I’ve been coming here for years even though staff has an ok/what ever personalities, I’ve officially had it when the whole produce deli section was ROTTEN!! Everything was molded over, I asked to speak to the manager and when he finally came out I explained to him very nicely that this is gross lol and not ok to put up for sale and have the WHOLE section of it moldy not just 1 item several items. I said it takes days for it to even get to this point so clearly you and the staff has to know about it or a staff member doesn’t care about their job and getting people terribly sick. And the fresh ones where in the back so they deliberately put the rotten ones in front. NOT OK! and the manger just had a confused look never even talked to me once about it, snatched the rotten items from my hand while I was still talking to him and walked away like? Like um excuse me?

I shopped at this store very clean welcoming and that hamburger patty they have in the meat department OMG😁👍

Went there for the 72 hours sale!! But unfortunately they ran out of the items I needed!When I asked one of the employees there his answer was: Oh sorry thats not my department!!I asked can you please ask someone to help me??And once again the employee said No Im sorry!!You have to go to the front and ask for help there!!Are they for real??The only one that was really helpful was a cashier when I was ready to pay, Thank you for being really helpfulGiselle H. 👍

Overall I want to give this location a 4/5 due to certain employees and their customer service. Definitely understanding when someone is having a bad day or is not treated fairly at work, but I think it’s still important to make the best out of the day and treat everyone the way you want to be treated—even when things aren’t going your way. The store is clean and organized and I never have issues finding the items I am looking to purchase.

A nice market with decent produce and a great butcher. The staff are friendly & helpful and the shelves are typically stocked to the gills. I love the bulk section too, you can get everything from granola to chocolate covered honeycomb...yes you read that right! The only reason I took one star is because sometimes the try new products and stop carrying others, which can lead to a hissy fit in aisle 3.

Store was very clean and well organized. Very open spaced as well.

Nice store, I shop here all the time for convenience, quality and price. Management is slow at reacting to rushes at the line. It’s always backed up at the register.

We like this Sprouts. Everyone weve encountered is helpful and their produce is as good as Sprouts gets.

My favorite part of this store is the bulk items. I get bags of cashews here for healthy low carb snacking. They also have wild rice in portioned bags.

Very nice, big, wide open store with lots of great fruits and vegetables. They have a nice variety of Vegan food as well. The employees are nice and helpful. When you ask where a product is, they dont just tell you, they walk you to it. Ive really great experiences shopping here especially during the pandemic.

Great selection - wine - veggie section is great and seafood frozen are great only need better service at deli it appears i was inconveniencing staff to order sandwich to go did not repeat my order before making and wanted roast beef - got ham deli staff need to smile a bit to customers say hi greet simple gesture that welcomes customers today with mask hard to hear than repeat the order / my go to market for early morning shopping, love the fresh vegetable section and spring box salad box are so fresh and crunchy vegetables. Found some fresh thai chili- what a good surprise and good heat too. overall i enjoy visiting market, front staff always greet and say hi - i like that.

Clean, not too busy at night. It is considerably smaller so I dont expect to find extras. Staff are helpful. Close to fix hills Mall and Pavillion. It is inside s shopping center across from trader Joes

I usually go to the one on Sepulveda Blvd and I love it. Not everything is organic but overal the products are of good quality with a reasonable price. I used to go to Rainbow acres for my vitamins but havent been back since they opened. I havent been to the one in downtown Culver so I cant really compare. If you havent done it yet, next time you need to order Thanksgiving meal, think of them. Their Turkey is one of the best I have eaten over the years! It is so tasty that you will be happy you ordered from them!

This Sprouts has always been a hit or miss for me over the past four or five years I have been shopping here. I feel like the store is often understaffed, and sometimes only two registers are open, with lines of 5+ people, and sometimes its very hard to find a staff member for assistance. I often see managers working the registers to help. Some of the staff are super friendly and helpful, while others seem like they hate their job and it comes through. Sometimes products are well stocked, other times, items are consistently out of stock for weeks (when other nearby stores have them, so its not a supplier problem). Produce can be very fresh, but at times, its not. Some products are way overpriced, and are only worth it when on sale (and sales have been getting way stingier these days). Shopping carts are usually strewn around the parking lot and not always easy to come by. And it drives me nuts that they let solicitors just hang out by the front entrance asking for money constantly. I could go on and on, but I feel like this Sprouts is okay, but could be so much better if management addressed some of the inconsistencies and staffed the store better.

Alexis was a great help, he took a lot of pressure off my shoulders. At this location the employees love saying that’s not my department so I can’t help you! This company should cross train the employees. Although Alexis couldn’t help me because it wasn’t his specialty. He looked for people to help, he went over and beyond! Great customer service 😊😊😊🍑

Much bigger than the one we have near me in Arizona. Everything I bought, (cilantro, cucumbers and oranges) were not only beautiful, but tasted delicious too.

I dont normally shop here but today I went with my mom. U can find some good stuff here. I will say though this is not a place to do alot of shopping at one time. Everything is 2 to 3 $ more for the same exact thing I find at ralphs. I usually buy the 32oz raw unfiltered honey for 13$ it was 19 $ here but on sale for 16.

Great always except they dont carry enough EVOLUTION large watermelon juice.

I really like this Sprouts. They always have what Im looking for produce wise. This time I went at night and the parking lot was completely dark. Little scary because you cant see whos around. But a great store nonetheless.

Fulfilled my shopping list, except for one item. Took awhile to find someone to assist with locating the item. Was advised to call before coming in to see if the item is available. Always have a good experience. They need better grocery bags, mine busted before getting in the house. Checkout was quick. Very pleased. 5🌟for self-serve barrels already bagged. Ive seen customers using their hands instead of the provided scoops.

Poor customer service at the vitamins section. The ladies in that section always seem bothered when asking for help.

You have to wait 20-30 minutes in line to checkout in the morning 9am-10am. They have 6 checkout counters but only 2 active cashiers and the lineups are long, 10-12 people waiting to be served. Please address so customers can checkout quickly, Sprouts should be grateful to have business in these times and treat customers better.

This Sprouts on Sepulveda bl Slauson ave adj has really been getting better since its original opening a few.years ago.And esp sad to say during the Pandemic.For example; whereas other health markets such as Trader Joes have reduced their hrs- This particular Sprouts has remained steady in their closing time of 10pm most eves. And one of the grestest things I love about this Sprouts - apart from one of the widest varieties of fresh produce- a meat dept and a deli dept is that their vitamin - and health and beauty sections rivals most other health oriented stores of which I have visited!!!!!In conclusion - any business is really as good as its managerial leadership..And in my own understanding one of its new managers- a Mr.Chris Hrata is taking this store to a really new level of outstanding service- and concern for the diverse shoppers who frequent it.And since I am a pickle lover- a relatively new pickle product- producer- Hermann & Sons Kosher Dill Pickles has made their way to this Sprouts cold shelf area!vis a vis Ohio - the cos origin.And trust me! They are so delicious - and crunchy- that any delicatessen in So Cal.has some new competition!!Check out them and this Sprouts market!Mark A Winn

Great selection good value

This Sprouts always has the things I need at an affordable price! There cookies are super delicious. I recommend the coconut pecan and cranberry walnut cookies, they are scrumptious! However this last time I went i got raspberries and 2 days later they were no good. They usually last at least 3-5days...disappointed they were a wasted purchase.

The store is clean well stock and the deli people are very nice and in the meat department if they dont have it out they will make it for you which in my opinion makes it one of the best places to shop and thats being honest any store that helps its customers is a place to keep coming too

The long line that extended past the building moved quickly. I like that the greeter wiped down my cart; handsanitizer and gloves were available for use. As always, the produce was fresh and the butcher was helpful in selecting some steaks. I appreciated that the belts were wiped down, not after every customer (much better), but every few customers.

The seafood department is rude. They would not honor my raincheck. Telling the price was wrong. The raincheck came from a Sprouts employee. I have sent a complaint to corporate. Never been treated so bad. They both lack class.

Great sprouts easy to get in and out when you can find parking decent prices and fresh produce I get alot of vitamins on sale here and well priced vegan items they have a pretty international selection too you should be able to find most things for people in your family trya eat healthy. Iike thier fresh seafood and when thier on sale essential oils . I get vegan protein shakes here too so if your vegan, vegetarian or meat eater you should be able to find stuff for the whole family with decent prices .

I am a very critical grader and I seldom give a 5 star to any establishment. My reason for not giving Sprouts 5 stars is do to the need to do a better job at the check out. Often only 2 out of 5 are open with long lines. However, Sprouts is a great place to stop and pick up some healthy food items and many of their natural products low sodium and great vitamins. I often take advantage while Im there to pick up some of the bulk items trail mix, beans, meal products and some coffee beans. Its well worth the effort to drive a little farther to shop at Sprouts.

Mostly great produce with good prices on same; however, sometimes berries are on the verge of going bad and you cant tell. I dont think its right to offer fresh looking but soon to perish produce at reduced prices.

This was one of the location accepting plastic films for recycle. So drove the extra mile to recycle my film plastics from online orders.I did not remember how bad it was until today. It is very sad and concerning experienceFirst, the female greeter at the door did not even bother to ask me if I needed a cart or just say hello. She seemed obliged to others arriving.I bought my things and did not ask for a bag and the cashier register lady just tossed couple of my protein bars everywhere. She seemed nice from the start.A Nissan Murano cross cabriolet driving the wrong side of the parking so he doesnt have to wait. A white Lexus Rx350, an older woman speeding in the parking lot as I was walking. If you see these vehicle, please take caution.During these unprecedented times, we all should look beyond fear and be a supporting community.Customer service: Mediocre to poorSafety: non-existent, speeding people in their SUVs.Overall atmosphere: NOT GOOD.Products: Well stocked at the time.Covid-19 measures: somewhat social distancing and some were wearinga mask not covering their nose inside the store.

Organic produce at good prices. As a vegan, Im always on the lookout for purple potatoes, which are much more nutrient dense than other potatoes. This particular Sprouts always seems to carry the best ones! Yay! I also like their prices on avocados, and frozen desserts. The vegan key lime pie is the best! I dont miss any flavor, its actually better than the old cheese!

Store selling products with passed expiration Date. I got 6 yogurts at May 9th 2018; after register I found out that 2 of them has expatriation day on Apr 24th (2 weeks pass!) and one has May 4. It’s ridiculous. Be careful when you buying in this store! Good luck!

One of the better Sprouts locations. The store is very spacious, clean and always friendly staff on hand to help out.

Usually I would give this location a five star, but today, a front supervisor named Lakeisha had a attitude because she was short handed, and had to get eggs for me since they broke when I reached the bagging section. I told her it was fine and I would go get it. It makes no since that people have attitudes because they have to work and yet, millions are out of work. Although I was doing Instacart with someone, I have not worked a full time job since the beginning of the year.

Store is clean and well organized. Not a ton of choices. Overpriced. Mangoes here were 5x the price Ive seen them elsewhere. Good for locals to grab a couple of things.

No fennel bulb. They did have broccoli rabe, though. And they had a darn good feta in the deli section.

The strawberries had mold on them! Usually the place is kept clean and the food is fresh,but I guess not today!
