In the beginning things seemed to look promising before they knew I was a small company or after they knew I only wanted one machine. After that it came all down hill from there. They don’t care about you if only want one machine. I tried many times contacting them to get back to me and they say they will but never do. Don’t they know I want to grow with them? I am literally trying to do business with them and buy from them but I guess they don’t want to deal with me because I’m too small or something else they are lot being honest with me about or at least that’s the impression they are giving me. I feel really ignored and completely neglected as a new customer. There is no follow up on when they will get back to me. Am I just supposed to wait and wait on them? I don’t get it.
