His publicity photograph shows him sitting on a bed smiling, looking very inviting. When visiting his showroom, he will be sitting on a bed, but showing no interest in his customers or matresses and he will not be smiling. He looks bored and one has the feeling he does not like people. It is VERY misleading to claim he makes custom mattresses, because this is not true. He does not customize anything at all. Be very cautious of his positive reviews. Only a couple of years ago he was selling mattresses from the back of his truck, so this should tell you something. Dishonest marketing. Shows zero interest in mattresses and his mattresses are poorly constructed. His five star reviews should be removed by Google. Look at his other reviews - in his responses to anything less than five stars, he responds with the line here at Nicks we only get 5 stars. Do not trust his reviews.

The only problem is our bed is so comfortable I don’t want to get out of it! Our second mattress purchase from Nick, would highly recommend.

When buying mattresses in the past, I have always stayed away from a traditional mattress stores. Ive always walked out dissatisfied with the selection, pricing and especially customer service. Nick completely changed my mind about it. A dear friend of mine recommended him and thought I would give it one last shot. Nicks is not like another mattress store.
