This place is awesome-!!!! I didnt have a label or know how to print it and they figured out a way to print my label. They took care of me and didnt charge me to print the label. They were very helpful, informative, friendly and energetic they really take pride in there work. Ill definitely be using them again.

They close earlier than 6pm even though their website states they close at 6pm. Very disappointed. (Update! After the clarification about the time change made me it possible to pick up the package! Very pleasant customer service! Thank you!)

Id give this location zero stars if I could.Pak Mail incorrectly stated a $2,000 value for an item that was approximately $100. I ended up being invoiced by Fedex customs for $410. Followed up with them multiple times and there was a token follow-up but no resolution as of Sept. 2020.

The is place is dope they can ship anything from any carrier! The lady is super dope to help helped me with a problem that I had regarding spending something else. Please go visit if you ever have any questions to sending things out.

If I could give them no stars I would. This place used to be good. But the lady behind the counter had the worst attitude and was short with me because I didnt know what was the best way to send my package at the cheapest rate.Not to mention, the UPS store is just a mile away and they are a direct shipper, so I can get better rates and certainly better service.

Hours are incorrect, I drove 45minute to get here after calling and being brought to voicemail with no mention of hours. When we finally got here they were closed and thirty seconds another person showed up making the same mistake. Act like a professional business and correct your hours on google and stop wasting peoples time and gas.

Loved then hated. My first experience was pleasant. I called to get pricing, then went to the store where faxed 11 pages for a competitive rate. I returned 4 months later, and when the fax total was provided (after the fact) I gasped!I asked, Did you raise your rates?The owner replied, No. Theyve been the same for a long timeIm certain it was $1.50 for the first page and a lesser amount for subsequent pages, I said.No. Its always been the same rate for all pages.Hmm. The receipt read First Page-26 @ 1.50. I had no choice but to pay the fat bill, but went home and immediately dug up my previous receipt. And sure enough, the receipt proves: First page @ $1.50, additional pages (11) @ $1.00.I went back to the store to show my receipt and ask for a refund, but the owner (and her husband who was also nearby during the initial transaction) denied it.She said, I raised my prices at the first of the year.What!? You just finished telling me you hadnt raised your prices...Its not so much about the $12.50 I feel was stolen from me, but about the fact that liars and cheaters dishonest people run this place. Sad stuff.
