After months of looking for a truck that I wanted. I found one here at this dealership. I got pre-approved from my bank. I went in to test drive the truck 2 days ago. I told the manager Jesse that I wanted the truck and maybe we could work on the price. He told me He said he would work with me and that he needed to speak with the owner. He said for me to go home and he would call me the next day. I said great lets do that. He never called me back and when I called this morning, they said the truck was sold. They have no obligation to me, but he didnt do what he said. Im not happy.
Shout out to the service advisor who put in 1% effort into helping us with our car door. The latch was stuck and door wouldn’t close. Trying say it would cost us $975 for a new latch?!!! Not including labor. We called on star - all it was is that the child safety lock was on and we had to turn it off. Then with a Bobby pin push the latch up and it undid. Next time maybe put a little more effort and think outside the box!

DO NOT COME HERE!! I repeat do not come here. I was lied to and ripped off TWICE!! Took my car in Thursday afternoon, they would be finished on Monday turned into a week later. Then they lied to me about the final price. Spent nearly $900 and guess what? A week later and the problem is not fixed, so I have to go to another mechanic so they can fix the issue. This is terrible. Spent $900 for nothing. This is second time where I came here for maintenance that was overpriced only for them to make it worse to the point where I have to fix it somewhere else.
Bought a used car and was assisted by sales rep Nancy. Every question I had she answered or made sure it was sought out for us. She also made sure to seek out vehicles similar to what I was interested in for a variety in options. The team was thorough in the inspection of the car and the professional atmosphere was welcoming and attentive. Overall the buying process was a great experience!

I had a great experience at this location while looking around for a vehicle after my previous one was stolen. I called asking about sedan options and Mayra was very nice and helpful over the phone. She informed me of different vehicles they have available and we were able to make an appointment for me to come look. When I arrived, she greeted me and and introduced me to a salesman. She notified him what I was looking for and I was able to look at the cars and gather more information. She made the process very smooth and easy!

I wish I can give 0 stars. Worst dealer experience ever! I drove 2 hours to get there, test drove the car and then got a “btw, we have a 5,000 markup on this car”. Who does that? Please don’t go here, they sweet talk to you and then tell you it’s marked up or they have add ons you need to pay for even if you don’t ask for them. It’s also empty, I’m sure majority just leave.
I came to buy a corvette. When i got there, they had sold the one I wanted. Understandable. They had a higher version. The C8. They ran my credit they told me I was approved, then they raised the price and I said I was still interested. Ultimately the manager Angel Cuevas didn’t want to sell it. That was very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Spend a whole day waiting for answers just so they could tell me they weren’t selling it.

Jay called before we got too far away to let me know the deal didn’t go through and that they would hold it for us. So we turned around and went back. We got a great price on our Yukon.
What a pain.My 2017 Bolt EV had a recall for the batteries and also had the Service Camera Warning.It was just not clear what this service was going to be.After the service, I picked up my car and immediately notice a lot of warnings on my dashboard. It took another day to fix that.The day after I picked up the car and again the Camera Warning.I had an informal quote for $1400 but I had the feeling the person I was talking had no idea of the issue.So I asked to look better into it and eventually the quote was $900 but still they did not give me a good explanation of this issue and its cause.I had to wait more than an hour to have my car and I was left alone clueless.What a pain compared to other dealersUPDATE: my car is now completely unable to take any charge right after the service. So frustrating
My experience at this location was awesome! First off, I was very impressed with a specific sales associate by the name of Arianna. She was very informative and answered all of my questions. Alex, her manager took me around the lot to show me what I was looking for and had such a positive and helpful attitude! Overall, I had an excellent experience here.

The service department tried to scheme me faking a fuel problem diagnosis of my brand new truck. The scheme was trying to charge almost $18.000 through the insurance. Very aggressive and disrespectful crew.I took my truck to another dealership and the diagnosis was just the battery that was covered by the warranty.Be away from this place!!!Don’t recommend this dealership at all.

Stay away from this place. I cannot believe Chevrolet has not closed this gross location yet. The service is a rip off. They will cause more damage than you initially have. I worked with a Service Advisor (Ruben) and hes a thief, unhonest person. Do not use this dealer
Got my oil changed and tires rotated. I could tell the car felt better when driving after they rotated my tires and added air. I waited about 30 minutes with an appointment. It was a pleasant wait since the mall and Starbucks were across the way. This was the dealership so it was impeccably clean and organized.

I purchased my car from Chevrolet Culver City. Fantastic car but unfortunately the sales experience was not as great. In short if you can go to another dealership who will not waste your time I recommend it.The salesman didn’t know the car very well, including not knowing what different buttons on the steering wheel did. The salesman also up sold the free SWAT tracking system that comes in the vehicle for three years but upon entering the finance office with Joseph learned that the salesman was grossly uneducated with the service and instead of being free there is a daily fee involved.And finally after signing paperwork the registration was forgotten from the vehicle. I unfortunately live 50 miles from the dealership and all though it was a dealer mistake they are telling me to come pick it up instead of delivering it or better yet snail mailing it.I am very happy with the Chevy and highly recommend a Chevy, but not so happy with the overall dealer experience. They emailed me saying they would ABSOLUTELY match or beat a quote from a competitor. I drove more than an hour from OC. I had the quote from another Chevy dealer in my hand and I presented it to them. Guess what? They didnt even match it.Not a good business practice to lie to people like that.

Arrive for an oil change at 10:05 AmReceived my truck with oil on the hood and the front right fender. Took an extra 1.5 hr to get my truck washed. Received my truck at 1:30 pm and my truck was not dryed properly. Mind you i just had pay a 100$ wax treatment that same mornimg. Smh will never return here.
I bring my truck here for general service and maintenance, but last week I had my truck towed due to a tire issue. Had to leave my truck overnight because it was late around closing time but I received a phone call the next day from Ruben in service, he followed up with me throughout the day and made sure I understood the service needed. I came to this dealership for service today on my Chevy Trax after making an appointment with Nadia over the phone for a wheel alignment just to be told by the service advisor that it was going to be more than I had been quoted over the phone. His explanation was Nadia is new and she didnt know what shes doing. I had told him that Nadia had actually double checked on the pricing before booking the same day appointment. He even acknowledged that a note was made on my account about that pricing but he didnt seem care about my business because I waited in my car for about five minutes and he never came back to talk to me. I decided to drive to Pep Boys a couple blocks away and saved money and bought some new tires. Beware of these Bait-and-switch tactics very unprofessional. If this dealership truly cares about their customers and reaches out to me after reading this post Ill gladly revise my rating about my experience.
Had my car an extra 2 days and charged a ton only to still have the same problem still exist. Either didnt do the work, didnt properly troubleshoot, didnt quality/operations check after work was done. The issue started back up not 2 minutes after I drove off the lot-didnt make it a block.
I went back to service my Chevy Malibu last week and they honored the VIP program I had when I purchased the car earlier this year. Was easy making my service appointment and also felt comfortable while waiting because everyone was wearing their mask. Definitely coming back here next time.
The experience started off good, then ended with my car still not fixed. If my car or engine catches fire Im suing. Nothing was documented on my receipt that they checked the issue. The prices on everything is expensive. I rather go to mom and pop shops.
I think they changed the name to Culver City Chevrolet to get rid of the mountain of bad reviews for their previous name. Its just as bad. Three of them flat out lied to get us to drive there. Irene, Ana, and Oscar. Once they had us there, the down payment and monthly lease payments they quoted over the phone had doubled. Totally crooked. The worst of the worst. More like a used car lot. Avoid.

Horrible experience. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The next day I went to airport Ford and had an amazing and easy experience. Culver City Chevrolet lied to my face about getting copies of my paperwork, and then changed their answers when I had my mother come down. Illegal, unprofessional, avoid AT ALL COSTS

Came here for a regular oil change. During the handling of my paperwork, service consultant Jordan Rathman was very unprofessional and rude. It seemed as though she was displacing her anger or frustration upon me. When I questioned why I am being charged for something, she tossed my documents towards me and made a snarky comment. Even if my contesting the charge was wrong, I do not believe I should have been treated that way. I have been a continuous client of this dealership for over 4 years; unfortunately, that will no longer be. I do NOT recommend conducting affairs at this dealership.
First 2018 chevy price was $16495.00 And I dont know how they get to more than 21000 with tax, lic, fees. And sales manager, he was a crook as they come. Dont waist your time in this dealer.

We came here to just look around but sure enough we ended up finding the best used vehicle that wouldn’t break the budget. I appreciate the sales rep for giving us our space when car shopping but also for being very patient and answering all questions. Service manager doesn’t accept coupons sent by GM corporate. Tried to claim they were from another dealer. Showed the email. Said it could be for a different vehicle even though my vin is on the form. Waste of time. Will not return

I do not recommend this dealership. Yesterday, we found a great price for a 2021 Trailblazer LT at a competing dealership. We called Culver City Chevrolet to ask if they could match it and a Manager ended up giving us a call back. While they couldn’t get all the way down to the other dealer’s price, they were close enough we felt it was worth it to go with Culver City. We drove about an hour to get there, met the Manager with whom we spoke, and were set up with a Sales Rep to finalize the deal.Despite being quoted by Culver City Chevrolet itself ( the only reason we drove up there), the Sales Rep could not come within ~$2k (before TTL) of their own price on the same vehicle. He admitted someone made a mistake, but they still would not come close. Separately, we had a TrueCar quote which put us between the price we were quoted by Culver City Chevrolet and the price the Sales Rep was at. As a gesture of good will, we would have still accepted a deal at that point with the TrueCar price (despite it being about ~$1k more than what we were quoted over the phone by the Culver City Manager). The Sales Rep could not even meet us at that price. The dealer may not be under any obligation to accept the TrueCar price, but given the fact we just drove all the way up there based on a Manager’s quote, and the Sales Rep acknowledged someone made a mistake, they could have at least met us at that price.I have a Chevy now (purchased elsewhere last year) and it looks like we will be heading to another dealership for a second. We are both working professionals and don’t have time for these types of things. If you live in Southern California, you have many options. I recommend going elsewhere.

I bought car on March, 2021 but I didn’t received my title and car plate over 3 months and nobody wats help me.
Had a car lease with them and inevitably was transferred from unknowledgeable person to unknowledgeable person whenever I had a question. The owner hires inexperienced people to try to make the sell and then comes in for the final stuff and wants to cut back on whatever deal youve been offered. Wont deal with them ever again. (And google Nissani Toyota if you want to see something about their history in the courts.)
Big thank you to Alex and his team for providing me with a great purchase experience. He also made sure I understood the VIP program they offer for new car customers, I’m for sure going to use that in the near future.

This is the fourth name for this dealer since I bought my car in 2012. Most of the time the service is done in a timely manor. This time the part was not in stock. Still waiting on the repairs.
