Great Experience with the front desk staff, the business staff, and management.I needed a truck ASAP for my sister and I to move everything from a one bedroom apartment for our father to a storage unit. The management at Atria senior living gave us one day to move out all of his belongings.Because it was a Sunday afternoon and we were short on time. I asked the staff for recommendations on what size truck to rent, padding, and if we should use a dolly. They gave us great advice and we finished moving in less than 2 hours.After moving we used the late night drop off service. However, the gps location device wasnt working properly on the U haul application, so I had to contact the office the following day to insure that we werent charged an extra day...I was charged!The staff apologized (I did take pictures that had time and location stamped by google) and promised to issue a refund. Unfortunately, the staff had my old address when I was traveling, so the check went to the wrong place. Im writing this post because, the staff at U-Haul went above and beyond to contact me, after receiving the returned mail with my refund. Great Job!

Called for the price of a filled propane tank was given a price. No problem but when I got there it was 15.00 more. Once I said I need it the guy got the tank filled it left it outside I paid and asked if he would put it in my car and he said no he had to help the guy behind me who said he could wait because he was only buying 3 boxes guy behind desk did not help me I left picked up the heavy tank and a customer helped me and said it was so rude of U-Haul not to help me a woman should not be doing this in fact called the hug an idiot

Very helpful staff. Got a storage unit and all the supplies I needed to move things from my home and nobody can access it except myself. My previous storage unit many years ago was robbed by people coming in with a truck and cutting the padlock off lots of rooms. Very pleased with what UHaul offered!!

This storage facility is terrible. We signed up for autopay and U-Haul made a mistake on it which made us a day late on our payment. So they charged us a $30 late fee. I called the customer service line and they assured me they would deduct $30 from our next bill. That did not happen, so I called again and they assured me it would come off the next month. That did not happen again! So I called and spoke to the manager at the Covina location, Jeremy, and he was extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. So I once again called the customer service line and was transferred to a manager there, he was very nice and assured me that the $30 would be deducted off my next bill. And once again that did not happen. So, now we have moved our items to a different non U-Haul storage. I’d never use their storage facilities again!

Great experience at this location back in February. Trucks were ready to go, checkout was a breeze, and upon return, check in was just as easy. Reasonable pricing as well. Will be using them again.

What an awful experience. Called the store manager after hours because his employee failed to remove a lock as promised. Jeremy (store manager) proceed to tell me I dont pay for after hours access! What? The website states storage access from 5am-10pm. I also verified the hours when setting up the unit. Jeremy did not want to leave his house to take the lock off. After getting rude due to frustration, I hung up the phone and reloaded my trailer. Jeremy zoomed in pissed off and said lets take the lock off... I responded never mind now I have already reloaded the trailer. He then decided to be a bully and sit in his truck starring at us until we pulled out of the location. Did you forget I am the customer?

Personnel very friendly, excellent public skill, equipment easy and clean. I will recommend it to friends and others. Good prices.

Horrible customer service by the manager, Ross, I Rented a truck from this company, The truck had a quarter tank full and it was not explained to me that i was supposed to fill it back up . I was charged $65 fee on my credit card for not putting the fuel back, I was never explained that i had to put gas in the truck. Its deceiving that i was not explained to me and i feel it was done on purpose. the truck did not have a full gas tank when it was given to me . the manager name is Ross, when i called him he said, that people love to return trucks with out gas and that it was a lesson to be learned. I called the uhaul customer service number and they are going to contact me, they might give me a refund i was toldAdd to list Edit

PLEASE BEWARE JEREMY WILL KNOWINGLY GIVE YOU A TRUCK THAT IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION HE SAID THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON BUT NOT TO WORRY YEAH RIGHT I ALMOST GOT STRANDED ON THE WAY BACK TO UHAUL IM NO MECHANIC BUT IM GUESSING THE TRANSMISSION WAS DONE HAD TO FLOOR IT TO KEEP IT AT 45MPH ON FREEWAY WASTE OF GAS KEPT ON STALLING ON 210 FREEWAY WHEN I MENTIONED THE PROBLEM TO JOHNNY JIMENEZ 3 HE COULD HAVE CARED LESS WHEN I MENTIONED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING HE CAN DO AS FAR AS GAS HE SAID NO I HAD TO FILL IT TO WHERE IT WAS AT IF NOT I WOULD BE CHARGED 4$ A GALLON PLUS A 30$ REFUELING CHARGE THESE TWO GUYS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WHAT A SHAME THAT THEY KNOWINGLY WOULD ALLOW A TRUCK IN THIS CONDITION TO BE RENTED LET ALONE DRIVEN BY A CUSTOMER SO THANKFUL FOR REVIEWS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO GO THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT
