Hey guys, found this amazing deal out at this store. I have been looking for mattress at many stores, until I met David. He was amazing and helped me to get a best deal on my dream mattress. I was running on a tight budget, and he really worked hard to get me the best mattress worth many dollars to fit in my budget. Really great savings for me. I went to Ortho Mattress on Washington Bl. in Culver City the last weekend of April. It was around 2pm when I got there. I was immediately greeted by Z. She was AWESOME!!! She was professional and yet very friendly. I told her that I needed to get a full size firm mattress set and that I wanted it delivered the same day. She helped me select a set that was just right for me. She was able to get it delivered to me before 9:30 that evening. And to top this great customer service off, the delivery guys were very nice and accommodating. I asked them if they would move a bed frame into a different bedroom and put the new set on it. They said that they would do it. They were in and out of my house in 12 minutes. They put the frame back together, placed the new mattress set on it, took out the old mattress, and cleared away the wrapping from the new set, all within 12 minutes. That was totally unexpected and great. My total experience with Ortho Mattress on Washington Bl. in Culver City Ca. was very, very good.

She answered all my questions and knew exactly what I needed. They don’t try to sell you products that you don’t need just to make an extra dollar. They directed you to exactly what you need. I had a great experience purchasing my mattress here! Richard was super helpful in recommending different mattresses for me to try and made sure that I spent enough time on each before I decided what I thought. I spent a lot of time going back and forth between mattresses, and Richard was totally patient the entire time and didnt rush me at all. In the end, I was debating between a more expensive hybrid mattress and a memory foam mattress. I ended up going with the memory foam because it felt just as good if not better to me, and Richard didnt pressure me at all into reconsidering the more expensive hybrid. He was clearly concerned with not just selling a mattress to me, but selling one that I like the most regardless of the price.I highly recommend this Ortho Mattress location to anyone looking for a new mattress but not totally sure which one to go with yet. Richard is awesome!

These guys are the best! Danny made buying a mattress painless! Their same day delivery really saved the day for me!

They sell middle to high end mattresses and are not the cheapest. They advertised fifty percent off select mattresses but turns out they only had three mattresses with that discount out of dozens and dozens. They are helpful in recommending types of mattresses but take the time to try out their cheaper models because I found some comparable to their more expensive models. Also visit sit n sleep across the street.

After coming to yelp for assistance in a new bed, we headed to Ortho. The sales process was extremely easy and care free. I was sold a very expensive bed with adjustable base with the pitch that this would be the last bed we would have to buy! Wrong! Less than two years later the bed is sinking and we wake up in extreme back pain.Just before the 30-60 day return window we confirmed the mattress firmnesss would not change and we were insured by our sales person that the firmness does not diminish with time. Wrong!We followed Ortho protocol and had their outside vendor come inspect the bed. They found clear sagging and indentations in the mattress....but per Ortho the depth of the differentials is not enough to warrant a replacement.Given the extreme pain we are in, we will have to buy a new expensive bed.
