WORST HAIR SALON EVER. THEY HIGHER THE CHEAPEST HAIR DRESSERS AND THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO CUT ANY TYPE OF HAIR. THEY DON’T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHEN PEOPLE SHOW THEM HOW THEY LIKE THAIR HAIR TO LOOK LIKE, THEY JUST SAY OK AND AT THE END THE RESULT IS RIDICULES AND NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT YOU WERE EXPECTING. I have been coming to this beauty shop for the last 18 years. I have seen many changes and now I can tell that there are two outstanding people who really try their best to do their job right and make special effort to satisfy the clients. Maria Rojas is a very sweet, respectful and professional. She knows her job very well. She applied a very nice color and finally I have my gray hair cover properly. Also Dora Vazquez is a very understanding lady who does a good effort to do her job well. They are always keeping busy instead of just sitting around. Now in this difficult times of Covid19, I feel conformable coming here with both of them.

Place was very clean n staff very nice n helpfull. I would definately recommend it . I personally will go back for my next haircut. Also price was below normal for a haircut this days. About 20 plus tips for plain cut . Also plenty of parking n lots of food places all around to eat after.

Used to be decent quick inexpensive place to get haircut. Longtime employees have left and replacements are not very helpful or friendly. Check in now require a computer entry of lots of personal data. Device often fails and software crashes. It’s a haircut, you only need my first name for a waiting list.

Very good hairdresser caring and accurate, although my ONE foil highlight did not come out as I wanted to but the biggest problem was the very impolite manager or what ever she thought she was that wanted to charge me 3 times higher than all the time I have been there without giving me a b4 heads upVery very unprofessional and rude threatening me that she ll call the police if I didn’t pay for one little root foil 30$NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN AND TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATIONI AM SORRY FOR THE OWNWER....

Do not go to this Fantastic sams. The staff here is very rude. When I came into the salon no one said hello to me. I sat there for 1 hour waiting for my appointment with my stylist name Perisa aka Paris. I told her that I want highlight and that I wanted to be more blond. IShe said that it will be $250. And i am ok with it. She went on to working on my hair. I told her several time that the product burns my head and she completely ignored me. As I was sitting at her station I notice that her license was not an American License. I asked her about it and she said that she does not have a California license. Which really scared me because I thought that you have to have a license to work in this establishment. After she shampooed my hair she went and mixed up more color that really burned my hair. I almost started to cry. I told her that something is really wrong and I do not want to finish this service because I have never had burning like this before. I paid for the service and I did not leave a tip on my card I was going to give her cash tip. But before I could even get the cash out of my wallet she said No tip. I spend 2 hours on your hair. I felt like that was really rude and really out of the way. She should be saying that I am sorry for burning your head. After I got home I had to go to the hospital and they says that I have a chemical burn on my head and that a lot of my hair is going to come out. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON< THEY HAVE UNLICENSED Staff there. DO not go to the french lady perisa aka Paris she is not certified to do hair . I have reported this to corporate and state board

A+++ I dont leave reviews often, its not what I do. Im more of a review reader. That being said I felt obligated to leave a review for an extremely talented Stylist CARMELLEL. I popped in just to see if maybe there was someone that looked like me or atleast could style my hair the way I like. Im so glad I did. Immediately stood out and caught my attention with a warm friendly greeting. Her knowledge of ALL hair was apparent. Such a smart, sweet and talented woman to say the least. As fair as my hair I love it, she did what I thought was impossible a cute trendy manageable hair style, Ive been recieving compliments since my last appointment grateful I found new go to stylist! Fantastic job!!!

An excellent and efficient experience with my stylist Patricia. I recommend this location on a weekday for the speediest service since I needed a haircut for a new job opportunity and she had me looking sharp in no time!

Went In to get my hair coloured and requested blue to silver ombré and provided reference pictures for what I wanted to achieve. My hair was dyed full blue and it was so overpowering I can hardly notice the silver. Then they asked me if I wanted to just dye it full blue when that was not what i requested. They were friendly but I’m unhappy with my experience.

I had a hairdresser named Jillian yesterday when I went in. I wanted two inches off to cut the dead ends and get it layered. My hair was by no means anywhere near layered and I walked out with my hair looking like it came out of a weed wacker. Her hands were unsteady and she took forever and a half to destroy my hair. Maybe she saw the disappointment on my face or maybe she felt guilty, but she said it was on the house and I walked out there looking for damage control at another salon.
