I’ve tried to use this place 3 times or more. They weren’t able to help me at all. I miss the former owners!Their stock has run very low and unless things change under the new management, I will not be back.1 star was generous.

Exceptional customer service! Stopped by for a notary & mail out today. As always- the employees were so nice and helpful. Ive used their services a handful of times now, & always are happy with the services as well as the employees. They are so nice!

I have a PO box here and it is so much easier and quicker than the Post Office. They email me whenever theres a shipment ready to pick up and they are super fast when getting my mail or shipping stuff. Theyre always really nice and helpful. The lines are shorter than the Post Office too! They also do a bunch of other stuff... Ive gotten my keys copied there, you can order signs for your office, and get fingerprinted. Cool all in one place!

I called from another city to have a large box made for my boss to pick up the following day. Angelica was super helpful, the box was made within a couple of hours, and the price was more than reasonable. Great work! I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again.

Postal annexs prices are all a lie for shipping out anyting. I wanted to ship out a package that weigh less than a pound and wanted it overnighted and the cheapest price they could give me was $118 so I went for the 3-day which is priority for $15 they printed out my label and charged me $15 and I took the package to the post office myself when I asked the lady at the post office if there was any way I can get it there faster for cheaper they charge me $40 for overnight for where I wanted it to go postal annex told me that was the cheapest option and our priority is a lot cheaper to if you want my honest opinion the post office is two blocks away go to the Post office their options are a lot cheaper and a lot better

Very friendly people and service is done quickly. Easy to send out packages as well. Close to home so it’s my go to.

ATTENTION FUTURE IHSS PROVIDERS or people in general who need to get a live scan done: This is the place to go!!!They were wonderful; courteous, patient, very professional and explained things a lot more thoroughly than the IHSS orientation did. And yes, you can open the envelope, YOU SHOULD... Because you have paperwork that needs to be filled out in advance...Getting fingerprinted here was a quick process and the woman who did them for me was very professional; excellent at using the computer program and SUPER knowledgeable on the entire process. ALSO, my fingerprints came back in 3 days; I received my IHSS approval letter in exactly one week.100% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO GET A LIVE SCAN!!!

I buy packing materials there but buy postage and send packages from the post office which costs less for the same service. The employees there are always friendly and helpful.
