I have been told that my windshield had come in at the shop. I set 3 appointments everything I took my truck nobody was there according to the girl at the customer service desk. So I was out my time at work 16 hrs and my personal time to drive back an forth which takes 45 minutes to get there. Then they have the nerve to call AGAIN an want to schedule another appointment. Well I am not going back to be told nobody is there to put it in after 3 scheduled appointments. Do they think I got gas an time to waste on their sorry excuses I dont think so. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I was very impressed with the technical and customer service that I received from Glass Pro on April 14, 2021. My car was returned to me with no tell tale signs of it being repaired. Very clean on the inside of the vehicle. The process was very timely. Their staff was very cordial and professional. I recommend Glass Pro forgo your window needs in your vehicle.

My husband and I had a bit of trouble on the highway when a piece of truck tire came flying at our windshield and completely shattered it. Even tho they didnt have our windshield in stock until a few days later and we are needing to get back home to Colorado the whole staff went out of their way to fix our wipers, clean up the glass debris and helped us locate glass in Nashville. Now that is customer service. We truly are grateful for all they did to help us.

I stopped in today 11/16/2020 to see if I could get a loose back window fixed on my 1991 Toyota Previa. It turns out one of the supports on the front of the window was missing a nut on the bolt and the technician showed me how I could fix it very easily myself at the house without having to pay to get it fixed. Came home and was able get the job done with the help of a relative without much difficulty. It is always nice to patronize a business like this one who freely shares their expertise and does not just try to make an easy buck off of every person who walks through the door. Highly recommend these guys for their straightforward help and professionalism.

The biggest joke Ive ever seen!! Left all the rubber from the old windshield and trash from installation inside my truck. Not impressed hope your business burns to the ground.

My windshield was cracked by a small rock while in Crossville, TN...the day before we were leaving to drive back home to Florida. My insurance wanted to send me somewhere way out of the way at a time I didnt plan on even being in the state still. I called Glass Pro and they were beyond helpful. They ordered my windshield for the next morning and by lunch time we were all set to head out on our trip. And it was all covered under my insurance!
