I was in and out of that place They had what I was searching for Ill definitely be returning. I dont know or see why some of the people (customers) placed some bad reviews and I really dont care cause I was satisfied with their knowledge and their speed.

HVAC techs / installers, do your self a favor and stay away from this place, awfull costumer service and even worse the attitude and disrespect from the grandma on the front counter, i bet if i was tall and blonde youll never treated me the way you did, but because I look Mexican you went off on me. I hope people read this and STAY AWAY ! from your business .

This place is dangerous and clearly doesnt care about a global pandemic and keeping their employees or customers safe. I was potentially interested in a job opportunity they had however when I spoke to the person in charge of the interview process and we discussed there safety measures for the job during the corona virus the person I spoke to said Im not worried about the corona virus are u? I didnt know how to respond I was so caught off guard. She then proceeded to explain that they have social distancing with cubicles but that some people wear masks and some people dont wear masks which means they dont enforce the state mandate requirement to have masks and clearly have no regard for anyones safety and health.

I dont know why but te people there takes for ever to attend the customers .. and is the same thing all the time.

The employees work super slow; they care less for the people waiting in line. When an employee finally came to help me he took a phone call and started to take a phone order for more than 10 minutes, after he realized I was still waiting he asked someone else to help me.The wait time in line is about 1 to 2 HOURS.

Over priced, but they do have it in stock. They guys are very knowledgeable, if you can get them to help you. If you pull a number, you will get called upon, unless they feel like skipping over you even if youre at the counter when youre up. Been going there for 10 years. Never again. A lot of arrogance for guys with Google in front of them. 20 year HVACR guy here, and now Im ordering from United, and RSD. Its still cheaper and those dudes have personalities. Well, their motto is volume without profit is like eating soup with a fork. You stay busy, but not much happens.

I have been going here since 1987 when they were at the Robertston location and they only had two stores. They have great customer service and counter support. You may have to wait to be called, but thats true of any good supply house. I dont understand why people complain here about getting a LEMON??!! Howards DOES NOT MAKE the equipment they sell!! Go to the manufacture if you want to complain! Howardsd ahs extensive parts and equipment in stock, one of the best HVAC supply houses in the Business! I highly recommend.

We got a LEMON. Warranty people want replace this defective product and Henderson is just saying, they should replace it with no support. So its winter and we have no heat.
