Anthony Moran is a great Salesperson. He is honest, transparent, and everything that you would wish a car salesperson would be. He doesnt pressure you into anything you dont want and wont lie to you. Unfortunately my car was part of the major recall (seized engine) for a particular year. From corporate to the dealer. The experience was amazing. KIA stepped up and did an amazing job. I very thankful to their staff but in particular (Michael J Connelly). He took care of me from the start to finish. Also, guy has a great sense of humor.

So I took my wife in to get her first ever brand new car from the dealership and what should have been an amazing experience and a great moment that would last a lifetime turn into a two day nightmare. I dont think they have any idea what it means to some customers to accomplish something and understand that some of the deals that are made really have a impact on some peoples life. I can go on forever about are terrible experience but I will just leave at I will never in my life give Covina kia another dime of my money or business

Jonathan Martinez is amazing! He went out of his way to take care of my car. I received a recall notice for a few items. Once the repairs were completed, instead of calling me through the loud speaker on the lobby, he walked over to me and told me my car was ready to go! Once he handed me the receipts of the work done, he proceeded to walk me to the door and hold the door open for me. What a gentleman! He turned a not so great situation into an opportunity to show me great service and professionalism. Treat me as though I matter. I recommend anyone with a KIA to go see Jonathan:-)

Came to buy my son a car and could not believe how amazing the salesman Ray was. He truly went above and beyond for me and my son and is honest to God the only reason I purchased my sons K5. He treated us like royalty bought us Starbucks made sure my daughter wasnt hungry He just went so far above my expectations I was blown away. The people at this Kia go above and beyond to help out their customers. The main person that I dealt with from choosing the car, doing the pre-approved financing online and making sure I got the car that I wanted was Louis. He went out of his way to take pictures of the car that I was looking out because I wasn’t sure of the color and making sure and sent them to my phone. He took the time to figure out payments for me on different cars because again I wasn’t sure what I wanted. He was incredibly patient with me making decisions, quick to respond to any of my questions and was just overall incredibly nice and very professional. The person that took care of all of our paperwork and financing when we did go in to purchase the car was again very nice and very professional; unfortunately I do not remember her name. The process of getting preapproved, getting the car that I decided on and getting all the paperwork and financing done was taken care of over a couple days and when we finally had to go in for the paperwork it did not take long at all and the car was ready. Everyone at this Kia dealership was absolutely wonderful but I really just wanna give a huge shout out to Louis; he was so courteous, friendly, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership and I would highly recommend dealing with Louis any time you need a new Kia.

First time attempting to use service department. Made appointment online for Sat at 7am. Get to dealer to find out i have no appointment and that they are aware their online appointment system does not work. If a system dont work, disable it. I took the day off for nothing and niw have to take a second day off. Not to mention the wasted gas driving out there.

Currently on my 2nd vehicle with Kia from this location,. I added the service to my car plan. I asked the rep if I would be able to get my car serviced in any Kia location because i will be moving to LA. They said Yes and that wasnt the case. every time I go in to get my car serviced I always have to go through a whole situation just to get the service that I pay for. I was told my car had road side assistance yet when I needed it. they said I didnt have it. not to mention how frustrating it is when you take your car in its $170 just to run Diagnostics. dont get me started on customer service. I am a patient person but they really test it with they hold time. dropped calls and inconsistent policy.

The repair service rep told me that my car has been fixed, but when I went there to pick up my car, nothing has been done and the parts were back-ordered. When I went there for the repair service, they told me that I had to leave my car there for a couple of days and didnt tell me anything about the parts. When I called them two days later asking if I could pick up my car, they told me that my car has been fixed and was ready to be picked up. I went there and just found out that they have done nothing actually. What a terrible service...

Red Flags EVERYWHERE! Do NOT support this business. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to bring my vehicle in for a diagnosis on my check engine light. Had a thorough discussion with the Service rep and provided as much detail as possible based on the vehicle error message to prepare their technician. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. I was told there was only one service rep who handled those types of calls, and he looked me straight in the face and said he never remembered speaking with me or me requesting an appointment. I decided to leave my vehicle anyway since I was already there. I was never contacted again after that. After my car sat for a day, I called in for a status update. I was told that the service rep in charge of my visit was not in the office and that she was the only one able to access my file. I requested that I get notice from a manager and the call attendant said she would put a note on their desk. So I waited, again. It was now COB day two do I called again upset that I hadnt recieve any notification whatsoever on the status of my vehicle. The Call attendant said she would transfer me right away... I sat on an unattended line for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back letting her know that no one was responding she said all she was able to do is transfer calls. I hung up and had my husband call and ask about getting his car service to which she promptly stated, theyre closed for the daySo, this idiot knowingly sent me to a dead line! Unprofessional!!! I had enough so I decided to pickup my vehicle. I called in on day 3 and not until I asked to take home my vehicle, did they decide to tell me they diagnosed it and parts were already ordered. I told them I was going to pick it up because it was ridiculous that they held my car for 3 days with ZERO COMMUNICATION as to what their intent was. The service rep tried to appease me by offering a rental car... why wait until day 3 and customer complaint of no communication to do what should have been done on day 1?! I told her I wanted no service performed and that I was picking it up to take it to my regular Kia Dealer. The service rep instantly became rude and aggressively tried to get me to not pickup my car. Will NEVER patronize this joke of an establishment again. Take your vehicles elsewhere.

Paul took us on a test drive, he was very nice and helpful. He wasnt super pushy, obviously still tried to make the sale but was still super helpful. He turned us over to the money cruncher salesman, David, and he was nice as well but unfortunately, once he realized we werent going to buy that exact day, he wasnt as helpful any more. We felt more rushed out the door and there was no attempt to talk numbers any further.

I took my wifes Kia Soul to have the engine replaced . Apparently these cars only run up to 114149 miles before the engine seizes. I have proof that I kept up with the all the oil changes promptly . I took the car to Covina valley because I figured they would be right for the job . I have never been so wrong in my life . They had the car for 4 months, to get any updates during that time was impossible. Mike and his staff are extremely unprofessional. Ive never had to deal with such nonsense especially for the price they charged me . The handle on the driver seat was broken and left broken even tho we didnt break it, I had two flat tires the next morning, which to me shows they saw they were flat filled them with air and instead of warning me allowed me to leave the lot. The next day they told my wife it isnt their problem. The car inside is a mess, it smells like motor oil because as they were dismantling the car they were throwing the parts in the car . Now a check engine light is on after having a motor and all the hoses replaced only two days after i got it back. KEEP IN MIND THESE GUYS HAD THE DAMN CAR FOR 4 MONTHS . Im dreading having to deal with Covina valley Kia Because of how unprofessional the employees are . When I paid, all the Money was there . I wasnt a single dollar short . So why couldnt I get the car back 100% fixed? Will they give me back 1000$ for not fixing the car correctly? No mike wanted all the money and it was given to him, so why in the hell am I still having problems with this car. Again will they give me at least 1000$ back until the problem is resolved? Of course not! I gave them every dollar I had, Im struggling to feed my family because of these thieves. They will keep my money and again have me waiting another 4 months just to get a response For the check engine light ? Why do I have to go back for a check engine light after paying Covina valley Kia 4078$ And four months of giving them the opportunity to properly fix the Soul ? These guys should be ashamed of them selfs especially the people at the top . How can you allow for this to be done to hard working Americans during such a difficult time economically.This should have all been checked by the service techs. Now god knows how much longer it will take to get the car back . If you can avoid buying a Kia or Hyundai I would recommend it strongly, but if you have already made one of the biggest mistakes of your life and spent your money on these cheaply made vehicles . Find a dealer that wont just take all your money but find one that will have enough respect for you as a paying customer to make sure you can get a update when you call and have your car properly fixed . My money wasnt counterfeit, so why couldnt my car be fixed the right way and by someone who knows what they are doing and I cant stress enough after 4 months ? Was that not enough time for your techs to do their job properly? DONT BUY KIA, DONT TRUST COVINA VALLEY KIA SERVICE DEPARTMENT you will regret it when you cant buy your kids food because these guys cant do they job right and they wont have a problem taking all your money and still not fixing your car the way it should be . Lets see what happens I will definitely be keeping you all informed. Again please if your car is t working DO NOT COME HERE .. dont risk you livelihood . They very poor at explaining my the questions the answers they give were generalized just make feel comfortable but the worse was the finance guy he rushed tru the paperwork because he mentioned it was late he had been at work more than10hrs and he did not thoroughly explain my concerns. CUSTOMER AWARENESS when buying SERRVICE PLAN I paid 1400 for at discount rate for the 3yr plan but was reduce 24 months and 30k I added cost all service done to vehicle it wass about 800 so will get ripped off Dont buy Service plan if want to pay double the cost up front . car service n reps are mediocre. Completely negative car shopping experience. I came in to purchase a vehicle I had specific parameters I was looking to stay within. I told the salesman I completely understood if it wasnt doable for him.I had to leave and the salesman was texting me daily. Fast forward we scheduled an appointment for two weeks later I asked if the vehicle we were looking at was still available he assured me it was. I didnt trust it ofcourse so I went to check that same day and no where on the lot did I see it. So Im communicating with him throughout the week in regards to our appointment and he says we are good. I arrive at my appointment and Im sitting there for 15mins then he has bad news the car is sold. Which would be understandable but the trust was ruined because he lied initially so at this point I didnt trust him to even assist me with something as significant as purchasing a vehicle. What a complete waste of time. Are all car salesman shady?????

Came in last Friday for diagnostic service and wait time was too long left before i could get my car looked at was a bit bummed that service was so long so i reached out to service manager Jim and he made things right and got me in today with a rental due to The previous circumstances. He made it right and him and his staff took good care of me. Danielle was a sweetheart and didnt take to heart my first complaint and made things right. West Covina Kia is serious lacking in customer service. Brought car in for service. Last time I brought car in for an oil change and a warranty issue car was vacuumed and washed. NOT THIS TIME. This 1 star is focus just on the service department. We made an appointment to get the work required for the recall notice we received. When making this appointment, we asked how much it would be for an oil change as well. We were told 59.99 for the oil change and said ok, let’s do that as well. Today, when my girlfriend dropped the car off, the gentleman at the service desk said the price for the oil change was 79.99. She told him that we were quoted 59.99 over the phone when we made the appointment. His response was that prices are subject to change, then said he could do 69.99. Which is still more than we were told. I have never heard of a cost for an oil change being so negotiable before, and I wonder if he she her, a women, and thought “ I’m going to take advantage of her”. I hope this isn’t the case as it would be a shame to have a man working at the service desk that feels it’s ok to take advantage of women who come in alone to drop their cars off to be worked on. I am currently waiting for a response from the general manager in regards to this incident but felt compelled to write this review directed solely at the service department. Depending on what the outcome of this incident is, we will no longer be bringing our car to this dealership to be worked on in the future. I hope this is an isolated incident and not something that is done to women on a regular basest.

Drop by this morning interested in the Telluride by looking at cars available online. Well there was a top-of-the-line model available with a dealer price when I went to the dealer it was an additional $12,000 on top 10,000 dealer added Markup 1900 for window tinting and the nitrogen tires. I’m wish they displayed this online. They did let me know it is in the disclaimer and I was informed “sir he should’ve read that”. And the very nice young manager gave me some great advice “don’t tell me how to run my business“. They we’re interested in working with me, the price was as they posted. Well it might be a great car. Time tells all and you should not try to screw people over or take advantage of them. The car market work and backfires. If they were totally honest upfront and literally published the price, it would not have been an inconvenience or waste of my time. Why don’t you show the public what you’re actually trying to do them and post those prices. As a sidenote, Kia might be a great car and with residual value is horriblecurious Why would I want to pay more when there’s already a message depreciation on the vehicle. Strange reason, I just don’t think this is going to be a collectors item such as a Ferrari, or McLaren. And remember it is a KIA and That is your local friendly hometown COVINA VALLEY KIA. Thanks guys, Shop Local.And by the way I went back online and looked, and the price showed Just the sticker price when you looked at the sticker, it also stated the price is as of 11/15/2020 and did not show the additional $12,000 (10k and 1,900) mark up. I went to Kia Covina for a service, breaks and recall. I was pleasantly surprised on how accommodating they were. Mike my service manager was wonderful, girls brought breakfast snacks, they were so pleasant. Everything was done in a timely manner and Mike even stayed late so I could pick up my car. Spoke with Internet Sales Manager, Ive been a customer with covina since 2017, always made sure to have my vehicle maintenance completed there. I was looking for a new vehicle and I was asking for a good deal. didnt want to give me the deal i was asking for.. only $250 less . This is my 2nd experience with Kia Covina. The 1st time we got a smoking deal on a 2017 EX Niro from the owners son Westly. Were trying to work something out the 2nd time around; we had several bad experiences with previous salesman who were not truthful but now, working with Anthony has been great. Hes very communiticative and extremely up front with us with no pressure or sales tactics. Although we didnt make a deal, We enjoyed working with Anthony .The owners son, Westley seems to be trying to work with us to earn our business again. Ill let you know what happens were like 60 bucks apart, will keep you posted if we get the Niro 2020 limited plugin.

My normal dealership in Lancaster has been nothing short of spectacular. Ive been there almost a dozen times. I was having issue getting the vehicle to start so I made an exception.I was given very limited info and laughed at when I asked if my vehicle would be in there overnight. It was 3pm. I was told by the manager hed call me in the A.M. to discuss the issue. No call. Not anything on Wednesday despite calling and leaving a message. I call again Thursday and he answers around 10am and tells me itll be 500 plus dollars. Ok. No options, no discussion, thats it. Never ran anything by me.All that was done was they ripped out the factory alarm which was causing the issue. It took 2 hours of labor i was told. I get there and the car wont start. Right in front of my eyes. The door pannel was loose and i asked them to push it in to fix it and oh Lord. My door wont open from the inside and is now missing a pannel above the sideview window switches.Ive never in my life taken the time to write a poor review or been treated so poorly and its beyond insulting this is how they do business. 500 plus dollars for damaging my vehicle. I left pictures to show the craftsmanship.Edit: The Manager of this dealership reached out and made it right. He was rather adamant and persistent about correcting my concerns and he did just that. Great service! I made an appointment through their online chat and explained the exact situation I needed to purchase a car, I arrived there on time and was welcomed by their staff. Sadly the sales representative I was supposed to have an appointment with wasnt available. However, Another representative whose is Robin was assigned to help me. She was a great help! She showed me around and provided me with all the information I needed about the car I was interested in buying. She even stayed with the finance office 2 hours after closing to figure out a price for my budget which the did! I was able to trade in my car and purchase a brand new 2017 Kia with a great monthly payment thanks to them. Robin was definitely a great help and a great saleswoman! I was able to purchase the car in one sitting thanks to her great service! I would certainly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a brand new car with a moderate/average monthly payment.

Forget the bait and switch, forget that they offered 4.6% financing for someone with 800+ cred, forget that 3-4 men went through the deal and still didnt figure out the numbers were wrong... forget all that. A salesman came in to offer us a better interest rate. He then revealed the bait and switch numbers, a $2000.00 up charge. We said no, it was less and gave him in writing the correct numbers. He said in a very condescending way, calm down, Im trying to work with you. I said I understood, but that he needed to bring his condescending tone down a bit. Guess what he said, oh do I need to slow down for you, in a very very condescending tone. The only thing he did not say was, you stupid woman. HEY KIA, turn on the news. Read. Educate yourself. Maybe some classes on how to deal with strong, smart (smarter than that guy) educated women may help!!! WE WALKED WITH OUTWITH OUR 14,000+ DEAL... BUYER BEWARE!!!

-5 stars, Had an appointment @ 10:20 am for just an oil change @ $60. I got a call at 12:20 stating that it was ready, and that i needed to replace my battery. My battery is good, havent had a problem with it. I requested Shuttle service and they took over 2 hrs. to pick me up, Finally got my car at 3:05, A total of 5 hrs for an oil change. Should of gone to jiffy lube 15 min at half the price. Horrible service. Would not recommend this place. The guy Raul seem very rude. Dont think i will go back. Very unprofessional staff. Very very disappointed with the service quality.

Honestly, everyone here always does a good job. I take my car here for service, and today I had a particularly great experience. My engine light was on and they were really busy, but Mike managed to get my car looked at. I was just expecting my car to just be diagnosed, so that I could get a rental car, but they actually fixed my car! This was awesome, and now I can drive my car this weekend. The people at Covina Kia are always professional, prompt and friendly. Huge shout to Mike for helping me out today, and I really thank everyone at Kia Covina!

Had to dash back to my car, because I forgot my mask, what with the virus about, and one of the sales staff chased me out, hollering at me if I could be helped.I explained that I forgot my mask and all was right.Thinking about a replacement sedan, and the salesperson Sal could not have been more accommodating to my needs.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. I brought in my kia soul in for two recalls. It was a software update for my engine which ended up messing up my engine and now I have to wait for them to either swap my engine or wait for a new software that can over ride the other. They have had my car for a month and a half. They offered me a rental which the gentleman in charge of the rentals did not thoroughly check the vehicle. He gave the car with low air pressure. I didnt think much of it because the light sensor for the tires was not on and I thought maybe the tires were Low Pro Tires and thats how they were supposed to look. When one of my customers from my job brought it to my attention that my tires were low. I told my boyfriend about it. He check the psi and all four tires were between 20-25 psi and the sensor light was still not on. We then proceeded to go to a tire shop where they filled my tires up with air for free. When they got to the fourth one they realized a bubble on the tire. The tire shop then released some air to try to make the bubble go down as much as possible and suggested that I take the car back to Kia dealership so they can change the tire. The rentaluh car service place then put the blame on me and try to say that I hit a pothole. Since Ive had this car I have not hit anything I am not a deceitful person Im a very honest persom. If something is my fault I will always take 100% responsibility. When I ask the gentleman to take responsibility for the fact that he did not check the car thoroughly before he gave it to me. He falsified information about the tires being okay when he gave the car in my possession. He ask why I waited so long to bring the car back for service (month) i explain that car gave me no indication that there was something wrong. A human being had to tell me my tires were low. He then released air from two of the tires putting them at 18.888 psi. Mind you I told him the psi was between 20-25psi. Not 18. The sensor light then went on and said it worked. I had to pay $117 for a tire that was not my fault. After pain I Denver City to ask at what point does a sensor light activate they told me if its under 20 psi or above 40 PSI which proves my point that the sensor would have never turned on because all tires were between 20 to 25 psi. Please be careful with this Kia dealership.

My Dad & I went in to Kia Covina 7-26-16 to look at the Kia Sorrentos, Frank was out on the lot and showed my Dad and I all of the features they offered. He seemed pretty knowledgeable which was great. We made it clear we would not be taking the vehicle that evening, that we needed to talk it over first . When we went inside the store to talk numbers another guy by the name of Juan (not sure on the last name, but he had slicked back hair) came out to talk about a deal. He was extremely pushy and seemed to only be interested in making the deal. He told us there was no 0% financing, and kept asking if we were ready to sign. After telling him no about 5 times we left. We returned Friday night 07-29-16 and Juan Pablo (JP) helped us out this time. Juan Pablo was great. He was friendly, very detailed, and got us the best deal...0% financing. He took great care of us and seemed like he genuinely cared about the customer. So glad it was JP who got the sale on my car and not the other Juan. I will definitely recommend Kia Covina to all of my friends and family, and especially tell them to ask for Juan Pablo or JP! Thanks again!!
