This is a true neighborhood gem. Ive lived in LA since 1995 and only just discovered this place when I moved to Culver City. The food is delicious. You literally cant go wrong with anything you order. And, the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it!

One of the best kept secrets in Culver City. It’s a little market tucked away in a neighborhood. Parking is usually tough. There’s no lot. You just have to try your luck at grabbing street parking.The sandwiches are unbelievably delicious. They have quite a selection of house sandwiches but they also have a card that you fill out to make it personalized.Great prepared foods like potato salad and other salads.Hugh non-alcoholic drink selection—from coffees, teas, and kombucha.It’s also a little market with specialty items like crackers and cheeses.A little pricey but it’s worth it.

Beautiful deli, awesome environment. You can eat in the back with a gorgeous natural retreat atmosphere, or take out. Lots to choose from. Minimal street parking. Very friendly behind the counter. Support your local small business. I enjoy the jerk sandwich.

I finally stopped in and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and well organized presentation not to mention they have stocked products I never knew would be so important to me fair pricing great quality and such kind service this place is a must for locals and travelers alike also the caramel soy macchiato gave me a life beyond the 5star limitation ENJOY....!

I went here with my roomie and had the salmon scramble. Delicious. Great backyard vibes with a bubbling fountain.I appreciated the selection of snacks they had and the kindness of the staff to let us sit in the back.More places like this would be great!

It took me 30 years to discover this little Gem in the heart of Los Angeles (Culver City).Quiet, peaceful, beautiful...Their Team rock Maya, Nick, Andres and all caring, friendly, professional... and Tony the owner is just amazing.Food is good, order anything, you cant go wrong. Great sandwiches and super clutch quick-grab snacks, deli items, beer, and wine. Only complaint is its an absolute cluster eff around lunch time. The system is broken and a bunch of customers are standing around confused. They need a monitor/screen that says whose orders are ready, whose are in the works, etc. There are two lines (in concept) to separate people just waiting for orders vs those grabbing items off the shelves, but it doesnt really work the way its supposed to. Despite the gripe, this place is a gem in the neighborhood with a great owner and staff, and a great selection of items.

The little neighborhood market is every bit as sophisticated and urban Manhattan an experience, here in the very middle of a leafy, residential house area with street parking. The hidden garden out back is spiffy and perfect, complete with a little wall waterfall and maintained..High end bottled sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, condiments etc. plus an astonishing number of choices for pricy bottled drinks and also wines. At the to-go counter for salads, sandwiches, pananis, customers marking off their choices on a card. It took 35 minutes (one customer ahead of us with a single sandwich) to get our sandwich and salad - with the order wrong. The food is average supermarket deli fare (Boars Head). We would only go back for the garden and try breakfast.

We had a very large group order for delivery and they took the time to take down every name. The order was perfect and packaged beautifully. Great service!!

Dope spot! Been open since 1925 so I definitely have been sleeping on this one. And its unfortunate too, because the food is pretty amazing. Fresh and quick. Pretty healthy options as well; including gluten free options and such. Definitely will be going back to try some other goodies!

What a great spot ! So many yummy things too choose from. We ordered the French toast which was perfectly cooked with a fresh baguette 🥖. We also had a bacon, egg& cheese Sandwich on a baguette also delicious !!! They gave us 2 complimentary fresh squeezed orange juices and it was delicious! Nice place to sit out side under the umbrella or take your order to go. Looking forward to eating a lunch sandwich tomorrow!! Thank you for a great experience and great breakfast ! 🍳

Delicious fresh made to order sandwiches and salads. I did see people eating breakfast and it looked really good. but I didnt see any menu for it in the store or with the ordering process. When you go in you fill out a paper with your name and order. Then you wait for them to call your name. This location has a beautiful outdoor patio in the back. I ordered a turkey sandwhich on baguette to split with my hubby. Its big enough to share so are the salads. All sandwiches are made to order or you can select one of the combinations they reccomend. Boars head meats and cheese and fresh veggies. So so good!

A hidden gem, sandwiches are bussin, great area in the back, gives me NY bodega vibes in the front and Cali vibes in the back.

We went there today, which is a Sunday. It was a bit crowded, we sat at their backyard space, very nice ambience.However I must say the service as you enter was pretty bad, the guys who took the order didnt quite follow what we were ssying, had to repeat again n again to make sure they got it right. All of them were grumpy not welcoming at all.So its a no, no for us in future. We drove all the way from Studio City to Culver city, definitely not worth it.The sandwich was not bad.

This location is really nice. The patio is beautiful and very tranquil. My only complaint is that the coffee wasnt great; the espresso tasted slightly burnt and my friends iced coffee was almost flavorless. The sandwich was great and I love their selection of snacks and drinks.

Excellent place for lunch. Everything is fresh and the sandwich combinations are unusual and very good. Unless I just missed it, it would be helpful if they posted the ingredients that are in their prepared dishes. This information is on their website, but it would be helpful if they were listed in the store.Id also like to suggest they lower the volume of the music. I love the music they play, but it makes it difficult to hear the staff (and, in turn, for the staff to hear the customers).

First time here and wow what a cool little market and deli! Super fresh and top choice ingredients in my sandwich and they have a lot of my favorite European candies!! Staff very friendly and great customer service. Definitely recommend! I look forward to my next time here!

INCREDIBLY tasty breakfast and lunch options! Its the unofficial city hall of Culver City, everyone comes here. They also have some newly renovated epic airbnbs, with access to their tranquil courtyard. Really great place to stay in LA!

Jackson Market is a wonderful gem hidden in the heart of Culver. Great for supplies or a delicious meal. The staff is awesome and the back patio is amazing.

Food is delicious. You cant go wrong, no matter what you order. However, they never seem to handle rush hour well. There doesnt seem to be a system in place for handling walk in orders in a timely fashion when theres a large crowd. I went for lunch recently & people who placed their orders after me got their food before me, & they dont seem to keep track of who has paid for their order & who hasnt. Food is awesome tho & so is the ambiance in the back patio. I will be back but Ill avoid rush hour times.

Great local sandwich shop. In my opinion, way better than much higher profile places like Bay a Cities. The Italian sub is one of my favorite sandwiches, and is one of the best I’ve ever had. Plenty of other options that I’ve yet to try but look great. Great service that’s always been super friendly and welcoming. Really just a gem of a spot that I hope sticks around for a long time.

I always find something interesting to try here. Every sandwich Ive gotten has been large and delicious. Pre-COVID, it was a wonderful place to sit outside in some shade with a book; Ive never been able to connect to the wifi.

If youre looking for an out of the way, lovely eatery in culver city, look no further! jackson market is nestled inside a quiet residential neighborhood in culver city, off of the main strip, and the inside is stocked with all sorts of goodies -- from delicious deli sandwiches, to fresh salads, to imported goodies, fresh produce, and a wall of cold drinks of all kinds. the staff here is so kind and helpful, too! the back patio, though, is probably the most special part of coming here...there are plenty of tables arranged around a beautifully-landscaped courtyard, with a koi pond, fountains, and tons of beautiful, healthy plants. i have only been once, but i plan to go back soon! jackson market is truly a gem!

Truly a Culver City institution but for some, it’s still a hidden gem. Located a stones throw from Sony Studios this is the place to meet and greet and nosh in a peaceful almost tranquil surrounding, all created by its owner Tony...and what he has done in the “backyard”, is nothing short of phenomenal!The food is top shelf with ingredients from around the world-nothing but the best, for an experience that is second to none. Culver City,Venice Beach,Santa Monica, or any west side destination, it would be hard to beat Jackson Market! Try it you will like it!

I would give 3 stars but the novelty earns a star. The market is nestled in the middle of an entirely residential block, making it a lot more interesting to go to. If it werent for the location, the overpriced sandwiches and the limited selection of other food items do not make it a stand out market. Id say check it out if youve never been and decide for yourself.

Hello - Jackson Market is now carrying the MoNuI juice brand with collagen infused products. It is one of the most fresh and great tasting juice with a combination of spinach, apple and red kale.

Ive been going here since I was 17. Theyve always been phenomenal and my sandwich perfectly. If theres a little wait its worth it!

Just found this small hole in the wall! Its absolutely delicious, our favorites are the chicken salad sandwich and the Melanzane. Giving this place 3 stars in regards to their lack of customer service based off of 3 different visits. I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but every time I stepped foot inside no one greets customers warmly or tells them where to order. The first time we were completely ignored and had no idea how to idea since its not exactly clear you have to drop off your order by the kitchen and then pay. Three different cashiers including the owner weren’t very friendly. Such a shame as they are located next to many homes and an awesome community, you’d think customer service was a priority to build rapport among all their clients. Will definitely keep coming back, but a real bummer the energy is off.

Fun little enterprise, was a bit difficult to get checked/cashed out for a Saturday but the food is quality and the selection is great. Probably could use better ventilation as the kitchen is open and the smoke can be a bit thick in the store area. Fun, quality and selection. Thanks, four paws up.

Great local deli with a store front in the middle of a residential street over in Culver City. Love the sandwiches n wraps on the menu, as well as the option to customize your own. Seats in out or out to relax and enjoy your food n drink. The market has a variety of snacks for the health conscious or not. Same for the beverages, adult or not. Like coming here for the low key-ness of it all. Something about all that, makes the experience better.

Lovely market an awesome deli food. Breakfast was amazing, especially the blueberry pancakes! Wide variety of food and snacks.Only downfall was that they allow people to bring their dogs in the market. Considering people eat in the market and there is active cooking going on in the market, I dont want pets around my food. Clean or not its a simple matter of respect.

This quaint neighborhood market is absolutely fantastic in just about every way. The breakfast sandwich was a decent portion size to share and the coffee was pretty good. If you live in an apartment and just need that backyard feel, they have a large area in the back. A nice spot to hangout with friends or just to be with a book. Parking can sometimes be challenging, but its not impossible. Walkable to downtown Culver if youre on to watch a movie or visit other places there.

The food is fresh and fantastic. The sevice is great, and if you have the time the back patio is like a oasis with fountains, comfortable seats, and lovely lighting (in the evening). A real gem.

This is a cool little place tucked away in a residential neighborhood in the palms area of Los Angeles. It is a deli plus it has a lot of other gourmet items as well. My daughter got a turkey sub that was out of this world. If youre looking for a great sandwiches, this is the place.
