Employer behind the desk was extremely rude. I had a worker helping me and he didn’t grab two light bulbs so I told him I needed two nicely. He without hesitation walked back over to grab one. The other employee chimed in and said rudely “you need anything else since you keep making him walk back and forth for you.” Im never going there again the manager stood there and watched the employee bad mouth me when all I asked for was some help. Isn’t that their job??

Dan is the best. He’s awesome!! He teaches me how to diy and that’s save your money. Simply and helpful.

Great Auto store. Decent prices but oil sales (5 Quart synthetic) all included filters so I bought quarts. Should have bought the 5 quart and tossed the filter as my mechanic changes my oil

Shout Out to Jay at the Park Ave Cranston store, he was on his break and saw me having trouble switching out my windshield wiper, he immediately asked if i needed help, and within 1 minute had taken off the broken one and attached the new one, saved me 30 min of fumbling in the cold, HUGE THANK YOU JAY!!! Always good service at this location, for a non-mechanical person its such a relief to have knowledgeable staff who can help me get the right item for my car.

Employees wore no masks or masks below their noses, tried to sell me an alternator I didn’t need and wouldn’t install a new battery bc the connections were “too corroded”. Sure.

Everytime I go here I always get good service they come outside to check my fluids or change my wiper blades its all the little things that make them better thanks Danny and the Cowboy for their great service I dont mind coming back

Good service provided here. If you cant find something for your vehicle they can order it for you. The employees are always available and help you find what you need. The store is well organized.

I wont be shopping here ever again-- the employees dont wear masks. Its sad because theres at least two reviews over the course of a few months complaining about lack of following CDC guidelines. Yall ought to be ashamed!

I went in there today and saw the young man behind the counter and he was visibly stressed out due to others fighting with him over not wanting to wear their masks. And I know there isnt anything he can do about it without fear of losing his job. Yall trying to finesse this poor kid.

The employees refuse to help me with something with an stupid excuse that they don’t have the tools... and is a place where you can find tools??? Obviously they were just lazy. It wasn’t even busy at all. I was the only customer. Bad customer service!!!! I would definitely not gonna come back

Multiple employees *not* wearing masks, or glasses bee or any sort of protective equipment? I saw single employee wearing a mask. Don’t customers wearing masks, some not. I left immediately. This is a violation of the pandemic orders. I will be filing a complaint against your store with the state for defiance of public safety orders.

On our way home to Southern RI our truck started to sputter. Got off exit, NAPA was closest but couldnt help us. We headed slowly 2 miles to Auto Zone on Park Ave, Cranston. Dan was very helpful. He did a complementary diagnostic, lent us tools, then came out to check on us, and finally did second diagnostic to make sure all was good. All in a 96 degree, no shade parking lot. Most people would have told us a part # and stayed in AC. Thank you Dan !

Christmas eve I made the mistake of trying to snap the ice off of my windshield wipers like you do. I was doing 65 on the highway at the time and the wiper ejected from the car. My wife glared over at me from the passenger seat with that look of You moron. I sat there dumbfounded as my view was rapidly obscured by the down pour of rain. Luckily my very irritated wife found the nearest Autozone and their friendly staff hooked me up with a new driverside wiper in no time.
