I have had the need to use the facilities at Extra Storage for the last 10 years and in the last 3 years at the 318 N Vincent location. I am beyond impressed with their customer service Priscila and Erik are great team players and they are top notch serving their customers. Same day move in. Qualified for the promotion available on the unit. Has longer hours, and more than half of it was set up over the phone as I was on my way their from a place that turned me away 15 min before closing. I had 1 truck bed full. Now I can move everything today!

Vicky was very helpful throughout the whole process. I did the online reservation and she checked in with me to see if I was still interested. We went there because we needed a storage place ASAP, I called the customer service for reservation, the person on the phone was extremely helpful. When I arrived, the manager was able to help me, she found out about the situation we were in and she went way above and beyond normal customer service. I would say that if you are ever in need a storage location they are also very clean and they have a light.

This facility is well maintained and illuminated. The rates are reasonable and the extended gate hours fit my schedule. The largest bonus is the staff there, Nicole and Ruben are simply fantastic! In and out very quickly. I like how you arent hit with hidden fees and that theres someone living on site for extra security. The extended site hours are very convenient too. Ruben was very helpful. Customer friendly. Ill Definitely recommend this place.

Eric & Ariana are fantastic! Not pushy or rude, which I have come to expect from the masses lately. Everything is clean, I don’t think I have even seen any kind of bug here at all. I can come in to get into my unit during reasonable hours (gate hours end at 10 p.m.) and I never feel creeped out or in danger. Also, green is more pleasing to the eye. Who wants to be surrounded pumpkin colored doors?! Hey, it’s only my opinion.

Ive used a lot of storage facilities in the past and this place is by far the best. The grounds and units are very clean. They have 24-hour surveillance, as well as, onsite security. I feel my belongings are safe and secure. The manager Ruben, and assistant manager Nicole, are very helpful and explain everything up front to you. They are knowledgeable and answer all your questions without hesitation. Both Ruben and Nicole go out of their way to help with anything you need. You are not treated as just a customer, you are treated like family!
