Shopped here for years if you do not mind that most all the tools are imported and they try to keep up to par with companies like Snappy and actually do noteworthy in their deffence . They can get you there with the offering most of the time. I find myself smitten by the savvy customer service you do not always get from the truck guy that comes by. Its the best quick, easy no ID required cheap tool rental place around with 30 days no questions asked as long as you keep your receipt. But for some reason I do like the West Covina store over this one even this store has a larger selection, maybe itd just the people here or even possibly this store Fung Shui is severely off. Its even highly likely that Im just totally off my rocker and both stores are exactly the same. TBH I am just not sure, i have at times been known to be short a socket or two in a set. ;)

Sometimes you need a quick simple inexpensive tool that will get the job done. One time job for a one time tool youll prob never use nor need again. Good spot to start a new toolbox for the beginner. Good place to get a variety of runner washers and basic to simple screwdeivers. Cheap painting drop cloths when the coupon is available

Dont buy the harbor freight brand of anything. It will break the second time its used

Arrow Hiway Harbor Freight store is very easy.

I love me some cheap tools. This location usually has all the items I want in stock while other stores dont. Ive learned to just not go to the stores close to me in Fullerton and plan on swinging by this one whenever I visit my brother whos down the street from here. Yeah, its THAT much better.

I like the selection of products and it is easy to get in and out.

They always have the lowest prices. They also have pretty good quality tools for the price that they are. If you want to buy batteries there, get thunderbolt edge because the other ones dont last very long. they only have micro usb, type c, and lightning cable chargers if you are looking for that. My dad has gotten many tools from there and they all have lasted pretty long. I recommend going there and signing up for the coupons because you get a monthly coupon book which is very helpful. I have gotten many batteries for only like 10 dollars because of the coupons. So yeah, its a pretty good place but just dont get the cheapest possible item because it most likely wont last very long.

Great tools and prices every day. Their circular flyer ads have coupons for small items for cheap but their emails have more coupons on big tool items. Being a repeat customer gets discounts using my phone number. Lots of tools for anyone and lots of parking.

Poor staffing. They said they had what i had called for. I get to there location and they dont have it. They couldnt even take a few min to look up what location actually had what i was looking for in stock. Poor customer service

I couldnt find assistance from anyone. The cashier couldnt tell me what a coupon even applied to when there were similar items. I asked her which is current as far as the ads, her response is oh I dont know. I think were doing this one but I think this ones good, etc...

Harbor freight should be your first stop when starting a project that requires new tools. Saving a chunk of cash always makes me feel better. I keep adding to my tool kit with items that would be too pricey to purchase at the big box stores

You have to love Harbor Freight. Some of their tools are really good. Some are just good enough. They know that and do a great job of providing you with what is good enough and being honest about it. The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Its hard to go wrong here if you have reasonable expectations.

Staff was very professional and helped us maximize savings on a purchase for toolboxes for our shop. Made everything very simple and will definitely shop here again. Seriously great deals from time to time, good quality selection of tools as well

Love Harbor Freight! Its a great place to stock your tool supply at reasonable prices. Downside, the price you pay equals the quality of the products. Not the longest lasting but again, for the price you cant beat it!

Dont ever play anything expensive here because nothing ever lasts two months before brakes. But its good for buying tools that youre only going to use once or twice.

Huge variety of hardware, tools and power tools, at a good to reasonable prices.Most of the tools have lifetime warranty, and you no need to keep the receipt for that, just need to bring the tool back to the store to have a new one (at least they said that).They always have discounts and promotions. Some times they give a free item with any purchase.Highly recommend to give a try.

Normally this is one of my favorite stores to go in with you but this visit was a little bit different I went in looking for the camera computer cleaner the one day throws out pressure air... when I went in I walked to where they normally are kept but I cannot find them anywhere so I gave up and went to the registry room and I asked you ladies if they had any dust cleaner and they both responded with we dont so that because kids like to inhale it.... so i asked you guys used to sell it right and one of the girls the younger one was like yeah we used to not anymore but it came across so rude and her body language just seemed very confrontational.. I didnt feel very comfortable and I just wanted to leave at that point I hope I dont get service like that often because like I said its one of my favorite stores

Has most things you need

Clean and simple store. If you want decent quality tools and treat them right, then these tools should last you. The quality isnt as bad as people claim. I find the store fun and easy to navigate through. I love the prices more than anything. I recommend to anyone who likes projects or DIY stuff.
