Have used CC Honda for 6 years but I will have to find a different place to take my business. Brought my vehicle in for recall repair, dropped car off on Saturday 6 hours later they tell me the car is ready for pick-up, return car home to find that the part they were supposed to replace was in the package on the floor of the car. Contacted CC Honda with description of issue and sent picture of part. They write back bring back the car so we can see if its safe to drive, really?!Two days pass before I can get someone to agree to pick up the potentially unsafe car. They told me between 9-10 someone would contact me, so I scheduled my work day around this window. As 930a approached I reached out, to remind them to send a email or provide a call. Again at 10 and again at 1030a. Finally someone arrives at noon. Car maintenance actually gets completed this time, and they tell me they cant deliver the car to me, so either I can get the vehicle or they can deliver the next day at 8, but since I now how poorly they communicate I cant actually count on getting my car at 8a. So now its late afternoon and I work in West Hollywood, so I have to get to Culver City, so Ive lost four hours of work in the morning and two hours of work in the evening because CC Honda is run so poorly.Things happen and all businesses make mistakes but there was no owning the mistake, no empathy, no meaningful apology, no service recovery attempt.
Had an excellent experience at Culver City Honda! The sales team (Anthony helped me out ) helped walk me through all the questions on a car I had seen online and was able to negotiate to a good deal for me. The finance team (Paul helped me out) worked quickly and efficiently to get me through all the paperwork. Overall, great experience, even in this crazy market. I’m very happy with my new vehicle.
The best car buying experience I had was specifically with Job (like “robe” with a J). It truly was a joy meeting with him and have a genuine conversation. No BS, no typical sales tactics. He was so helpful and essential in helping to negotiate a great deal. It was a little tough, but he really fought for me. Thank you Job. Appreciate you so much. Even with the challenges of low inventories Culver City Honda had the exact car I was looking for. We met with Bennie, the sales manager and made a deal. He was excellent at listening to what we wanted and needed to make our purchase happen. The experience with Bennie and Daniel was great! I highly recommend seeing them for your Honda purchase.
Made a service appointment over the phone and visited on time as scheduled. They didnt have any record on my appointment. No apology, no explanation, no alternative solution. We dont have your appointment, we are busy, come back other day. Thats it. Dont care about the customers wasted time. They were desperate when they sell the car and dont care for service. Big disappointment.

I had been speaking with other dealers but did not get nearly the same instant communication and positive attitude that we saw from Benny and Edward. As you can expect from a used car, the vehicle we purchased had a few scratches, but Benny and Edward and Carla worked diligently to make sure paint correction went properly and it was impressive how it all went down. Overall a great experience. My daughter wanted to purchase her first new/dealership car. Edward was our Sales Associate. He was very patient and accommodating with the different cars she wanted to look at and test drive. Very knowledgeable as well on the vehicle feature.Really bent over backgrounds to get us within the monthly payments we wanted.Omar, the Financing Manager was also phenomenal! Couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience for my daughter.
I think the buying experience here is very hit or miss. I purchased a car here 4 years ago and it was very easy and stress free. I came in today because the dealership reached out to me on trading in and upgrading to a newer Honda. I was met with high pressure sales tactics that turned me off immediately. When I tried to leave I realized that I had left my car keys on the table and that a salesperson had taken them to a back room. When I asked for the keys they kept ignoring my request and continued try to sell me on a new car. I had to raise my voice ask the sales person to stop. They were making me very uncomfortable and once they realized that there was no sale to be made, I started getting disparaged. Total lack of professionalism.

My experience with Honda Culver City was fantastic! Everyone that worked there was very friendly, and they made sure to explain every step of the process clearly. The salesman that showed me the car I bought, Carlos Rodriguez, was very aware of his inventory. He helped me narrow down my options, and he was able to eventually help me secure a car that fit my budget. In addition, Omar was very efficient and clear on going through filling out the registration paperwork. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to any customer!

EDWIN and his manager are the BEST. I’m telling you the best! My family has been getting our cars from here since forever, and there’s a reason for that. This dealership is so unorganized as if it wasn’t agonizing getting the car in the first place being there all day the hassle of going back-and-forth I was left very disappointing. Helpful Honda guyS my ass…… I was so-called approve at one price and at the last minute before hopping in the actual car the whole price change the rate everything I actually got insurance on this car🤯.I very disappointed

I was helped by Victor who was extremely helpful and kind. It was my first time leasing a car and he was the only sales person in 4 dealerships that told me what to look out for, to get deal points in writing and allowed me to text him my millions of questions. He also did his best to offer me a great deal when I presented other offers from dealerships. Ultimately went with them because of their kind and friendly matter / they had the color of car I was looking for. The other dealerships were too pushy and promised me “lower deals” without including the add ons that we’re necessary.

Sales was great. service department is a different story. I have been turn away due to high volume of appointments. Once our vehicle was returned we were told the vehicle needed a new battery, cabinet air filter and transmission fuild changed. After talking to service manager due to purchasing the vehicle within less the 2 months I was asked to bring the car in for service. I was given an estimate time for service to be completed. 30 mins past the time frame I went to get and update. I kept getting the run around from the employees at the service department. Service Manager Carla and Daniel were very helpful and understanding.
I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up at 10:30 for a 10:45 appointment. By 1:00 they hadnt even started the oil change and they didnt know when it would be finished. I had my daughter pick me up since I couldnt wait all day. I returned at 5:50 to pick up my car and it took them 30 minutes to find someone who I could pay and then find someone to retrieve the car. I asked to see the service manager, he was gone for the day. The general manager was gone for the day as well.
Michelle was absolutely amazing in helping my sister getting a car. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant.
I called the dealer to get a lease buyout. They said there would only be tax and license fee to buy the car out. After all the numbers and credit ran they tried throwing a few extra fees plus a $1000 lease buyout fee on top. A car with a 15k payoff ended up well over 18k with all fees. This was after they already ran a 2k payment on my cc to pay tax and license fees. I told them to remove the fee and I would do the deal. They said the only way was to go direct to Honda and pay the car off. I told them I would go that route and to refund the 2k to my CC. They told me the only way to get my refund was to go back into the dealership. Now Im having to do a chargeback on my CC for services not rendered. Total waste of time. When I started the lease they also tried charging a $500 dealership fee. I was just trying to get the exact deal that was being advertised online. They acted like there was no way to remove it. After getting it in writing from another dealership, the deal without the extra fees they removed it. Was at the dealership from 4pm to 11:30 at night to start the lease 3 years ago. It took a long time over a $500 fee. This go around to buy it out took 2 hours and they lost the deal over a fee they could have removed. Not a fan of this dealership.

What I’m about to say is probably contradictive, but whoever reads hope they understand what I’m saying. Real friendly informative staff. Well accommodated, made to feel comfortable. Except for the very long wait. I had an appointment at 5:pm left at 10:12pm (5hours). Then they’re very pushy about selling you accessories and all this stuff for the car that I don’t need. Which is optional if the vehicle doesn’t already have it. It has its pros and its cons. Just want to say thank you to the sales rep. Who attended me.

Horrible service! I brought my car for warranty repair and they ordered a wrong part. I had to spend money for Uber to pick it up. I came second time to get the fix done. They took significantly longer than they previously estimated, refused to pay for my uber and I ended up missing my meeting. This will be the last time I take my car to this location.
Came to Honda of Culver City to purchase a car at a reasonable price and went home with a new car. Daniel the product specialist was able to educate my friend and I on the car we were looking for. Daniel helped us through the whole process and made it super easy and efficient. Shout out to Marcus in financing who made the whole signing process a breeze. Definitely recommend.
So disappointed with the way they advertise their cars. First of all, they advertise their cars when the cars are not even ready to be sold. I drove all the way to the dealer to see a used car can I liked on their website, once I got there I waited for about 45 minutes to an hour before they brought the car to the front because he wasnt even in the lot. The car wash so dirty I couldnt believe my eyes, it had dents all over, the front bumper was almost falling off on the right hand side oh, I didnt even spend five minutes looking at it. I couldnt believe that a dealer this big would show such bad looking car. I will never ever ever set foot at.that dealer, dont waste your time and money dealing with such a bad customer service.
Went there for a battery change and a clip for air intake tube. The battery was replaced, but I was told the clip will arrive in 2 days and when comes in, I could take my car without appointment for 10 min. installation. I called Tuesday and made sure the part had arrived and Wednesday afternoon I got there but the attendant did not let me in and told me I needed an appointment. Get your things straight, I spent 30 min. in LA rush hour traffic to get there to get disappointed.
This place likes to take advantage of old people. My mom took her car in for an oil change. Then all of a sudden there’s a slew of things needed. She left with a $600 bill, and with me being out of state and in the car business, there was nothing I could do to stop this. I know the dealership makes most of their money in the service department but man to take advantage of someone is just disrespectful.

Hi I received an email from Jennifer at Culver City Honda dealership. About a price change? I’m interested in the FJ Cruiser. So I called spoke to a woman saying she was Jennifer’s partner. I asked about Jennifer she no longer works here? I asked to speak to the used car manager this guy picked up the call internet manager? I asked for the used car manager. Ronnie picked up the call I asked if the timing chain was replaced Toyota recommended 60,000 to 80,000 miles he kinda acted like he knew this he called his tech no it wasn’t replaced. I asked what could he do with the price non negotiable I asked what’s the out the door price? He said it would be full price with an additional $2200 on top I asked why ohh we installed a GPS but really it’s a tracking device. Why Ronnie don’t you have this in your price. The FJ Cruiser was a plain Jane no extras at all. When I called I thought Honda dealership ok I can trust them NO HIDDEN COST what is this world coming to? I was on the call with Ronnie I felt like I was being ignored so I said good bye to Ronnie

Good experience overall. Purchased a pre owned Mini Cooper from out of state because of the significantly lower price on the vehicle compared to cars in my area. The vehicle was as advertised and I am very happy with the dealership and purchase. I got in a little earlier than my appointment time after I flew into Los Angeles and was accommodated. I would purchase another vehicle down the line from Culver City Honda if the opportunity presents itself.

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU HAVE POSITIVE EQUITY!!!! Take it to Autonation, CarMax or even carvana where they pay you same day the positive equity. It’s now going on 7 weeks that my wife sold them a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and still no payment. Repeat it is not worth selling your car to them.

I have tried in vain to talk with them about it, even contacting the service advisor I worked with (His name is Sal) but no one has returned my calls/messages, and they keep transferring me to voicemails.I won’t be returning. I will have to report the fraud to my bank now.

I was greeted by a friendly staff.The GM came and introduced himself to me.Sales mgr very friendly. Sales person very friendly. When I emptied my trade in I left $$in it and Johnathan returned it to me. However I later found out that I could of gotten 12 to 15 thousand miles per year I was told that Honda no longer offered the 12,000 miles it went down to 10,000 per year. But what can you do once paperwork is signed. That 1 untruth cost them 2 points. This is how you treat Senior citizens?. Once again Staff was nice. Even finance person.

Horrible experience. No internal communication. Scheduled my appointment to buy out my lease and made it clear I wanted an oil change the same time I got my inspection. They said great, come at 5. I arrive and confirm thats what I want and they tell me the last appointment for an oil change was at 3. Then we start talking about the lease, time passes because they are taking forever to get me details. I ask why my car hasnt moved for an inspection (the service center closes at 6). They say oh well its too late now for that too.They offer me free oil changes in exchange for the inconvenience. After another hour, I go into finance. and he tried to scam me into paying for the oil changes by telling me the discount was already taken off when in reality it wasnt. We debated it for 15 minutes until he called the original rep who confirmed it.I was there for 3.5 hours for a simple lease buyout that did not include inspection. SO HAD TO COME BACK the next day.THEN the next day Im getting my service done. and the rep calls me while my car is in the shop saying I see your lease is ending soon.
