My wife and I went to rascal last month looking for a new vehicle. We were fortunate enough to meet with a very friendly and knowledgeable sales rep Orlando. He was able to show us a few different options as inventory across all manufacturers are limited. When it came down to the numbers we were impressed how upfront and smooth the process was. We had a deal in no time and Orlando made this the best car buying experience ever. About 2 weeks after we took the car home my wife realized that she had left a sentimental note from her late mother in the trade vehicle. I drove down to the dealership with little hope. The staff was eager to find the trade in, and look for the note. A very nice woman Josephine spent almost 1 hour but was able to find the missing note. My wife and I are amazed that someone would take the time to make a customers year. Thank you to Josephine and Orlando for making our family feel welcomed and special during these few visits. The Tasha family should take a moment and recognize both of you for going above and beyond.

Brought my 2021 CX-5 in for a service appointment at 9am (15 mins early) and let them know when I made the appointment I needed a loaner vehicle. Was told “oh of course; you have a new car so Mazda always covers a loaner vehicle.”On the day of service here’s what happened: First off, their building is incredibly confusing to figure out where you need to go. It looks like Star Trek: Deep Space 9 decided to open a car dealership. It’s one big crescent building with like 7 different dealerships inside and bad delineation and signage. When I finally found out where to take my car, was told there were no loaner vehicles. I asked how many they have each morning and the service advisor said “it’s hard to say…it changes every day.” I don’t know how it changes every day when you’re a car dealership and have set amount of equipment. Loaner cars aren’t inventory. I’m sure their controller and whoever their Article 9 secured creditors are know exactly how many loaner vehicles they have. I asked her “how many on average would you say” and she replied “ummm…two.” Two? To be clear, the service advisor was very pleasant and helpful. It’s obvious the deficiencies described are not attributable to the service department but to levels higher up in the organization. A survey of Glassdoor reviews while I sat in the waiting room confirmed this.I was also told they have one Mazda technician in today “so if I wanted to wait, it could be all day.”I get very frustrated when one person or family has a monopoly over car dealerships in a city and this is how they run their car empire. Advice to the Tasca’s or whoever owns this operation: provide more than two cars to your customers. And guess what? If you pay your technicians enough, you will retain them! It’s not magic! Stop siphoning off money into your personal coffers and learn how to run a business.

I just signed my third lease with Tasca and could not be more happy! The customer service from Orlando and the rest of the team was amazing. I did not once feel like I was being pressured or hassled to make a purchase in the same day, which a lot of other places made me feel. We ended up going back the same day to lease the car because of the deal and service we received. I highly recommend Tasca and specifically Orlando!

I just had my 2011 Mazda 6 Grand Touring repaired by this dealership and there work was astounding! My car had been giving me constant issues since May of 2020 and had gone to several local mechanics who could not locate the ghost in my machine. I was tentative bringing my car to a dealership because of the perceived costs but Chris the Service Manager was an absolute stud! He had one of his top mechanics working on my vehicle right away and they worked their tails off finding out the issue. Chris stayed in contact with me the whole time and kept me up to date on anything new they discovered and kept me in the loop on every repair that was being completed. I’ve never put at ease so easily. What an amazing job and I can not thank you enough!

I’ve honestly never had a more seamless experience with a dealership!!! I thought I had limited options, but Tasca Cranston really worked with me, from Service to Sales to Finance and surprisingly into a brand new car! I’ve never had such white globe experience in my life, at a dealership at that! No high pressure sales, no high pressure at service - just very genuine individuals! I am extremely happy! Thank you TASCA: Cristian, Peter M., Travis, and more!

I purchased my vehicle a little over a month ago. And I’ve had nothing but issues with either the vehicle or the process since then. I would strongly advise and recommend to go to any other dealership chain. In fact taking the extra time just to go out of state is probably worth it. Take it from somebody who just recently purchased a vehicle and still has yet to conclude Business over a month.

Bought a brand new car (love it btw) in September. As my temporary plates were about to expire, I called to ask why I hadn’t gotten my plates yet. They said they actually had another form to fill out and it needed to be signed by my dad who lives in another state (I was trading in a car under his name). The form has to be the original so I couldn’t scan it and it has to be mailed. Then when it had been mailed there, signed, and mailed back, they said they actually need it to be signed by my mom as well. In this time I was also told that I wouldn’t need a new license (I’m out of state) to register my car. After my parents sent it back again, I heard nothing until I called the dealership and they said they had the form but nobody knew what it was for so nobody did anything about it (until I called). Then they said I DO need a new license and the DMV changed their minds. So now it’s been 45 days I’ve been driving with expired plates. They offered to let me drive a rental instead of my brand new car and offered a couple oil changes, but this has been an overall terrible experience, I still don’t have my plates and I have to drive a rental car instead of my brand new car. And it all would have been avoided if I had received the form my parents needed to sign at the time I bought the new car. I also had to call twice in order for them to do anything they should have already been doing.

Great experience overall. Our salesperson, Noe Guillen, was helpful and patient as I drove multiple vehicles until I found the right one. Then, instead of the usual back-and-forth between the sales guy and finance guy, the finance guy came out to us and we went through the numbers until we agreed on it. Very smooth and relatively quick.

Sometimes ya gotta wait a little because there’s only one guy behind the desk but I avoid this by calling in first, tell them to secure the part so that its ready when you get there easy peezy. It also helps to have the part number ready (oem) so then its like a 60 second phone call. IMO their ridiculously late hours make up for any poor service (Ive never experienced any but Ive heard some stories). Also, its tempting to just talk to the people at the shop to solve all your problems but dont do it (its a trap), they’ll assault you in labor and you’ll be paying a fortune. Stick to the plan, get the part, and dont be tempted to buy a new car haha. Good Luck

I never leased a car before and I was very new to the process and had many questions. I worked with Greg who was amazing from the start to the finish! He was very helpful, answered all my questions, and offered me enough space to make my decisions. He talked very highly about Tasca and the employees which made me feel confident in the business. Good employee morale is number one for me when I want to engage in a transaction. If the employees appear to be happy then I feel more comfortable asking questions, bringing my car in, and engaging in services. Unfortunately I deleted my Mazda survey so is didn’t get to send in all the feed back I wanted to TASCA and Greg but I hope this helps if anyone is trying to move forward with a lease. I leased the CX-5 and I’m very happy with it!

The sales team is great, but if you are going to have a lease vehicle or anything that will require service, think again and think carefully. For an oil change, each and every time you have your vehicle serviced, it will take a mininum of 2 hours of your time to accomplish. You cannot call, it is virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone. Every oil change, for four years, has been a project. Left waiting with no one to at least take your name, just left standing there in an empty service room. Once it is finally checked in, is when you will have a minimum of 2 hours at least for the service is performed. An oil change ONLY. You are now stuck there. Realistically, this should take 15 minutes. Dealer multipoint, maybe add on another 15 minutes to be generous. Please consider this, no matter how much you may like a vehicle sold here, as a major failing point in the ownership experience.

Sadly, I have received poor service on my last three service visits with Tasca in the last year prompting me to write this review. To their credit, after my first two bad experiences I was given a coupon for a free oil change, tire rotation, and cleaning service. I did not make a complaint initially but was contacted by the dealer with a survey regarding my service visit. I decided to use the coupon and give them another chance, and I visited the Quick Lane on 8/7/18. Although the service managers were friendly, the work was not completed as promised. My car was not cleaned, and my tires were not rotated as promised (I marked one tire because I suspected they werent performing the work based on my previous experience -- low and behold they werent). Plus, they forgot to put my wheel lock back in my car which I had left out for them. This forced me to make another trip back to the dealer to retrieve this. Frustrating to say the least. I will take my business to Flood Mazda in the future or another independent service business.
