Such a friendly and easy place to get a storage unit. Clean, secure, and very straight forward.The office staff was super helpful and even dropped what they were doing to take me around and show me a couple different units. They even walked me through all the details and we signed up right there.Highly recommend if anything just to come in to take a look!

We are still waiting for a refund from Evelyn and Evaristo. They charged us $111 on October 1, even though we moved out on Sept 30 and came by the office to sign paperwork, at which time the office was closed (in the middle of Sunday when they are said to be open). I have a photograph I thought to took when I got back in my car, in case they charged us for October. I am growing weary, but will take it to small claims court this week if its not taken care of. Such a waste of time.

I see this place when I drive to work, but never really needed to use storage. It was kind of a mystery.Finally, my wife and I decided to remodel, and the closest place was this. After shopping around on line for pricing, we came by.The manager gave us a tour, showed us different space sizes and we left with a really good idea of what we would need.I still shopped around, went to two other places. What made the deal was that the access to units here is so easy. I can pull my truck up to the door. Other places have corridors or even elevators which is OK if you just have boxes or light items.We were in and out pretty quickly, they were very nice, even to all of my Wifes questions. Value for your money, easy and clean. Good Job guys !

The manager has always been kind and personable. The team as a whole is great and I am sure it is because they have good management. I am always contacted in advance to make sure I am aware of the fact that I may be charged additional fees. I really appreciate this as sometimes I do forget. It is also just nice to know that they care and are making sure that I am aware of whats going on with my storage. It is nice to know that a storage place cares about the people storing their items in their facility. I really appreciate the manager as this has been one of my best storage experiences. The place is terrific. I have several units and have friends that now rent here too. Place is always clean. Have never seen a bit of litter on the ground. They are very up to date and you can pay on-line or on the phone with your credit card. They are friendly and nice. They have storage units in all varying sizes and they are good value for the dollar in this area of town. Security is terrific and management is courteous and efficient. High recommend this place.

Great, clean, and safe space. I made my reservation the night before, and when I visited the following morning to see the space, I realized I needed more space. The associates, Evaristo and Gabriel, were patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They found a larger and more convenient space for me to load my furniture, AND at a better price than the original space I reserved. This is a great storage facility!!! They have wonderful customer service and Evaristo went out of his way to make sure I got the unit I needed at a great promotional price! Even went out of his way to explain all the paperwork and gave me a breakdown of the monthly charges so I wouldnt be surprised when the promotional price changes to the regular rate. Knowledgeable staff, super clean facility, and very easy to access. Id send every one I know here without hesitation.

Convenient location about freeway entrance and exit and lot of the units are garage Style so you can just drive right up to it load and unload very clean people that work there real cool and they even have mailboxes so you could have your mail delivered there as well. Really convenient

West LA Mini Storage is a very nice facility for storing your belongs. The grounds are clean, safe, with good lighting and everything is well maintained! The hours are very good 7:00am to 8:00pm seven days a week. Their prices are very reasonable !!!

Hate it. when the economy sinks. some of us run for cover; so we go to places like this. The owners knowing that most people renting space are going through hard times financially, designed a system so that your stay there is very short: for example if you dont pay within 10 days, they charge you a fee $20 or so; then within ten days they add another fee ($20), then immediately before the same month is over they start the lien sale process and they add another $50 or so. These owners,. knowing that the person will have a hard time paying, designed another trap. the first of the next month; the very same day then they pile up the monthly fee, making it virtually impossible for people to reclaim their belongings. remember that the the people who fall here inthis category are the poor. so those who can afford it, will never experience this. the owners keep upping the amount knowing that in most cases, people will loose their valuables to them. and or would have to make the owners of West LA mini storage a priority even against the basic necessities of life and pay them what they are asking. They seem very cold to others. I invite all the victims to join me in a class action lawsuit-I am certain we can file in federal court for taking property without due process of law or in a ca cause of action such as breach of contract. victims of West LA mini storage please join me -in the next few days I am setting up a website seeking victims and filing a complaint with the courts and appropriate BBB and local authorities: google west la mini storage predatory fees in the next few days.

I needed to store a car while going out of town. I found West LA mini storage to be very friendly. They had a unit in the size I wanted, and made sure it was clean. There is also power in the storage unit which was something I hoped for. Easy freeway access off of the 405 South.

This place is very nice and clean! We came in and they were able to find us exactly what we were looking for the same day since we didnt have too much stuff a smaller space was perfect. they had lots of choices in size and a friendly staff I highly recommend

Ive been renting storage space here for quite a while now. The place is kept very clean (even the bathroom, heh), the staff are friendly and helpful, and much to my surprise they even remember my unit number when I come in to pay the rent. Speaking of which Ive only had one rent increase, and it was only $5.00. This is not the first storage place Ive had, but its definitely the last.

I like this storage because its clean. It also seats in a prime neighborhood. This location ia near the 405 and 90 freeways.I specialize in home improvement and real estate signage for open houses.I have been able to come in and out of the storage unit at many different houra of day and night week and weekend days.The space is cool witha nice breeze from the ocean and the shade from surrounding trees and freeway overpass.I recommend this place althou it may be full. It would not surprise me.

I am a very satisfied customer of WLA Mini Storage, so much that I came back for a second storage unit.

The storage is very clean, the staff is very good with the people they help, there is two gates to come in, but only one for exit. The gates are not open on holidays which is a bad thing for me, but other than that i like renting here, a very clean bathroom, hallways, and roads. they do need a bigger lane on the sides if a car is there it is hard to walk around them. if you are looking for a place to store your stuff this is a great place to do it. they have deals and lots storages there plus p.o. boxes to rent by the month if you need them

Evaristo Arroyo assisted me in getting a unit and the proper size without paying too much and taking care of al the details. I checked out quite a few places before and felt at home as opposed to oversold and under delivered. I would highly recommend and its always better to go with the small guy as opposed to the big box in my opinion.
