Im glad theres a Pavilion in the Culver City area I usually have to go to further cities to get certain quality our food are variety but this location makes my life easier and I love their fresh tarts .. baked items, seafood, marinated meats and ice cream

Went to the deli to grab a quick sandwich for lunch. I got the turkey pesto avocado for $7.99 and it was delish!! I loved the reasonable price. In this day and age most sandwich shops have sky high prices at $15 for a sandwich, so this was a great price. Added on a soda for .49 (another steal!) And a bag of chips for $1.99. Had a delicious lunch.Will definitely be back.

You have to give the administration high marks for trying, from sophisticated produce sections to rearranging the store layout in sometimes mysterious ways (putting large plastic boxes of greens in the take-out salad section), to having and then stopping self-service check-out. Also large pet food and deli take-out sections.

This review strictly goes to hardworking Michelle, I’m an Instacart shopper and I always have difficulty finding things at the certain time limit provided. I was looking through all aisles and Michelle came up to me and asked if I needed help finding anything very quickly she didn’t hesitate to walk me over and show me exactly where the items were with a excellent attitude! Sometimes the employees at this store aren’t very specific in what places certain items are and having someone walk me over felt like a pleasant experience and overall made my shopping less stressful! Thank you Michelle for all you do I hope to run across you again!

I have shopped at culver city location for 23 years Supervisor Octavia has been working there all this time, she goes straight by the book, shes a employee that we cherish she works hard is caring for new staff. And when she can she says hello asks about our Son Mikey who she met when he was age 4 now he is an adult, he still makes sure he says hello to her when he shops there. Today we are thinking of all the great workers near us. She is number one. 👍🥰

The store is a clean and staff is pleasant, until you turn down their offer to sign up for a member card. The shift manager working the register had a hint of insult when i said i didnt have a phone number. He sarcastically said you dont have a phone number? Prompting me to explain, not one attached to one of cards. He kept pushing to sign me up, until i got annoyed and rude so he would just finish the transaction and let me leave. One time purchase dude. Yall dont need my personal info to buy salad items.

But I was looking for cheese wraps folios cheese wraps because the website said this prevails have them I asked management and staff and instead of pointing me to this spot there and thats about here they all took the time to help me to look for those folio wraps they didnt have to but I really appreciated that as a customer again above and beyond Thats what makes an impression Thats what makes a really good store a really good market Thank you to pavilions and the staff The followers werent there but came out with something a lot better customer service

This is a great store...it has been our primary grocery store for years and they have really stepped up in the last year to handle what has been required to keep their customers and their employees safe in the midst of the pandemic. We really appreciate everything they have done!

Pavilions(es?) are big grocery stores. this one has an entire panda express inside of it. im not even kidding. you can get chow mein and eat it WHILE YOU ARE SHOPPING. its a shining jewel of western civilisation and urban convenience.that said, they have great selections of all the food items youve come to enjoy consuming throughout your lifetime. and self-checkout. and its a spacious, clean place.what you WONT find, for some reason, is the larger size of dunkin donuts whole-bean coffee. like, never. its not in stock. i think its because they sell their own bulk beans... which are fine. but weird and polished. who polishes coffee beans? they dont have to be shiny. im ok with the matte finish. can you guys just stock dunkin again? its really good. this is not a review of dunkin donuts coffee, but you might as well know that its pretty good. when you can find it. but you wont find it here.

Very clean and well stocked. However, produce section needs more attention. Lots of out of dated produce, brown greens, etc. And there were no seeded watermelons or grapes.

I have been in this Pavilions only once before, and was not familiar with its layout. I was approached by Steve who asked if he could help me....even tho he was obviously working on something else. I told him thatI was looking for Matza BALL soup. There were plenty of matza ball fixings, but no broth with the balls in it. He said that he was not familiar with such, but immediately got on his phone and called his supplier. Within minutes, Steve told me that the soup will be delivered on Monday; he took down my phone and will call me when the soup arrives. He even texted me just to be sure he had the correct number.THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. I will continue shopping at this store even tho it’s past other grocery stores. Thank you, Steve. I look forward to hearing from him, buying my matza ball soup and other groceries from now on.

I love this store. It has a jambajuice inside,groceries that other store near do not carry like small bottles Evian water and blood oranges [Exedra], friendly workers, perfectly stocked shells and it is Clean, clean,clean .

I like going to this Pavilions on Jefferson Blvd in Culver City. They have such a wide variety of kosher and organic fruits and vegetables and an array of cheeses. Its kind of a international market. And the employees that I met were very helpful and nice.

First time in many orders delivery was late.Called Help number on online order. Terrible connection. No help. Called store directly and call immediately answered. Delivery checked and I was assured it was on the way. By the time my call ended the delivery was at my door. Staff were extremely helpful and responsive. Cudos to Culver City store staff!

Super loving their curbside pickup option! Order and pay online, they let you know when your order is ready and store it at proper temperature until you call and say youre there. They bring it out and pop it right your trunk. Easy, safe, and friendly. And this service is free!!

Pavilions is an Albertsons company. Ever heard the phrase the cake is a lie? Thats any Albertsons, Safeway, Vons or Pavilions store. Like chicken tenders? I mean, who doesnt right? Buy chicken tenders at Pavilions and you get are slices of chicken breast battered to death. At least at any Kroger store (Ralphs, King Soopers, City Market) the Chesters Chicken tenders are chicken tenderloins that are lightly breaded, just as they should be. Once upon a time I was the head baker at an Albertsons in Colorado Springs. They dont even reward employees for their hard work but give them token raises on a pay scale. My manager couldnt give me a raise because the company wouldnt let her even though I was doing by myself what took 3 people to do when I was hired. Also, dont buy their meat. Its bad mkay? If you comparison shop youll know exactly what I mean. Lastly their prices are higher than Kroger for the same stuff.

Stopped in to check out the deli for some cold cuts for a party i wasnt having soon. The woman that help me Kimberly had so many idea about severing food to all the hungry zombies, she made it all a no brainer.thanks KIMBERLY this store is lucky to have you for an employee.PS STORE NICE AND CLEAN TOO

This grocery store stays open later than others in this zip code. It is really big, it has a Chinese take out fast food place inside. They have great cakes here! And great deals on alcohol, especially if you wait for the sales. There is a large flower section in this store as well.

That strip mall really needs to get security as there are men who will knock on your car window asking for tuition to school. I even witnessed these men fighting with customers in the parking lot. Im not going back even though the Pavillion is a really nice store

Tons of food, better ingredients than my local Vons. and they allow tap and pay which is convenient. I always walk out of there with at least $50 in groceries

This is a good, fairly upscale supermarket. Its large and has good floral and Deli departments. The store is well-kept, more attractive and welcoming than it was a few years ago. Parking is oddly laid out, but theres plenty of it. Theres a Starbucks in the store, so your shopping visit can easily be well caffeinated.

They have this awesome cooked chicken . I just love it!!! Its is made with this habanero (I think) Chile, but is not terribly spicy .. I recommend you their chicken!

I dont always shop at this store because there is a Ralphs about a half mile closer to me, but I may have to drive a little further...this store has really improved. The vegetable section is always beautifully stocked and inviting and the deli looks appetizing as well. I have ordered party trays a few times and they looked and tasted great. I am only taking one star off because I think the meat section could use a little improvement in presentation, but then I am really picky...in general it is pretty good. Did I mention that there is an in-store Jamba Juice, Starbucks, and Panda Express? Very handy and yet another reason to stop by. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.Update: I am now giving this location 5 stars based on a large deli order I placed a few days ago...I ordered 5 trays and they were all ready on time, and looked and tasted great. If you have never tried their fried chicken I highly recommend it. My family is from the South so we know how to fry a bird, and we were very impressed by this chicken. Very flavorful and just the right amount of crunch. Our compliments to the cook/cooks!

More of an upscale grocery store, a little more pricey than the rest. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The deli and seafood section has a great variety of top shelf items. The produce section is above average on the quality. Definitely worth going out of your way and checking this place out.

They make the best chocolate cake tartufo

Just got back from there... got charged twice for one crystal geyser 24 count water. now I got to drive back up there to either get the money or get the second crystal geyser. the checker said, we got you here. not really...

Not to bad, went looking for bread. Which I found, there wasnt a lot bot the shelves werent empty. Some of the essentials were not available. No paper towels, toilet paper, clorox wipes. Some prices may have been elevated, but with the discounts it equalled out. Best of all no long lines or waiting.

Immaculate and organized, always 100% stocked. Pricey, but you can find a good deal. I saved $6 on the Foster Farms chicken I specifically went for ... got a $4 bird. Woowoo!Not a place to shop every day, but very good for organic produce and herbs, putting together a special dinner. Good meat and fish counter, too. Above average products.
