Tony ordered tires and called when they arrived. I was able to have them installed the same day. Installation was fast...approx 50 minutes for all four tires to be mounted and balanced. Service is always great! Recommend Shadden Tire for all your vehicle service.

Highly recommended! Was travelling across TN and experienced a strong vibration in my car while going down I-40. Pulled off and randomly found this tire service center. These guys are GOOD! Tony helped me out and had the car on the lift in 5 minutes, showed me the problem, found an inexpensive replacement tire, and I was out the door and back on the road in less than 45 minutes! I certainly got lucky, but it seems this business has it together. Thanks so much for the help!

I cannot recommend these people more! I am from Knoxville, filling in for a coworker, and have never been to Crossville. I get off work & discover I have a flat tire. I had no idea who to turn to, so I called these guys and not 5 minutes later they show up, plug my tire, then patched it at their store. They were extremely nice, pleasant, and professional. They made a pretty terrible situation not that bad!

I broke down on the interstate with a flat tire. They sent out a reasonably priced tow truck which got there in 25 minutes. I paid 50 bucks for the tow. Two new tires at a great price, from the time I called them to the time I was back on the road was an hour and 40 minutes. Id recommend them to anybody in the same situation.

I have went twice in the last couple months and both times I bring my car home something else is broken. I went the first time to get a headlight changed and they broke a gauge cover----still has yet to be fixed! They are waiting on a part in a junk yard. Second time, I went to get 4 new tires and an oil change. All of the tires got put on and are very dirty. They said they gave the car an oil change but didnt reset my car or change the sticker!I have two kids. I work hard for the things I get. I dont have extra time and money to fix whatever they think they are fixing but in all actuality broke something else. To which they respond, we are getting it from the junk yard. if I wanted it from a junk yard, i would have went to a junk yard! thought I was having professionals do it...

I have been coming to this company for years for basic oil and tire rotation. Each visit is pleasant and speedy with the services. I did recently have an experience that I was not happy with due to a mistake/overlook that could honestly happen to anyone (and we all probably make at some point) where my keys were left in the drop box and no one checked it after this in the morning. After calling and talking to Mike (super nice gentleman), he realized the situation and took care of it immediately. I admit I was very upset at the situation due to the lack of information, but I am very pleased with the way they handled it by admitting a mistake was made and taking care of it. THANK YOU for being honest and taking care of your customers!!!

I took my car in for routine maintenance and they found there was a major safety issue. They told me it would take a couple day to get parts. When I informed them I had to be on the road the next day for work. They found a way to get it done, what I thought would be at least 24 hrs. In under 6. Thank you. I was able to make my deadline. Id recommend this garage to everyone!!!!!!

Its a small Chinese restaurant but the service & food are great. Food is not greasy like the place by El Tapitio in Ckville. This place is 100% better.

Was quoted one price of 88 bucks for wheels but didnt review my bill until headed home, was charged 111 bucks per wheel. Should have went back for a refund but tired of being taken advantage of. I have ADHD and need to be more careful. I dont recommend these folks, not all salesman are straight forward and honest.

Wayne and the gange treat you like family literally.If you do business here you will notice pretty quick they make you feel right at home. They will get you in and out as fast as they can and they have worked on our vehicles many times and we have bought lots of tires from them and have yet to be disappointed. They also have a nite drop which is very convenient. It is a family owned business that has stayed in the same family for 50 years or better. They stay pretty busy here and for a good reason.
