I took my car in for its annual State Inspection and had an oil change at the same time. The lady at reception is a very pleasant person and knowledgeable about what the different services entail. My car was completed in reasonable time and is running great. The A/C needed some extra freeon and is cooling nicely now. Thank you Integrity Motors for the good job!

I’m a girl so I feel as if some mechanics and shops tend to take advantage of my lack of knowledge reference vehicles and service. Integrity automotive is the first shop where I have never had to worry about whether or not I can truly trust their judgment. I completely trust them and I will never take my car anywhere else. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

The outstanding service continues even for a simple oil change. My car has over 290,000 miles and another shop told me I had a major oil leak that required extensive costly repairs. Keith’s mechanics 🧰 examined my car 🚗 and found no such oil leak. The explanation for the loss of oil was due to the car’s age. Keith suggested checking the oil level every time I fill up the gas and keeping a few quarts of oil at home to top off the engine when needed.

I had a fantastic experience with Integrity Auto! My fuel pump went out while driving through VA on a Sunday night. Had my truck towed to Integrity and the morning they were able to diagnose it and immediately began working on it to send me on my way that same day. They have very competitive prices and went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Thank you to everyone at Integrity Auto. I recommend them 110%

I had an excellent experience here. Understandably they could not take me right away because I went for a car inspection so they told me when to come back. I came back at the given time and they were quick and very friendly and courteous. They definitely have earned my business.

I rarely give a bad rating on anything but if it saves anyone from spending more money than is necessary, since people have to work so hard for their money, then here is my experience! I work as a travel nurse and depend on my car to see my patients and my car does have close to 200, 000 miles, so granted I expect to have problems, although I have only had maintenance issues in the past and it is a 2002 jaguar! My car was missing every time I stopped and engine light blinking and I feared the worst! One star for getting me in, however after being diagnosed, cost would be over $4,000 and that was without catalytic converter, they said, it would need, along with spark plugs! Red flag! I told him it had new spark plugs, he asked what I would be willing to replace, another red flag, so he got down to $2,700 and said he would order the parts and to bring it back on Monday. Even though Im a lady, Im not an Idiot! Carried it to another, much more professional place, for 2nd opinion that took 20minutes to diagnose, Cracked Crank Shaft Hose guys! Took a little over an hour to fix and $178.00! Thanks for nothing! Need to be more careful with your diagnosing and, as In my profession, Its better to say your not sure, or are not experienced, than to try to do the wrong thing! PS I wont be using your services!

I am very happy with the friendly environment quick and HONEST owner, my wife told me about Integrity so I have already passed the word.

My husband, myself and our two small children (2yrs & 9months) were traveling to town from out of state. We rolled in with a VERY BAD bearing problem. Diane (the owner) took my call as well as greeted me at the desk with her husband Keith as we arrived (white knuckled)! Jesse was our technician who went WAY above and beyond the call of duty!They shopped parts for us, cleaned up and re used what they could to keep our costs down, and got us back on the road in a few hours. Our trip was saved because of their hospitality Integrity (no pun intended) and knowledge. Sitting in a repair shop 5 hours from home with two young children would normally have been a nightmare, but not with Integrity!!! Id recommend them to ANYONE with an issue, and rate 1000 stars! ⭐ Thank you Diane, Keith, and Jesse for EVERYTHING!
