I came in for a state inspection 4 days before it expired. Integrity graciously performed this without an appointment. Had to wait for awhile as there were a few people before me.Glad that I did.I was able to observe this wonderful establishment. The mechanics worked with precision. The waiting room exuded an unexpected cozy warm vibe. The attendant (may have been an one of owners) gave updates on progress and time to us as we waited. This will definitely be my go to place in Culpeper. A treasure.

My son came home from college for the weekend. He told me he had a noise coming from his vehicle. It was Friday morning and our normal service center could not see us and they are not open on Saturdays. I called Integrity and even though we never used them I told themMy situation with my son needing his vehicle by Sunday to get back to college. They told me they would see what they could do. They called me in a couple hours told me it was his back brakes and said they would order it and have it done by Saturday. They got it done and my son made it back to college on Sunday thanks to them. Great services and and accommodations.

Have useusintegrity for all maintenance and repairs on my two vehicles for many years. They are competent, knowledgeable and a good company. They always give a heads up on needed repairs without a sales pitch. Completely satisfied with their many years of service. Maybe a big pricey, but so far well worth it due to their excellent work.

Integrity is owned by such kind and amazing people. Kim had to deal with me breaking down due to an unexpected problem that came up which of course was going to cost me more money. It had to be done regardless, however she was so concerned about my reaction. Kim is such a wonderful person and I am so thankful I took my car here to be fixed by a business that cares and has the utmost integrity for others. I was happy with the work that was completed. I will definitely return (which I do have some other engine issues to get worked on) not only for the superb automotive service but for the kindness and generosity they bestow on with every customer.

Update: Integrity owned up to their mistake and I am happy with the resolution. As promised in the review below I am updating the rating.My vehicle battery was left dead after inspection due to the daytime running lights being left on. Went to pick it up on a Sunday and nobody was there to help me jump it. Had to drive back home for jumper cables. I am writing this while my wife is driving us back to integrity to jump it. We do not know if irreparable harm has been done to the battery as you are never supposed to fully drain them. I will update my rating based on how Integrity responds to this situation.

My first time going there was in January for my yearly inspection.My second time was for my starter, which I did not mind the price tag. Now, i wanted a belt to be replaced. The way they handled that last visit was the reason I gave them 1 star. I dropped my car in the morning so that they can replace the belt. The car stayed all day. They call me around closing time to let me know that they couldnt get to it today but it will be the following day. For a belt. She could have mentioned that in the morning. When you are nice people take you for a fool. Thank you my money can go other places. And they lost one of my plastic engine cover bolt. Come on guys that bolt 🔩 is $ 14 at ebay.

FIRST SHOP VISIT, BUT IT WONT BE THE LAST!!Having moved back to Culpeper, I needed a repair shop for my Buick. I knew there was no longer a Buick dealer in town. Having driven by Integrity countless times, I decided to call them for an appointment. Their lot was always busy. I needed an inspection and an oil change. They took me right in, shortly telling me of a brake line issue. I authorized to repair the problem. Kim, the office manager was great. All of the mechanics were friendly as they came in and out of the office. I was kept informed about my car by the mechanic thru the manager. I truly felt I can trust them with my car. My car was ready to go in no time. They made me feel as if I had been a client for a long time!! Also, as a retiree, their prices were reasonable. They are conveniently located on south Main Street in Culpeper, VA. Plus, say hi to Marley, their Yorkshire Terrier, who is the desktop greeter! He is awesome!!

Brought our CRV for and inspection. As expected the car needed some little updates to pass, wipers and such. Communication about this need was clear and prompt. Service was fast. Plus, if you go there you might get to meet Marley the adorable Yorkshire terrier!! :-)

Failed my inspection for wiper blades that worked perfectly fine but had a 1/8” tear at the ends. They thought that my blades were in stock but they thought wrong and I had to wait an extra hour for someone to buy them from a parts store. I requested to keep the old stock blades, however, they destroyed and chucked them into the trash. I can’t believe that they use the word integrity!!

Integrity Automotive lives up to their name! Took my Dodge Pickup in for a check engine light. Phil investigated and found a simple reason for the problem, fixed it and had me out and back on the road in a short time. Kim & Phil, the owners, are both professional and will meet all of your vehicles service needs. Truly a pleasure working with them knowing they will treat you fairly without cutting corners. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best bang for the buck. An outstanding experience.

I was driving from Northern Virginia back to my home in Charlotte when my car started to shake badly. I pulled into Integrity Automotive based solely on its location and its name, and I can gladly say they live up to the name! The mechanics test drove my car, determined I only needed some air in a low tire, and sent me on my way without a charge. Even better, the owner and receptionist kindly let my dog hang out in the lobby while this was going on. Thank you for your kindness and integrity!

Never been happier to see brand new tires! Only cost $500.00 for 4 brand new tires for my 2013 Toyota Corolla + 4 wheel alignment + changout of rear brake light. Service was friendly, affordable and quick. I will definitely be going back here.

I was visiting friends in Culpeper, when my car broke down. They recommended Integrity Automotive. Service was excellent, the cost of the repair seemed reasonably priced and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. They were able to fix my car before I had to leave and stayed a bit past their closing time to complete the work.

Very underwhelming service. Although they were correct in saying my car required two separate repairs, I was told that one would be able to wait until Spring, but one needed to be fixed right away. I gave the go ahead to make the first fix which took 10 days (weekend, missing parts, couldnt quite figure out what was wrong at first). I went to pick up my car (finally) and was told Yeah, not sure how long itll last... if you let it run for a little while it starts smoking. I wasnt impressed.After getting a quote for the second repair, I called a couple other places in town and found another garage that would do the same thing for $500 less. I opted for that garage. Shop around, Im fairly certain you could find something better.

Great work and fair pricing

These guys were profoundly dishonest. Being new to the area, they were recommended to us, so when we got in a minor accident involving only only some minor suspension damage we had our car (2008 Honda CRV) towed there huge mistake. They grossly overcharged for parts and when I questioned the shop manager about it she hung up on me! The real kicker was after the suspension repair they said the airbag light was on (which it was) and that they were seeing several codes on their diagnostic computer. The insurance adjuster went back out, was alarmed by what they were saying/doing and called me to encourage me to take the care elsewhere. So I took it to the local dealer, and low and behold not only were they tryi ng to gouge on the parts, only one of the 5 sensors they claimed needed replaced, and until it was replaced, they could not have even read the codes for the other 4. Total price difference from their quote was almost $2000.They might be called integrity, but they have none.
