My son in law referred me to get new tires for my old beater Honda Accord here & guaranteed they would give me a great deal which they did... had to wait a little longer then I anticipated but not a problem I just chilled in the lobby with the warm sun beating on my back catching up on some reading. I walked into this place at 5:28 asking if I could purchase a tire. The man behind the counter rudely said “we’re done for the day”. I asked if they close at 6, they do. I mistakenly went there instead of one in West Covina, which I highly recommend!If you don’t mind bad customer service I’m sure you’ll be fine going there.

This place has to be most unorganized inept customer service I ever had to dealth with.Came in for simple tire rotation on a 8 month old mini cooper clubman s, mind you the car has been sitting mostly at home do to the pandemic. They tell me it will take 1-2 hours. 4 hours later nothing was done to the car, when they went to check the car they tell me they cant do a tire rotation because the car has been on an accident (never had an accident with this new car) 😅 😂 not only do they lie but they cant seem to be able to their job. Wasted almost 5 hours with these clowns. Rude, inept at their job, and fabricate lies to compensate for their lazyness. Stay far away

If you are a True Mechanic (beware!)Lately I have been very disappointed with their service after many years. Recently, I have taken my car there for new tires and alignments. These idiots had supposedly put weights on the wheels during the alight and they didnt put them after they said they did. They looked very stupid when they saw the weights werent there.Then another time, I went for new tires and alignment. They didnt alight the front tires properly and caused my tires to ware out from the edges faster. These idiots didnt calibrated their equipment properly to the correct specifications for alignment.You can do your own research, it doesnt take a mechanic or an engineer to figure out their dirty schemes. If you go here, make sure you watch how they work, closely. Or report them to better business bureau or the automotive bureau.Never again with these people, they have lost a loyal customer.

I got a flat tire in the morning around 1030, Robert helped if you call it help. I notice the was somewhat busy but nothing crazy. I continue to wait to see if my car was getting moved in but I notice everyone that came the same time as my has al ready left. Then this lady come in and they pull her car into the lot right after. I notice the guys there was speaking Spanish and asking Robert something. Why did he skip my turn. I left without getting service around 1230. Waste of my day.

Mike is great set me up with set of 4 tires, alignment and new Front end struts for less that $800 when all other has quoted over $1200, he shopped around and find good Monroe struts, 50k tires for my fusion and this are rime 17,, all season.. prior to today he set me up for a break work that I am totally satisfied.. I came in because I had low tire pressure. I was worried I had a nail. Manager at the front and the serviceman were super helpful, told my the cost upfront, and finished everything well before the estimated time. Definitely will come back and would recommend anyone to come here if they are in need of their car looked at like I was. Very professional.

The Mechanic were honest and allowed me to view my brake pads before making a decision to get brakes. I also got a great deal on the brakes. I am a happy and satisfied Customer. I have patronized this place for 20+ years and have always been happy with them. About 2 months ago, I went in to see if they had a couple of used tires since I didnt have the funds to buy new ones at the time. I spoke with Robert who stated they had just received 4 tires that were used in the size i needed and would give them all to me at $40.00 each out the door. I felt that it was a good deal and my other 2 tires werent a whole lot better than the 2 I was planning on replacing, so I took them. They seemed to have quite a bit of tread, which was a plus. They were Winston tires, which I used to buy all the time, but unknown to me, they had beenout of business for a while.2 1/2 weeks ago the first tire had tread separation and when I calledRobert, he said he could sell me a new tire for $95.00, but no additionaldiscount. I understand I bought them used and are as is, but this wasnot right. I bought a used tire from another place for $30.00.About 2 weeks ago another tire ballooned and one the tread separatedon it (that makes 3 out of 4 bad tires). Not wanting to take any chanceswith used tires or the remaining good one, I had to purchase 4 new tiressomewhere else, at a better price.I am now out $160.00 and even though he had done well for me over theyears, I will NEVER go to this or any American Tire Depot again.

I will go no place else for my tires. Excellent customer service! I used to have to drive 5,000 miles a month living in Big Bear and working in Covina which wrecked havoc on me and my car. Every month Id come in for oil change and tire rotation and not only did they take care of those things, but made sure I was safe. From brake change to simply installing a headlight. So grateful to have that one less worry. I was always well taken care of. Highly recommend

WE WERE A DISTRIBUTOR FOR THIS COMPANY AND WE RETURNED 4 TIRES TO THEM FOR WARRANTY. THEY DENIED THE CLAIM AND I ASKED FOR OUR TIRES BACK TO GIVE THEM BACK TO MY CUSTOMER THAT WAS GOING TO SUE US & THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE ALREADY DESTROYED AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I REFUNDED MY CUSTOMER THE MONEY HE WAS OWED. I WOULD DEFINITELY SECOND GUESS DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE DISTRIBUTORS IN A BAD SITUATION.

These guys are total scammers, I thought they were American Tire and they said it was the same thing, Put on two tire for $500 and had a blow out a few weeks later. When I got the tires I said I wanted the road hazzard warranty and he said it was included. Make a long story short, I had a blow out and took it to Americans Tires and got out my paperwork and they informed me I had no warranty and it was not there tires. They took great care of me but I will never set foot in American Tire Depot again . Dont mislead your custormers

I had a leak in my tire. They took me in even thought the place was packed. I did come by noon so they gave a 2hr waiting time. They were done faster than i thought. I had a nail on my F/R and patched it. Thank you everyone!!!! I will be coming back again. I totally recommend you guys.

How man places can you take your car and trust what the guy is telling you is true? Very little. Well I have taken my car to this place several times for different types of service including tires, brakes, front end work on both my wifes Escape and a Mustang I have owned. I received the best service from a trustworthy person. When you go there ask for Robert he will treat you well, be straight up honest with you and do only what you ask. I have called after not seeing him for almost a year and just said my first name and he remember the car I had. This is the first place I will ever take my car besides the dealer. They do it all.

The people at this store are amazing. We has a flat tire and we showed up just before they were closing. They were overwhelmed with jobs still in process and the manager still was willing to help us.The manager and his staff are amazing!

Zero stars! Horrible experience. I came here only because I desperately needed tires, last minute I stopped here. I paid over $300 for 4 brand new tires I got 2 new and 2 used from a different brand. That is just wrong that a woman/person cant step into a place like this without genuinely being helped, not get ripped off for lack of knowledge. Ill stick to Tucker Tire they always take care of me.

Today I went to make an oil change and I was treated with arrogance by the person in charge of the payment box on many occasions I repeated that he did not speak English and I did not collaborate, I made the oil change because I really needed it and did not I know another place, the only good thing is the employees outside, the man who did the work was very kind.
