I want to start off by thanking Kevin and Coco, with whom Ive had the absolute pleasure of dealing with. After an unfortunate incident where my truck was hit while parked, I was given the option to choose a body shop. Searching for shops can seem very difficult because they have one around every corner however, not all of them have great reviews on yelp and google. I ran upon VMS Auto Body Collision Center. After reading some of their reviews, I was so impressed! At that point I was very eager to get everything done, so I brought my truck to them right away. I dealt with Kevin, I automatically felt like I was in good hands. He completed all the necessary paperwork for me, he also arranged my rental and reassured me they would be quick but also very thorough when it came to the completion of my truck. A couple of days later my truck came out looking better then when I purchased it. I also want to mention that I waited to write this review about a week after they have completed work so I can write a more accurate review. Even though I have a lifetime warranty with them, I just want to make sure the quality of work held its integrity, and it has so far. From my perspective, I can tell immediately that over the years this small company has managed to establish rapport with customers and the surrounding community. I had the opportunity to sit and watch them deal with long time customers and I was very impressed with how much they value customer service. I understand now why they have managed to stick around so many years! Thank you VMS for turning my bad experience to a pleasant one!

I picked this place to get a dent taken out of my car after someone back into my car. The person that backed up into my car had Farmers insurance so the insurance process here at VMS was very easy. All I have is good things to say about this place. I received some great, fast, and professional service here at VMS. Koko answered all of my questions, and he explained the process of repairs. I dropped it off on Monday around 4pm, and I got a call back the next day on Tuesday afternoon saying the repairs were done. It was a small dent, but the quality service I received at VMS impressed me enough to write a review.

I was in a small accident a couple weeks ago. A friend referred me to VMS so I contacted them once I got my claim number and it was smooth sailing from the beginning. They are really nice. My insurance listed several body shop for me, VMS is the only one had no critical negative reviews. They are professional and great. They not only fixed my scratch, but also painted my bumper for free. They tried to fix as much as problems without extra charge. Also, they fixed it earlier than they estimated.However, some of the spots on my door are left, but they are not covered by insurance, so I could understand it might need additional payment and they left them there.All in all, I am really satisfied with their services!

My experience at VMS shop was excellent. Sadly i backed into a wall by accident and had to get my bumper repaired. Many collision shops i got an estimate from were way overpriced and told me it would take 3-4 days to repair my car. VMS quoted me a reasonable price and repaired my car in a few hours. I was very happy with their service. My car looked amazing after it was finished! I highly recommend them if you ever need collision repair.

This is my second time using VMS.While on vacation, I turned a corner too closely and heard a horrible sound.From the moment I stepped into VMS, Koko put me at ease and explained the entire process. I went to VMS Auto body to ask about window repair to know if they knew someone who can repair wing windows they said they do that type of work, great so I left the windows this was Friday he said they would be ready on Monday. Monday when I went back they werent ready I said no problem I will be back Wednesday I did get back til Friday they didnt touch them yeah I was pissed, normal this wouldnt bother me but i had a time line which they were aware of. So will I ever recommend them, I dont think so. Terrible customer service, like your nobody, probably because it was a small profit deal to them all though price was never an issue

I unfortunately have had my share of accidents. VMS has been by far the best collision center I have had the opportunity to work with. I was a nervous wreck when i initially took my brand new vehicle to them after it endure a somewhat severe crash. The staff was amazing and able to make me feel at ease. They take my phone calls everyday and are always ready with an update on the status of my car. I highly recommend VMS.

VMS Autobody is a shop that you will return to. I have now worked with this shop 3 times in the past couple years. I was rear ended twice and had a bad door ding on the third occasion. The quality of work and customer service led me to return the second time I was rear ended and the third time.The staff is very friendly and attentive to all of your concerns /questions. What I really appreciated is the service writers preference on utilizing OEM parts along with planning the logistics for my rental car. In addition, the intake process is very efficient.The status updates on the work being done to your car via text are also a plus. All instances of working with VMS led to prompt, accurate, and earlier turn around times than expected.

Kevin, I am the wife of David and the person that selected your establishment to repair my sons vehicle. I am applauded that you would respond with lies (see Yelp review). Before we called you, we reviewed our paperwork to make sure we didnt miss a disclaimer regarding the alignment. Its no where. Now Ive had my vehicle repaired before and if there is something highly recommended that is not authorized, it is usually on the invoice and the customer has to acknowledge that they have opted against the repair. The need for an alignment and cracked frame repair are not on the paperwork because your team never checked the frame. Koko, YOUR master tech, told us when we called to explain this issue that your crew didnt check the frame because my son told them the car drove fine after the accident. If this is not gross negligence I dont know what is. My son could have died! We didnt even come demanding our money back, which we really could have. All we asked you to do is take responsibility and finish the repair that you clearly botched. The fact that you refused is a testament to how you feel about your customers and how much you stand behind your work.I have already filed complaints with the Better Busines Bureau and gathering documents to take you to small claims. To be honest Kevin its not the money because we can fix my sons car. Its the principal and your arrogance. I find it infuriating and insulting that you are so dismissive of something that could have resulted in DEATH. You would be liable for so much more than car repairs Kevin. Morally you should truly be ashamed but based on your response, morals have nothing to do with this situation.

*****PLEASE READ IT MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE***********My son was in an accident and we took his car to VMS to get repaired. We were paying out of pocket so, of course, we were looking to save money anywhere we could. VMS replaced the bumper, front driver side headlight and fender and blended the paint. How would you feel if, a month later, your son calls you to tell you he was going to school and could not steer?! Then, you have the car towed to a mechanic who informs you that the subframe of the car is cracked and completely separated from the steering column. Not wanting to think ill of VMS and realizing my son is a newer driver, I ask if anyting else may have been the cause. The mechanics response your son could have been four wheeling off the curb and it would not have caused this.... this was the result of a hard impact on one side which was exactly the accident the GREAT Koko and VMS should have fixed. Imagine my son had lost his ability to steer at 70mph on the freeway! Again, how would you feel?! Insult to injury....The GREAT Koko and his VMS team, when advised of all this, said Well everything we fixed is fine....if you would like to bring the car back in we would be happy to take another look at it....oh wait we do not do anything mechanical... WAIT WHAT?.....I took my car in for repair not a face lift! When you go to the doctor for chest pain, would you feel some kind of way about getting an inhaler and later dying of a heart attack? Ok, maybe I can understand you dont specialize in hearts but at least a heads up that something might be wrong....Otherwise, youre just a quack who doesnt know what they are doing or worse a dishonest shiester who took the money and ran. Oh, and this claim that they dont do anything mechanical...The website clearly says they do frame and unibody repair!! Then they wanted to throw my bargain hunting in my face by saying I wanted the cheapest repair possible. Do you think there is any amount of money worth my sons life? Are you kidding me? Any reasonable person would have at least let me know the car was damaged...... dont just let my son roll out with a shot subframe and a pretty headlight.....Final review.....No Matter how pretty they make it look on the outside, this place had no heart and that just might kill you!!!!!!!

My 2016 Tesla was side swiped and the left two door panels were both dented in. VMS ordered both door panels and had them replaced within a few weeks. Thanks so much for the help and hard work.
