super helpful with assisting us with our unit. I would highly recommend this site. The location is great.

The guy who helped me was so friendly, kind and explained everything! He answered all my questions, explained what the safest lock is, the best time to move things in and out, and advised me that I should stay with the unit I booked and not upsize, I should instead try to sell some of my stuff that Im not attached to, in order to save money monthly, since Im in between apartments right now. What great customer service! Im just so sorry I cant remember his name! Overall, the place feels very safe, even having security codes for the cars to get in and out of the facility.

I went in this past Friday to get information and a girl named Angie helped me out. She was very nice, helpful, and detailed with their rates. I haven’t had good experiences at other storage places so this was a huge plus for me right off the bat! I left with no questions, and all answers. Will definitely be renting space, once I move out later this month!

We were well served by Leslie and Greg. They showed us storage that was clean, orderly, and the layout makes us confident that we can store our things including a small upright piano ourselves. The 48 hour window to empty an 8x16 POD on the premises makes moving apprehensive free.

Great place. I wasnt here for a very long time but Leslie helped me both times I was here and I had only pleasant experiences with her and the storage facilities. It feels safe and its very clean. Recently moved to LA to pursue my acting career and of course I thought let me store my big furniture items in storage while I find a new apartment to rent and get on my feet, I googled the closest public storage to my hotel, saw all the great reviews and had to check it out. OMG, the place is amazing! Clean, I like the lighting, its close to the freeway. I had no issues reserving my space, loading my furniture, and getting on with my search. Thanks to the lady at the front, I think her name was Chanel, I had a great experience. She was sweet, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with this out of down south gal! : )

I can understand why folks may not have the time to post a review of a storage facility. After all, renting storage space is pretty straight forward, right? Well, I have rented from different Public Storage facilities in the past, from up in the Bay Area while in college to the Valley here in L.A. a few years ago, and I have to say that the level of professionalism and courtesy that Leslie displayed in helping with my familys needs was impressive. She almost practically anticipated answers to questions I hadnt asked yet, and provided a variety solutions to best fit our immediate needs. She clearly knows the facility and the process very well, and that made the sense of urgency with my familys move that much easier. Couldnt be happier with the overall experience! Highly recommend them!

This is my second rental with Public Storage. A top notch experience! My rep, Dorian called early this morning and had all the enrollment paperwork ready for me. She was very helpful and reviewed all the details clearly and with a depth of knowledge.She gave me a great price on a unit that met my needs.The facility is easy to reach and makes loading a breeze. The elevator works well which is a big plus. I would highly recommend Dorian and this facility.

I visited this public storage this past September. I was moving into a smaller apartment and needed to store many of my belongings ASAP. Leslie helped my boo and I finding the most fitting storage at the best price. She gave us a tour of different size spaces, so that we had a visual understanding of the dimensions of the different spaces. I like this place. Leslie helped me get set up, and she made sure everything was clear and that I had a good experience. Another very important feature: the elevator is fast, and the door opens immediately when you arrive on the floor. That makes a big difference when you have to run multiple loads up to the unit.
