SCAM !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ! First of all, they do not even have a working phone number so there is no way to contact them when you need it, second - you will never get an email BACK - only those to give you instructions how to pay for the order. Live Agent - only there to cancel your order when things dont go well. We paid over $5k for parts via credit card, then we were contacted saying that they actually need the WIRE TRANSFER and would not share any info about the MANAGER who made that decision . Lastly, they actually DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS, they are a third party company, so when you order, and actually pay, there is no telling when the parts will be shipped! Save yourself money, trouble and stress - NOT WORTH IT !!!! This company is being reported to BBB!!!!!!

Dont order from this website. I ordered a part. I had to reach out to them to find out that the manufacturer had my part on back list meaning they arent making it anymore. But I was still charged. Its been a month and I have no refund processing. They basically took my money and didnt give me anything. There is no way to physically contact a person its all online live chat they said the reason for my refund taking so long was their time got reset which is stupid. Then I was told from another chat agent weeks later they switched to a new software. Two different stories. Dont order from here unless you want your money stolen.

They charge you for core but give no way of returning core, no service response by email 1 month

Absolutely no response after ordering my parts well over a month ago. Planning on contacting my lawyer! Do not do business with these people

Horrible customer service I ordered parts months ago they werent the right ones try to return them paid for the return still havent heard back from them sent them many emails Im going to call them on Monday and see what happens I really do not recommend this place to anyone Im shopping out of Texas and I definitely regret my decision on contacting this company for parts Just go to your local companies its my advice

All the other posts tell my story. I wish I did not order from them. Wish I read reviews 1st.Do not order from them even if you really need the part. Who runs a business like this? How are they still open with such horrible treatment of paying customer?

Ordered a part and no contact with this place. Emailed 3 times got no response, called an got a compute message with nothing. This place is a ripoff....they charge you for a part and then ignore emails, calls and all contact.

Ordered some parts on 10/21 and have not received. Today is 12/12. Seems like everyones parts are special ordered and they are waiting 6+ weeks to maybe get the right part. They definitely now how to collect payment for thier service. If they could apply thier services like they collect payments, then maybe they would be a better busi.ness

They will not reply to emails... they do not answer their phone. Cannot even talk to them to discuss the part Ive ordered which Ive never received.

Two emails and one phone call and I still have not spoken with a real person yet. I waited on the phone about 30 minutes before hanging up. I read through some of the other reviews and will probably just take my business elsewhere. I was trying to keep my money local.

HORRIBLE!!! Totally inflated shipping!! Took 4 days to ship - charged me $17.50 to ship from PA to NY!! And then ships it FIRST CLASS which actually only should have cost no more than $6!!! DO NIT BUY FROM!!!! Would give -0- if I could!!!

Terrible place. Ordered a part 2 weeks ago, after spending basically a week processing they said it’ll take up to another week for us to get the part in. After they got the part and created the shipping label they “shipped” the part out, but the tracking number hasn’t been updated in 48 hours and states the package hasn’t been picked up yet. Honestly should’ve ordered off eBay and if don’t see an update on the tracking by tomorrow night they will have to deal with my credit card company as I will be disputing it.Update. An hour after my calling them and threatening to dispute it with my credit card the package was miraculously scanned in by USPS and ready to be shipped out

Called first before I ordered a $6 part because they charge $15 for tax and shipping. Checked to make sure it was the correct part, they assured me it was. It was not. They will not pay for shipping back, its not worth it for me to pay AGAIN to get the part returned. Service was terrible and they know nothing about cars/trucks.

Very poor service stay away from them. The take the money out of your account immediately then take three weeks to ship with no communication and they come from a different vendor. Then you try to contact the for a return and the emails go unanswered. They grab your money then don’t want to hear from you DEFINITELY BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Shipping was 3 weeks lateI tried to cancelled order twice, they still sentI requested return label, they said I would have to pay, even when I refused delivery of package.Still radio silence and no contact, no matter how many times I try to contact.

EXTREMELY RUDE staff!! We ordered our parts online and provided our correct vin number. Was sent the wrong parts to only find out that they had the wrong vin number. Told them something must have been wrong bc that wasn’t the right number (we have never had any other truck like the one we have, how would we have had a different vin number????). So they not only wouldn’t do anything but shrug their shoulders but the manager Matt was the worst person in the world and treated me like I was NOTHING. Safe you’re self the headache and order somewhere else!

Paid extra to get my parts expedited to 3 days. Its been over a week and my order hasnt shipped. They keep hanging up the phone when I call to follow up.
