Wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered Infratech heaters which I paid extra to have be compatible with my smart home system. Dylan told me they would be super easy and cheap to have an electrician install. 1. Not easy- literally days of installation and copper pipes underground to connect to the heaters 2. Not cheap- the quotes I got were $7,500-12,000 to install (from electricians that Armands referred me to). When the heaters arrived, my electrician discovered that there is no bluetooth in the actual heaters to connect to my smart home (despite paying thousands more for the smart or bluetooth enabled heaters. When I called the Infratech company they stated I could go to Home Depot and buy my own supplies to make them bluetooth compatible. After calling Armands and speaking with Dylan- he told me that he had given me all the information I needed to make a decision and that this must be in the Infrared pamphlet he gave me (its not). In short, take your business elsewhere. They are trying to make an easy sale and will withhold important information from you necessary to make the best purchasing decision possible.

Purchased a Weber gas grill. Great price, great customer service, product was delivered assembled and on schedule. 100% satisfied customer.

First time I went in and bought some supplies for my smoker it came in just a bit above the big box stores, including the Fogo lump charcoal I bought. I was willing to pay the extra to support a local shop. Last time I went in to pick up more charcoal, I realized they had upped the price to almost $40/bag. Ill be going back to BBQs Galore, as their standard price is $20 for the same product and I can actually park close enough to carry things to my car.

Armand’s was so great and hassle-free. They gave me a fair price to install a gas log fireplace then installed it without any problem whatsoever. no upselling. No shenanigans. That same night I had a beautiful, roaring fire on logs and coals that look so real it is uncanny. Best of all I can get a fire going in about ten seconds and at the end have no mess to clean up nor have I generated the pollution of burning wood. So easy! So lovely! Now I sit cosy by the fire thoroughly enjoying Armand’s handiwork all the time. Thanks Armand’s!

Armands is fantastic! I needed a hard to find igniter for an outdoor heater I had and Dylan got back to me immediately with the good news that he had found the part I needed. It was during COVID and I asked him if he could mail it to me. Better yet, he offered to drop it off at my home! That is absolutely unheard of in this day and age. I recommend Armands to all of you! A place for Wide variety of Fire Place

I came into your place thinking I knew what I wanted, to re-do the innards of the fireplace in my condo. But because of your knowledge and willingness to spend time with me, I ended up with a setup that is both safe and more beautiful than I ever expected. Turned out some of the basic fixtures needed replacing, as well as the upgrade on aesthetics. And Im so glad that I arranged for - I think it was Pat - to come out and put it together. He did the hard part and then worked with me, offering suggestions, to make it look natural and full, without being overwhelming. Its been several weeks now and Im still thrilled every time I use it.

The showroom is pretty amazing. A grill & fireplace wonderland. I was actually in need of finding a specific grill that I could pick up immediately. They had the grill in stock, had it assembled and ready to pick up in just two hours. I can not speak to price, because I was not shopping around, and I was looking for the ability to pick up immediately over the best price. Brief after the fact comparison tells me that they sold me the grill for the same I could have gotten it elsewhere (maybe Amazon excluded). I will be going back to get a fireplace screen.
