Needed my battery checked and they did it right away. I ended up needing a new one. They sold me one better than the one I had and replaced it for free! The die hard battery was reasonably priced and I didnt have to wait, they came out right away to replace it. It took a little while to do, it was a pain getting the old one out...lol The young man that did it did a good job and was very polite!!

I needed a new battery today and they were super helpful. The manager, Dale Kirkpatrick was just awesome and helped me out immensely. Every time I have ever been to that store and needed help of any kind, they have always been very courteous and kind to me. Really impressed.

The guys that work at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are standard amongst other auto parts places.

Went in and bought windshield wipers, and they knew exactly what I needed. They even installed while it was sprinkling outside. One of the best Parts stores in Council Bluffs.

Most of the staff have been great to work with and helpful with finding products and recommending a better option for the product youre looking at buying. I have been happy to work with Advance Auto Parts for several years now. They are conveniently located in the Lake Manawa shopping area, next to Menards.

The people were awesome and help so much. However the drive to it was just a little off. Otherwise it was great!

Was not impressed with service. Bought all new wiper blades here specifically because they help you install. Didnt offer install at check out so I attempted it myself and the back wiper wouldnt come off. Went in for help and the person came out to help but proceeded to be unable to remove it either. Which was fine, apparently it may require a tool. But then he simply walked back inside and didnt bother to offer or ask after the two front wiper blades I had purchased and wether I needed help with them.

Great stock, had what I needed and the staff was very helpful. Especially when I was doing something wrong while installing what Id bought while in the parking lot. Will return.

Apparently my car has complicated windshield wipers... But Paul figured it out and got me the right ones. Installed and everything! Great!

My friends called to see if a part was available at this specific location as it was the only place that advised it was available and the POS WHITE MAN DIDNT WANT TO GO THROUGH THE INVENTORY TO GET THE ITEM WE DROVE ALLLLL THE WAY FROM WEST OMAHA TO GET ! NONE OF THE STAFF WANTED TO DO THEIR DAMN JOBS! I TAKE IT BECAUSE WE ARE BLACK AND HISPANIC WE DONT GET THE SAME TREATMENT OR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYONE ELSE RECEIVED WALKING IN AFTER US! THEN THE POS THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ! SO TO SAY THE LEAST WE FELT LIKE WE WERE RACIALLY PROFILED AND WERENT ABLE TO RECEIVE HELP ! IMO NO MATTER IF THE ITEM IS ON THE SHELF OR NOT YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR LAZY A$$ IN THE BACK AND LOOK THROUGH THE INVENTORY AND SELL THE ITEM TO THE INDIVIDUAL THATS WANTING TO BUY! BUT THATS ME !

Best staff I have met! Thank you Marlon (The store manager) for your supreme service. I was in need of a alternator. Broke down off the expressway!

Ill stop in here every once in a great while. Usually they wont have the part I need so Id have to wait for it to arrive on back order. Once I brought my battery in there to be checked and had them also check the alternator. One of the managers there told me that the battery just needed to be charged up with some driving and the alternator was fine. Later that night after wasting a quarter of a tank of gas driving on the highways I stopped at another parts store for a 2nd opinion and they told me my alternator was very close to being shot. Im happy for the help, but please provide the right information. Luckily I made it home without the electronics shutting down. Other than that mishap the store has some nice tools and everything needed for preventative maintenance.
