Terrible experience. Came to return a product that I had an allergic reaction to. Mario the manager is clearly one of those employees that no longer cares about his job or the customer experience. He did try or care to help me. Managers like him are the reason people don’t shop in store anymore.

Sephora has a lot of products to offer for the face, lips, skin, and even body fragrances. The only thing that I wish they could offer, is more sales associates that are more knowledgeable in regards to some of the products. But overall, I would suggest trying this Sephora location out. I purchased some Fenty lip gloss, and Sephora Outrageous Effect Volume (for the lips)

One of the worst Sephora’s I’ve ever been too. Staff is rude and looks at you and doesn’t help. One guy looked at me rude and said nothing to help.
LARESE was amazing at helping me pick a perfume! She was so patient at it even when i asked for about 20 test papers 🤧. I was able to pick a favorite one thanks to her AMAZING patience and GREAT positive, cheerful attitude towards the job! THANK YOUSO MUCH LARESE

Today I walked right in and a friendly face offered me assistance immediately. I asked to be color matched. She explained I would be put on a waiting list and shortly after someone came to assist me. I liked her honest opinion and mainly that she didnt just sell me a product she new I was not going to be happy with based on what I told her I was looking for. Thank you to both ladies. Unfortunately I didnt get names.

The employees are rude. I had to ask three for help and none of them took me serious. I asked where I can locate a product and they just say its over there instead of guiding me as I have been searching the same section for the past 30min. Nonetheless still gave it 2 stars because they had everything in stock, just that I had to figure everything myself.
Only one because the dude that helped me was cool. 15 mins waiting for help and 10 min waiting for checkout. I rather buy these things from Amazon from this point on.
I usually never leave reviews but I had such an amazing experience this time that I could not stop thinking about it! I was looking for a new fragrance and have bought many already so it would be fair to say that I am a bit picky; however, Marina introduced me to Isle by Skylar and it is safe to say that this is going to be my new go to fragrance. I’ve worn it for the past week now and it is so fresh and soft. I’m allergic to many things so it is difficult for me to really love a scent because I start sneezing LOL 😂 but this one seemed to really work for me. I can already see myself purchasing this again. Not to mention how patient Marina was with helping me find a fragrance that suits me. If it wasn’t for her I probably would never even have heard about Skylar but I will for sure be recommending it to my friends. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Long story, short, I got the mini makeover and used my own lipstick. I left it and called an hour later asking if anyone recovered it, since it was not sold at Sephora. The person I spoke to, left the lipstick next to the register and I returned the next day, I was greeted by a manager that said she saw it along with another worker and she’ll call me if it’s recovered, again. 24 hours later, I called and the same manager I spoke to in person the day before, answered. I think her name was Casserole, she said that since I didn’t get the name of the person who I originally spoke to (pretty sure it was her), that she couldn’t help me. If it was thrown away, be honest because I returned 100$ worth of stuff because I’m petty and this rubbed me the wrong way. This store needs better customer service.
Worst experience tonight in this store Came in looking for a foundation and no one was able to help me. The couple girls that I did see looked like they were pretty much clocked out mentally and ready to go home. It was short staff and I had to figure it out on my own, you would think that on the weekend, their would be a full staff available. It was so Irritating and got me in a bad mood.
I am a sephora junky. I love sephora. I have a member card. . That gets me free stuff. And discounts. All you have to do is sign up. And when your birthday comes you can get free makeup or what ever you want.. in that clear container they have on the counter!! Ok.. they have everything.. yes i will be there on my birthday 2/ 23 / 2020. To get my free stuff . 😂 sephora also do wonderful makeup.. kids friendly and yes you can bring your man there 2 ...so he can buy you something nice to wear for him.. ok. Always clean and neat. Great customer service. .. LOL. They know me by my beautiful name.. 😂😂🏆 i love shopping at sephora.. 💋💜🏆

Went for (foundation) color match came out with liquid makeup spots over my top. Makeup consultant stated would wash out. Hasnt!! Spoke with managment to no avail. Wouldnt recommend

Expensive. They have everything, alright. I guess you have to be lucky enough to get the right person to accost you with a make up demo, lol. I didnt. I got this phony hater chick that gave me bad advice. I was preparing for a meet and greet with my favorite celebrity. My husband went off to shop elsewhere, while this moron applied my make up. It looked okay while she was pointing me to the most expensive products and telling me I looked great. But its way too bright in there, purposefully, to really tell. So do go in there knowing exactly what product you want. When she finished, she had me convinced that when I went to meet my fave celeb the next week, Id know how to apply everything she applied. So after buying $150 bucks of makeup, my husband met me outside and said I looked like The Ghost and Mrs Muir! And not Mrs Muir, THE GHOST! And he was right. I ended up looking great for my celeb charity meeting that next week, but I used only 1 of the 5 products she tricked me into buying, adding it with my usual rite aid make up! ☺️😂

Not sure what I was expecting but I sure was not expecting attitude from associates. I work in the mall and decided to pass by after my shift to buy skincare I needed to restock on next time I’ll go somewhere else.
First time getting my make up done I loved it
I went in yesterday to purchase my usual ABH eyebrow pomade. I asked one of the employees for a sample of a foundation and she seemed like she did not want to help. While I was waiting for her give me a sample; another customer came over to ask for some help and the employee rudely replied back that she has to wait cuz she was helping me but the employee was talking to another employee. Instead of her talking to her coworker she couldve answered the customers question. I wish I couldve got her name because when I got home to try the foundation, I opened up the little container and it was empty! EMPTY!! That container didnt even have one pump of it let alone enough for me to actually try it out on my face for at least one use. I would like to go back to see if I run into this same employee so I can get her name and talk to her manager.
I love sephora. But this sephora at the Westfield Mall has horrible customer service. Asked if there was someone available to do a skin matching and the associate said she would call someone. I waited around for about 30 mins. No one acknowledged me or said someone would be with me. Every person would just walk by me and even saw a few of the make up people just standing around by the mirrors and talking. I walked out and went to Ulta and was helped right away. I didnt get the makeup brand i wanted since Ulta doesnt have KVD, but the associate matched me up and i got what i needed and didnt have to wait long. Im just going to start going to Ulta more and if Im buying KVD Ill order online or go to the Sephora in JCpennys.
They could care less here. Never going back. The sephora inside jcpenney is better. Especially the one at Carson, they at least try.
Some employees not always helpful and some snub you. Sometimes you have to practically beg for assistance an that person that you get may not be familiar with the merchandise sold there

Customer service sucks. The girls rather stand in a group yapping instead of assisting their customers. I asked one of the girls to color match me and she said she was going to get someone to help me. No one ever came and when I looked she was standing with the rest yapping and laughing. I walked up to her and handed her my basket with the stuff I had intended to purchase and said, thank you do much for your help.Im now heading to MAC.Its sad that the main sephora store at this mall is unprofessional.

Went in looking for a perfume that I thought Sephora wouldn’t have but the two nicest employees (the one who helped me in the perfume sections name started with a J I think. Long sleek black hair) I honestly had no clue what I was doing and she showed me the fancy perfume finder thing and gave me a sample of a perfume WHICH I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH and she found me a sampler of a bunch of perfumes by the company I didn’t think Sephora carried in my price range! She was so sweet and awesome. Anyone my best Sephora experience to date. I went about a month ago.

I dropped in to purchase some new eyeliner and I fell in love with this Benefit eyeliner!! I cant wait to come back and buy some foundation, the young girl who helped me was so patient with me and I appreciated that.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment for a make over and was told the makeup artist was in route.I specifically explained I was on a tight time schedule. Needless to say, I could not stay for the Artis in route and had to attend my function without the make-over. Was very disappointed!

Yesterday I went to buy some creams for my mother-in-law and I was attended by a very kind girl but I did not speak Spanish and I had gone a month ago and there was a very kind girl who attended me very well speaks Spanish and I looked for her and explained what I was looking for and I told her that the lady recommended that product to me and she told me if it is good and if it is good and the price is good and with that price we give it a free easy if you want but I said it is not for me mother in law and They will be able to do the facial to her and she said yes but my mother-in-law did not go with me if they made me the appointment for today at 5 but my mother-in-law had a commitment and I spoke to see if they could do the facial before and if they changed the appointment wings 2 we arrived and the lady who did the facial to my mother-in-law also very friendly the truth the people who work there are in my opinion have a good attitude are friendly and give a good service that is why I give them 5 stars because if they have what what did I call a good place where and you want to return; Because there are places that really need to train their employees with customer service.
