It’s been a while since I’ve bought a car or truck from Culver City Toyota but decided to go there first to look for a Tacoma. I know these trucks are in short supply so I wasn’t surprised when they didn’t have the truck in stock I wanted. I was helped by Mo the sales consultant. Although he didn’t have what I wanted, he asked for my phone number and would look around to find me what I needed. I then went to Another a Toyota dealership and put a deposit on a truck I wanted that wouldn’t be available until December. Mo text me the next day with the unicorn of Tacoma’s. A beautiful Army Green Tacoma Pro already hooked up with so many extras. The price was great and so was the negotiation and sales experience! Will recommend Mo and the staff to anyone! They were great.
I had scheduled and I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, the service guy told they were behind, and I have to wait at least five hours (really) I clarified him that that was not my problem I was arriving in my own time and he replied “yeah you are right “ even though he ask me to dropping off back home, when I told him I live 36 miles he definitely said no, but he told me he will push my vehicle to be done in 2 and half hours, it was fine to me, after the period time I went back to see him and told me my vehicle it’s going to be ready in another two hours, 😡 really I was so disappointed and ask him for my vehicle keys and took off and he never had any apology for been lying 🤥 no a good time to take the vehicles in the weekend and I am done buying the oil change deal they have 😡😡😡
Chatted with a salesman (Carlos) prior to driving to the dealership. I am super picky and frugal at the same time. I know what I want and how much Im willing to pay for it and I made that clear over the phone. He was quick and easy to work with and answered all my random questions. The finance guy, well, they are never fun to deal with. Tried selling GAP insurance even though there was no GAP and then trying to sell extended warranties that I made clear I didnt want. In the end it was all good and I got the exact car I wanted at the price I felt it was worth. Thanks again Carlos!
I came here for a routine check and I absolutely love that they set you up with a free ride home and back!John A. is a rockstar and is honest when it came to the needs of my car. I would definitely be back for future car maintenance.
SUPER PLEASED! Wow wow can’t complain about my experience this morning from the time I got there to the time I left Oscar and Roger were super welcoming and informative. I appreciate them both.. really do recommend this dealer TOYOTA in CULVER CITY for any service. They are 💯 honest and fair I truly hope God blesses them both. Definitely coming back! Thanks guys.
I purchased a new Toyota Corolla to enjoy the Toyota Navigation and other apps. The new system comprises a number of tools, functions, and programs that give you quick access to a variety of available capabilities while driving. Unfortunately, sometimes the navigation app seems to face difficulties functioning. I reinstalled the Scout GPS, Toyota app and tried other remedies with no success. To make a long story short, I took my car to the Culver City Dealership. I made FIVE (not exaggerating) different appointments with three different people just to find out that they can’t help me. Toyota Advisor Rafael told me that my phone is outdated (Galaxy 10) and I needed to replace it because Corolla’s system doesn’t support Android phone! He was very impatient, on the border of being rude, and was treating me like a fool! After a few conversations with two Advisors and their Supervisor, I have been told that Toyota is working on the issue, but they can’t help me at this time. In addition to that, they told me that they had contacted the Corporate Office and have been told that there is no solution at this point. So, I left the dealership with an error message on the radio screen, disappointment, and frustration. But I was not ready to give up. I called Headquarters Customer Support line and after 20 minutes of help with installation, the apps started working again. I couldn’t believe that supporting team at the Culver City Toyota didn’t have any knowledge about the system, treated me with no respect, were not truthful about contacting the Corporate Office, nor put any effort to help me. I hope that they will be trained properly on Toyota technical support as well as Customer service skills to save other customers’ time and avoid being treated so poorly.
Everyone was very nice. It was great to be treated as a person and not just a sale to be had. There was no pressure to buy. My salesperson Ruben took great care of me. Gave me all of my options. Did all he could to make sure I left with a car that was reliable and make me feel that there were no worries on its dependability. Hes a great person to work with! Talk to him for your next car.My financing was explained very well. And I wasnt rushed through it. James answered all my questions clearly in a kind, honest and professional way.Overall great experience!
Amazing Experience. I Must Have Gone To 10 Dealers Who All Told Me NO!, But Culver City Toyota Said YES! Took About a Week, But They Came Through & Got The Deal Done With The Car I WANTED. Big Thanks To ART VALENTINE, WILL & Of Course Mr. JAMES Y. In Financing. Thank You Guys For Your Hard Work & All You Did…….. GO DODGERS
Absolutely the best service from Culver City Toyota Internet Sales Consultant Ruben Castillo, very motivated, honest, dedicated employee with outstanding communication skills and precise attention to the customer needs. Also would like to thank Culver City Toyota Finance and Insurance office for their efficiency and over all professionalism. Recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Toyota vehicle in todays upside-down market condition.
Okay, you asked me to leave a review.I’m assuming you must be clueless. My apologies, but really? So I booked an appointment for an oil change.Upon entering, I was bombarded w/negatively.First, I was told that I needed brake work, and then another person came to my window, telling me my tires, were expired.BTW., I have all my service records, so this was sort of annoying. In the end, none of these opinions were valid. The past and current service report, speaks for itself.Advice to the person who was my point of contact. Google how to interact w/customers.You might find several helpful hints. For anyone reading this, 5 stars is appropriate.CC Toyota is a GOOD place.Everyone is human, peeps make mistakes.Thank you, for my oil change.
Good morning,The ONLY reason that you (Toyota) received three-star is because of a friend. My friend went to the CC dealership just to be turned away without ANY! Assistance, the man, is slow to understand. Anyway, I would like to see some written instruction that shows step by step how to navigate through the Toyota website for payment assistance or any other assistance you can provide.
I always get nervous about taking my car in when dash lights come on, my brothers a studying mechanic and my dads a rancher but usually these places speak to me like I cant possibility understand whats going on with my car. Rafael was so kind and courteous; all I needed was some fluids changed. Very grateful and comforted.
Best experience at a Toyota dealership hands-down. Dropped off my car had an appointment absolutely no wait. Picked it up without an issue this is the shortest time I’ve ever been/waited at a Toyota dealership. Thank you for the great customer service William.
Tiffany is amazing. I completely trust her to take great care of me and my car. She is so responsive and thorough. She has completely changed how I view of the dealership as well as how I take care of my car. Thank you!!!
Drove into the Culver City garage without an appointment because error message lights came on suddenly and steering became labored. Prompt attention from Dave, friendly demeanor, appropriate questions, sympathetic tone, realistic estimates of potential problem, time and cost. Ubered me home. The intake could not have been more professional or welcoming. Hoping the fix is as smooth!
Been to quite a few Toyota dealers for service. Overall this team is friendly and helpful. That said, I’ve never had to wait 20 minutes to check in my car for a service appointment. I’m literally watching them take 15 minutes to checkin the one car that got here before me. This is a total fail. Nice peeps but, why would it take this long to checkin a car.
Recently sold our car here, the process was painless and streamlined, we got a great price for it, and Robert was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Great service package. That’s why we come here.. plus we bought our car here. Sales staff are great. Service is slow and it should never take 5 or 6 hours for an oil change. I’m not coming back. Life is too short to waste waiting for a service and I live an hour away so.. sorry but no excuses for taking so long! Peace out Culver City
Fast service, reasonable pricing, great staff. Nice first experience, will be back.
Pleasant waiting area but very long wait (2 1/2 hours for basic service)
Brandon, Reuben, and Christian at Culver City Toyota are all wonderful, helpful people. They make a great team. They showed me nothing but respect and friendliness. If you are looking for a new or used car i recommend this fabulous 3 to everyone. Thanks again guys love my nee car and appreciate the care and patients you all had for me doing this whole process.
Great team. Great work. Great customer service. 10/10
Sales representatives always have a bad reputation, HOWEVER, Axel whom works as part of a team at Culver City Toyota has changed the game and set the bar higher for all dealerships out there! Working part of a team, I as a single mother have been able to count on them to be supportive of my needs and my daughters needs. This gentleman has not only gone beyond his job duties to understand and help me and my daughter see all our options so that we can continue to work on our credit as oppose to leave a negative note! I am grateful to my higher power for my prayers where heard! T
I purchased a RAV4 hybrid. I absolutely love it and so does my family. Sheldon was very knowledgeable and did a great job answering my questions. He was also very patient and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. Sebastian in financial was also great and was thorough in explaining things. Overall I had a great experience purchasing my SUV with Culver City Toyota.
Was able to show up with no appointment and get my oil change. There were some things on the to-do list for my car, so my oil change took longer because of that. I appreciate that the dealership service keeps track of what needs to be done to maintain the life of my car. The service man, Christopher, checked me in was pleasant and friendly. Told me if there was anything I needed whilst I waited, just let him know. I know it’s his job, but I genuinely felt like a valued customer.
Guys were nice, but my tires were not rotated. I have the confidence that the job will get well done but it wasn’t. Took my mother’s car today as well and her tires were not rotated either even though it clearly states they would.
K’lee was amazing such great customer service!!! Really glad we got to work together!!! First time buying a car and it was so easy! All thanks to K’lee!
Tiffany in Service did an amazing job. She really helped navigate how to get my car fixed and figure out financing to be able to do so. She also was genuine and patient, which in my experience as a young female dealing with dealerships means so much (not being pushed into things). Not to say her coworkers were not helpful! Shout out to the Culver Toyota team for showing authenticity and professionalism.
Theyve got a great system and are honest about prices and timing up front. The staff are professional and can help you get items off your to do list without a struggle. I usually work with William who is awesome, but Ozzy helped me today. Thanks!
Demetrius (Chris) was absolutely great! He answered all my questions...was quick with serving me....very attentive to my concerns and my vehicle. I would definitely trust my car in his care. Thank you for everything. You made my service visit very smooth.
Its been always an awesome experience to visit this dealership for a service since 2016
VERY WARM N PERSONAL FOR ME. Thank you Ruben for going above and beyond. Thank you James for a great deal!! CULVER CITY TOYOTA ROCKS!! GREAT TEAM!!
I popped my tire the night before and had my car towed to Toyota… the next morning, I arrive early to get service. Tiffany at Culver City Toyota was fantastic! They were professional, kind, helpful, and attentive. I would come back to Culver City Toyota because of her customer service.
Hi everyone ! It was very friendly and professional staff. Our friend Randy always so kind to introduced me to new staff! Abe helped me to get one of the best deals in my Toyota Prius . My husband and I are very happy for the car and the service that they provided us .Thank you very much Culver City Toyota !
I have been going to Toyota for years however today o did not get a pleasant experience. I tested twice to check the status of my vehicle and nothing. I got at a text at 1130 saying my vehicle was ready when I’m already home. I understand they are busy but I ask they be mindful of someone’s time
I went in ready and willing to get a new vehicle. Unfortunately this particular dealership is ripping people off with the marked up prices. They tried to use the semiconductor chip shortage as an excuse to be asking for $15k over the price listed on Toyota’s website for the vehicle I was looking at. The salesman I was dealing with also had an attitude the entire time I was talking to him. Definitely won’t be buying a car from them ever. I would give them zero stars if I could.
We loved working with Yoshi, our sales rep. She was very knowledgeable & helpful. I recommend looking at the prices of the cars on the website, which may differ from the window-sticker price.
Came at 8:15 for signature service ( paid on advance) waiting 4 hrs +.( Culver City)Having a appointment does not make a time difference. Cancel my remaining services, jiffy lube has better turn around times with a more personable service.
Hi... I arrived early in the morning without an appointment. The service department didn’t open for another 30 minutes. Mark greeted me and took care of me as if I did have an appointment. He gave great suggestions as to where to eat breakfast. He also pointed out the showroom & team to maybe consider a Tacoma as a future purchase. All in all a great experience with the Toyota team. Thank you guys.
Has been my families Toyota center for the past five years. Always great customer service. From every rep really but have been helped more than once by a guy named Dave. Service is always done in a reasonable time. Wish they washed your car after work is done but guess you cant have everything huh? Lol Highly recommend location.
I was passing thru Los Angeles on a road trip from Houston, TX and I passed 10,000 miles and needed to service my truck. Culver City Toyota made things really convenient for me and didn’t eat into my trip much. The service rep made me the experience very seamless.
Went to this location for the first for a simple oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 5:15pm (right after work), but managed to arrive early at 5:00pm. The representative informed me my car would be ready by 7pm if not sooner. I was able to wait in the lobby and do work using the wifi provided. The reason for my 3 star rating is my car was not ready until closer to 7:30pm. It seemed like an unnecessarily long wait for an oil change and I kept being told my car is “almost ready” and still having to wait. Now I know to only schedule appointments for the day time because when you schedule closer to closing things kept getting pushed back.
Great Service every time !!! thank you toyota staff.
Went in for the factory scheduled 20k mile service.Showed up 15 mins before my appt time and was told it would be 3-4 hours. Service advisor said he’d try to get it done quicker since they got rid of their Uber service and I didn’t live close by…Job was claimed to be done after 3 hours. Received car and shortly upon inspection I noticed they didn’t rotate the tires. They took it back after claiming they did when they hadn’t clearly because my tires were marked. Took them 1 hour to rotate 4 tires INCORRECTLY. Decided to just take my truck and leave before getting more frustrated. Won’t be bringing my truck back to this dealership, I don’t like spending my day off wasting my time scheduling pointless appointments for jobs that are going to be done incompletely and incorrectly. Not a good feeling leaving a dealership not knowing what else they skipped on the check list.
In my last oil change they forgot one lug nut from one of my rims. This time the person who helped me forgot to call/text me that my was ready to pick it up and he was telling me of services that I understood by him that were included, tricky game of words, be careful when you say Yes or you will pay for things that you might not need...good service otherwise.
I had an appointment for some maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) at 3 PM. I pulled up at 2:45, and the service advisor checked me in. Shortly after I left my car, I saw a sign for a deal ($129.95 for 3 tire rotations, 3 oil changes, and 3 inspections). I asked another worker about it because I wanted to take advantage of it, who said my service provider should have told me about that. I said my service provider didn’t mention it. The man replied, “maybe you should pay attention because all our service providers offer the deal.” I am 110% confident mine did not.I later decided I wanted to walk around the plaza instead of waiting there, so I gave my service provider my cell phone number, confirmed that he’d call me when my car was ready (he estimated around 5), and left. Around 4:30, I came back. My car was in the same spot. It’s fine, I heard many employees talk about how busy they were that day.Around 5, they finally took my car to get serviced. I decided to just stick around since I assumed it wouldn’t take too long. Right before 6, a man came up to me and asked if I was picking up my car. I responded saying I was waiting to be called that it was ready for pickup. He said I should ask my service provider about it since they closed at 6.I went inside to check on it. My car had been ready for a while. Well, I never received a call, and I was standing around the service area since 4:30, so I’m not sure why I wasn’t notified. To top it off, when I presented the worker with my paperwork to pick up my car, nobody could find it. My keys weren’t there, and the sign(?) assigned to my car had been returned. A man (not a worker) standing by asked if I was a regular. I said it was my first time, and he laughed and said “yeah, this place is horrible.”Several phone calls and another period of waiting later, my car was finally pulled up. The person driving my car said, “sorry for the wait, have a good weekend.”I would’ve really just appreciated a more sincere apology for the extra long wait because nobody contacted me that my car was ready AND because my car was “missing” for a bit, but that was it.Overall, a really terrible experience. To the man who said this place was horrible - you were right!
Wow, I had excellent car service with Luis Munoz at Toyota of Culvercity. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring with his customers. Im glad he was there today to meet my Toyota Corolla service needs. Im looking forward to my next car service appointment. Thank you!!!
Everyone was so nice, I felt at home thank you
I had a super easy and fast process.Oscar was The gentleme that assisted me was very professional and polite. I had all my questions answered. They even got me a Uber back home and was notified via text when my vehicle was ready for pick up . Over all a great service
Great place to take your car into service. The service advisors always do a good job with helping me get my car in and out in a timely manner. The technicians also do a good job in fixing the car rite the first time. Raul was always keeping me up to date with my repairs. I recommend you take your vehicle in here and ask for Raul or Ozzy!
I had a great experience purchasing my used car from Culver City Toyota. Katy was my salesperson and was so helpful in letting me know about my purchase options. The sales manager TJ was so nice. Omar got me through finance very quickly. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for making purchase so easy.
I recently purchased a Toyota Venza from Culver City Toyota. The service was excellent, Ruben our sales representative worked hard and gave great attention to my needs as a buyer. We were able to get a good deal in these current times and was pretty painless. I would recommend Culver City Toyota for your car buying needs.
Extremely accommodating for a last minute appointment. John A was my advisor - he was awesome. Very professional and relatable. Car repairs are never fun but the quality of service (both in repair and customer service) I consistently receive at this service location keeps me as a customer. Thanks again, John A!
My experience was a little rough at first, but I have to give it to the team there. They stepped and had transparency that most dealers would frown upon. We got to meet a comfortable offer, and as I’m working with finance I see that they gave me an even better offer than we had agreed to. Thank you again everyone, I love my new Rav4!
I typically avoid coming to Toyota dealerships for car service (overpriced and slow even w/an appointment), the staff are okay (not rude but not friendly), the wait just to know your car diagnosis is 3+ hours and then another 2+ for it to actually get serviced once you decide to move forward with the recommendations. Two stars for location (food choices and Ross Dress for Less).
Will was very personable and extremely patient throughout the day while we worked through a deal. Very very happy with my choice and was all worth it!Abe and the manager were also helpful and everyone at the dealership was very professional and attentive.
Excellent. I couldn’t have wished for better service. I shopped so many other dealers for my new highlander and Culver City Toyota were by far the best.
The best Toyota dealer ever they were beyond amazing and helped me get the best deal possible specially during these crazy times. The customer service was amazing and I would recommend for anyone in the market for a new car to come here .
I been coming here for a few years now, I am very satisfied with my services, I always buy a three times service, it is great to save a little money.Costumer service amazing.Thank you Team Culver City.
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I originally made the mistake of booking an appointment with the other Toyota location in Santa Monica for 9/29/21 at 11am to simply get the fluid changed in my Manual transmission. But before I did, the lady on the phone had said “for a service like that, you don’t need an appointment, you can walk in anytime between 8am-3pm.” I happen to finish my work early on 9/28/21 and rushed over to Santa Monica and arrived at 2:45pm, only to be told that they couldn’t accommodate me and to come back tomorrow. I instead cancelled my appointment all together, and called Toyota of Culver CityI called Toyota of Culver City at 3pm, set up an account of over the phone, explained that I just wanted to a fluid exchange on my manual transmission, and that’s it. The nice lady asked “how soon I could make it there?” I said “by 3:30pm”. She said, “PERFECT, we’ll see you then!”I arrived just before 3:30pm, Luis helped check me in, gave me a price quote, was very professional, and also chatted a little bit about the great reliability of my ‘09 Matrix that I had literally just picked last week and just wanted to change out all the fluids, just to be safe. Luis even said they’d do a complimentary multi-point inspection for me as well. I left my car and went for a jog down the street to the gym. By 5pm, Luis had texted me saying my car was all set for pick up! I know it wasn’t a massive service, and but the fact that Toyota of Culver City still gave me 5 STAR LEVEL SERVICE as if I owned an MK4 Supra when really it’s just a little Matrix, that meant more than anything! I will definitely being continuing to bring my business to Toyota of Culver City!
Always efficient and polite. Very helpful staff and I like that they get me an Uber home while I’m waiting for maintenance to be finished on my car. Thanks Luis for the great service!
Dave (my Service Department associate) was kind and thoughtful. He listened to my concerns and I believe my car will be good to go on a long trip when the Service work is completed.
I signed up for the valet service to get my smog check and other work done on my car. I thought that they would pick up my car at the appointment time of 900 am, but they didnt pick it up until noon. Im very happy with their service and use them regularly, but I was surprised that after three calls, telling me that they would arrive they finally did arrive at noon. I will need to remember that the next time I plan to use the valet service.
Everyone was really nice. My first car buying experience and they were patient and great. Had the car I wanted. Finance Moe was professional, really nice and he made the experience easier answered questions.
We loved our experience at the Culver City Toyota where we bought our car. Staff was engaging, helpful and professional. I highly recommend car shopping with sales persons Viktor and Mateo. Thank you!
These guys arent professional at all. They will say whatever it takes just to get you out of the door. They said Id receive my registration within 3 months and its been 5 months now. Ive called and talked to James from the finance department and he hasnt helped me, instead he just says hell see what he can do only to end communication with you. My sales person Nordine, since I bought the car Ive asked him to help me and he hasnt done a single thing to aid in me getting the registration. They havent even provided me with a temporary pass, the one i had is now expired. The license plate on this car is expired and they wont help at all.Very poor service, I cant drive this car-unless I want to have a ticket or so!Worst service Ive ever had.PS. it is now 10/7/21 and still havent received anything to register my vehicle. I also sent a email to the user below who responded to my original review, and they havent replied yet. It was a just a PR move to look the part. James told me three weeks ago I would be getting my registration any minute now. Definitely playing the game.
No haggle, good deal, great experience. Salesperson, Klee, was responsive, helpful and NF informative. The finance team is as fast. Test drive experience was easy. Overall I recommend Culver City Toyota.
I take all my cars to this Toyota dealership service center. A shout out to Roger who works there. He’s the best! I started going there when I had a Toyota and have kept going because the service is great.
Nina was amazing to work with, super patient, not pushy and very flexible with me changing my appointment a few times. She understood that I was t a fan of the process and made it as quick and painless as possible. It’s awesome to see a strong woman kicking butt in such a male dominated profession. Angel was my credit manager and walked me through everything beautifully letting me know all my options and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I’ll be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a hassle-free experience!
Great service with the ability to have your car be picked up and dropped off at home. They had forgotten to replace the battery on my key fob but Santos and Rosie went above and beyond by making the extra trip back to replace the battery and bringing it back to me. Always a great experience with the staff at Culver City Toyota.
Great customer service! From the moment I called to set my same-day appointment over the phone. Until I dropped off my truck. They were upfront how long the service would be also informed me about other services I might be interested in also about the recall on my truck. Maybe they can teach the employees over at Downtown La Toyota how to treat customers.
Im still waiting for the cars service.. so I cant say anything before I see how was the service but it is taking almost two hours to basic services.
I made an appointment the day before, and I went to the service department at 7:00am to drop the car the second day for an oil change. The guy told me it would take about 2 hours to finish. However, there is no phone call for 3 hours. I went back the dealer to check what’s going on. I saw my car still parking over there, and they did nothing. I was the first one into their service department, over 3 hours, they didn’t do anything to my car. When I asked what is the status of my car, the service guy seemed to be completely forget. Then ask the oil change guy to start working on it. It took another 30min to finish. So, from 7-11am, 4 hours to get an oil change service. This is the longest waiting in my life for a simple oil change job.
Decided since the truck market is booming to see about selling my truck for cash and buying something else in a few months. Sold my truck to Culver City Toyota at the beginning of July 2021. When I got there, the deal was basically ready to be made. We signed papers, I got my personals out of my vehicle, gave them the keys, and was just waiting on a check for the balance after pay off. Waited for roughly 30 minutes when I was finally informed that they wouldn’t be writing me a check until they received the title from the bank. They said it would be no later than a week. I checked my statement with my bank every day and a few days later it showed Zero Balance, meaning the dealer had paid the vehicle off. Called the bank and they said the title had been mailed. Called the dealer a week later and they informed me the title doesn’t actually go to them, it goes to the DMV and is processed and THEN sent to them. Said it would be about a week. Here it is, 5 weeks after selling the vehicle and I called them again today and was informed that it takes the DMV 4-8 weeks to process titles. The customer service here is trash. They don’t return phone calls, they blatantly lie and swindle people to profit. I wouldn’t send my enemies here to do business.
Dave was a great service advisor, very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend him
Culver City Toyota Service Center is EXCEPTIONAL. DAVE was/is awesome from start to FINISH. GREAT CISTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION!!!!!!
My husband left our house in Culver City at approx 11:15am to go to Culver City Toyota because our lease was up on our car, and we were planning to go ahead and purchase the car. He just got home at 5:30pm. WHYYYYYYYYYY? He sat there for HOURS. There was no going back and forth about payments, it was all pretty straightforward so why did it need to take so long? Two whole hours were spent waiting for “the finance guys”. There were customers who arrived after my husband who were helped before him. We have never had the best experience at Culver City Toyota but today was just the worst yet. If at all possible, we will be going to a different Toyota dealership when the lease is up on our Sienna.***Culver City Toyota sent ME a text to ask how our experience was today. Since my husband is the one who went today, I had him tell me his experience and I just typed what he said.
Came for routine oil change. Have received a polite reminder on the phone first. At dealership was greeted by Cris. He updated me on necessary procedures. Cris was polite, patient and attentive. He gave me a call when work was done. My visit to Culver City Toyota was pleasant and easy. This is my place to take care my car. Thank you, Cris!
They were very friendly and nice too me and my husband I love my Car Toyota Avalon XSE beautiful machine I look fabulous and too add to my experience today Tuesday 14 2021 .My supposed to be Sales Rep cursed at my husband so unprofessional David Cruz Reyes needs to find another job if it was left up to me he would .be fired the customer is always wright no matter what the situation is he does not know his job title I guess its a corner sales man
Great service experience. Luis was my service advisor. He took great care of my vehicle. Very professional, clean and safe environment. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs. Thanks guys!
Only bring your leased vehicle here if you got Toyota care, after that they start ripping you off. Just had a guy there highly suggesting I should buy 2 new front tires because of nails on mine (bear in mind tires had a bit over 17k miles on them). So I took it to a trusted car shop and they found the two nails were tiny and my tires didn’t even need to patched. Besides, I paid $100 less at my trusted mechanic for break pads replacement + installation than the quote they gave me at Toyota. Completely lost trust in this place after that and will be going back to my trusted mechanic.
Klee was amazing and did everything they could to help us. They answered every question we had and I felt so welcomed and supported in the space. I am grateful for everything Klee did for my family and I.
Great deal, fast and efficient. Ozzy made me feel like a VIP. Culver City Toyota 👍
Beware of lies and upselling! When I picked my car up from a routine oil change, I was told my car was “unsafe to drive” due to “cracked lower control arms.” I was repeatedly told that it was unsafe to drive my car without the repair. However, due to my work schedule I took the risk and drove it home. The next day I took my car to a mechanic for a second opinion who stated “there is absolutely nothing wrong with your car and it is safe to drive.”
First and foremost I drove from montclair so that should say something, Dominic was my sales person and he was super knowledgeable on the car I chose and was very helpful and down to earth. Angel and james the finance manager worked wonders for me. I am very happy with my experience at Toyota culver city.
Customer Service for your car being serviced is pretty lackluster. My Toyota advisor Tiffany sends texts on status and that I can text questions. I did send a question and got no response.I get a text my car is ready and to let her know when I arrive. I send her a text and I got the well known petty lowercase, “k.” I waited 15 minutes and still no sign of her. I walked around to figure out how to get my car back. No one in customer service could look me in the eye. I literally felt like I was bothering people.I only went to the dealership since I was getting free service for two years. Considering the mark up dealerships have for service, I’m not sure what you’re paying for to go here.
The best service I can ever get. Was in today to have my car serviced n inspected and it was amazingly good! Love their services they provide for their customers! Thank u, Toyota! See ya soon...🙋🏾♂️
I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even arranged an Uber to take me home while they serviced my car. I’m very happy with the service Toyota provided for me.
I was greeted with a friendly good morning, May I inquire what can we help you with today. Asked my name and proceeded to check me in. An inspection was made of my vehicle and right away the technician noticed I had a nail in my tire. I was was advised what I should do, and given the option to take their advise or seek another resolution. I was told it would take several hours to complete my vehicle and was offered a ride. Later I was contacted by Tiffany and was told what further repairs were necessary. I appreciate how I was kept informed and when my vehicle would be ready and the cost of the additional repairs. I was offered a ride to retrieve my vehicle.
Everything went pretty smooth they offered all of their extra protection plans, I accepted some of them. Pretty content with the service they provided
Obi and the rest of the staff were all incredible. Everyone was helpful and explained our options clearly and calmly. It was worth the distance of driving over to this location. Great deals and customer service.
Dave was couteus & professional. My ride arrived promptly, after being shown the rider s name & car description. When the service is compently completed, I ll be quite satisfied. Thank you TOYOTA.
We received numerous text messages from Toyota regarding our scheduled appointment time of 7:00am And, if we can’t make make it, please advise them to reschedule. We’ll, we arrived before 7:00 waited and 1 1/2 hours later our car hasn’t moved from where it was staged. This is appalling service! We are going to re-evaluate getting our vehicle serviced at this dealership in the future. This is the 2nd time we’ve experienced “bad service”.
Best car buying experience ever! My salesman Obi was awesome, very friendly and nothing but professional. I definitely loved my time spent there it is a beautiful dealer. Bathrooms were awesomely all new modern everything extremely clean everywhere. I highly recommend this dealer.
Mr Dave and all the staff were very kind and helpful. Mr. Dave explained everything about the service my car needed and we’ve felt very confident I definitely recommend Toyota Culver City.
I was treated politely and with respect. Everything I had asked for was checked and fixed. They performed the routine maintenance, which I had paid for, so I was not charged. They also performed a recall, which I had forgotten about. All in all excellent service.
Bought two cars here and have never had a real problem with service. Well after being away for two years Dave really made me feel welcome and got me in and out smoothly. They went above and beyond for me so I’m hooked!
If I could leave 0 stars for service I would. This place is absolutely horrible in regards to their service center and their customer service. They charged us twice for parts and labor they did not do. Returned our vehicle to us with multiple dents and scratches on it and gave us the run-around for the better part of a week just to get them to finally fix the mistakes that THEY MADE. I said I would never come back here and decided to get my oil changed at Santa Monica Toyota instead. When I went to pick up my car from Santa Monica they informed me that the transmission (which had just been replaced by culver city Toyota less than two months prior) had been improperly installed and was leaking fluid. They recommended in writing that I should take the car back to the dealership that installed the transmission (Culver City Toyota). Upon dropping my car off at Culver City Toyota for the 4th time now, for the same issue of faulty work, I asked to speak to a manager to let them know about the continued aggravation and stress this causes as well as to ask if I could be provided with a loaner car seeing as how my vehicle was in the shop once again due to their lack of professionalism and poor quality of work. John Ahulii went on to tell me that I could go and check to see if there was a car I could rent. When I reiterated that I was asking for a loaner car and not a rental his reply was simply nope.Poor manners and common courtesy aside... Avoid this place like the plague!! If you can go anywhere but here!!! They are poorly equipped and horrible mechanics at best. Complete fraudsters at worst.
Very nice people and good service. I recommend going here.
One of the most professional car dealerships from top to bottom that Ive dealt with---very impressed.
