The 99 cent store on San Bernafino in west covina is really big. So many great options. I always fill my cart here. Great holiday options. Good food options. Alot of produce too. They always have everything I want.

One of the better franchise locations in the area. What more can I say it is a 99 cent store so dont go there expecting high quality. But they have your ultra budget needs covered well at this local.

Store was cleaning. Employees were helpful. But restrooms were disgusting with no toliet paper and carts were all over the parking lot. Must have been there at there rush time. Idk 🤷‍♀️

What can I tell you its a great story they have everything now always but I usually find what I want and I havent been loading up quite a lot I have no complaints customers I mean employees are wonderful all of them I got nothing but the best customer service there five stars all the way keep it up99 cent store

I got the noodles here! they also have the 2x spicy ones (diff brand) for those days you want more spicy one. they also have face wipes for those long long days when you are gone 12 hours+ summer days good stuff at this location. my friend doesnt like as much saying they have too many items that are over $1 they have sun hats for about $4 chanclas also about $4 bathmats $3 (maybe go to daiso first?)

Store was ok, kind of messy but great bargains on easter items if you are looking for baskets, plastic eggs and candy. They do not carry egg dying kits. I will say that the staff were very nice and friendly and they were diligent about sanitizing and even had a staff member standing at the doorway both greeting you and with a spray bottle to clean baskets which I have not seen in other 99 cents stores so that is a big plus!

These 99 Cents Only Stores are o.k. But like everyone else, they are gradually raising their prices to $1.99 and $2.99. It would be nice to give us a warning when you do raise prices. They are clean stores for thw most part.

Always good things at 99.9 Cents Only Stores.Went for a computer mouse but they were out of stock.Ended up spending $45.

I didnt get the chance to really look around. I only went in to look for tin cans for baked goodies for Christmas. I love the pink/blue Christmas tree design and Gingerbread design, however the sizes that I was looking for was not available. The only largest there was Santa Claus in red and green design which is nice, but it was not exactly what I wanted. I would like to do pink/blue theme this year. I ended up buying plastic storage containers in red and light blue though. Ill need to check around other 99 cents store. As I mentioned in my previous post on other 99 cents store, it can be either a hit or miss at certain times. Good luck to you if youre going to shop at 99 cents store at this time of the year, it can be very crowded, and busy. The lady was kinda hoarding over the box of ribbons when I was trying to find the matching ribbon. Hahaha.

Everyone in Pico, Whittier, Montebello and their dog go to this 99 cents store. Im always run into someone I know. Or lets say they run into me. They always have something good and less expensive than the big stores!!!

As mentioned in previous reviews I found the produce at a great price and the store is always well stocked and clean. The cashiers are always helpful and go the extra mile to assist handicapped customers. The store is well located and the plaza is very has a lot of different types of stores. All in one shopping you could say. Shop at the 99 cent store first then what you dont find go to grocery outlet and/or CVS Pharmacy. too.

Gilbert at the Covina store is AWESOME! He went above and beyond. I called to ask if they had an item in stock. He told me they had 6. I asked if he could hold them for me until I got there, and he said yes. When I arrived, he told me that he found a few more, then asked how many I needed. I needed 25 of this item for my sons class. He then went and searched the stock room and found more for me, and I walked out with everything I needed. Thank you Gilbert!!!!

Workers are nice. Place looks clean. Dont need to bring bags, they are given for free now. Shelves in some areas are spare, like the cleaning supplies, obviously.

The stores very nice the people are helpful they keep the store clean and neat they always have the best deals I love it. You just have to be careful on the outside theres often homeless passed out on the sidewalk. So be careful with your kids .

Always has good stuff

The store is well kept. The shelves are well stocked. The cashiers are nice. I take my children here to buy snacks before going to the theater. The selection is great. I also come to this location for the vegetables. I have the tortoises and I get their did here every week. Thank you for keeping my tortoises alive 99.

I went to Big Lots to check out a dresser I saw advertised. It was one you have to put together so there was no floor model but Gloria was fantastic. Gloria was very attentive and made sure to share important information with me about the items I was shopping for. She was all over the place checking to see if my coupons applied helping me with checking out outdoor furniture, she spent a lot of time with me and was very pleasant informative and even got the heavy dresser box out to the car for me. Ive never had better customer service.

Went there today had exactly what i needed. Even had hand sanitizers and anti bacterial soup refills. Price little more than they used to be but differernt name on product plus i know they are charging more to make it from manufacturers. Way cheaper than buying it from gas stations. The size of the sanitizer i bought for $3.99 would be $10.99 at gas stations or other stores

Small location compared to others. The layout is different from others stores, so finding what i need was more time consuming.

So many good buys to be had from this place from can goods to vegetables.

I like this store because you can find popular brand items for very low prices. For example today I needed gingeroot for a new recipe I want to try out. Went to another store and found it at $2.98 each and I decided not to purchase it. Went to 99Cents and found a bag of three pieces for...you guessed it... 99cents. From paper goods, plants and gardening tools to spices, veggies and canned goods, theres a little bit of everything there, you just have take the time to look around.

I gave them 5 stars because I like the ladies there. The manager is very cool with me and her customers. Though some things are marked up, you can still find great stuff. If youre an RVer or camper, this place is haven. Been shopping here for a while. Most of the ladies that worked at the store that closed down on Vincent and San Berdue work here. Is always nice to see them.

Great place to buy produce, always fresh at a lower price than most other stores. Also a lot of interesting products to use for home and garden.

This location, @ Azusa/San Bernardino Rd, Covina, California is a pretty good store. Employees are very nice & helpful & store is usually well stocked. However, theres one problem: theres usually homeless men & women loitering, pushing their carts, or laying on the ground in front of this store, Big 5 store & the shops just north of the 99 cents store!

It is okay has far has 99 can go.But I recommend the one closer to walnut by target and home depot.Great selection I give that one 10/10

This place is a joke. The new store manager is very very rude with her looks. The store has definitely gone downhill since she has been there. And what happened to the nice lady at night that always had a smile on her face and was very kind, I think her name was Lori. New manager really does not show management skills and I will let my friends know never to shop there again and to give very negative reviews. This store has become a joke.
