After not having such great service at other locations, I decided to give 1 more t-mobile store a try after reading the reviews online. What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with the staff at the Cottage Grove location. Espically the woman working was a real treat. She was knowledgeable, courteous, quick and managed the customers very well. Its very rare to find that level of compentency in, well, just about anywhere these days. Made me a new customer pretty much instantly. So, mr. tmobile suit wearing dood thats reading this review, if you had a half a brain in your dome you should not only promote this woman, you should pay for her schooling, tuition and everything you can do to keep her happy. It will be the best investment you ever make, trust. Contact me if you want.

My wife and I are new customers to Sprint, and chose to switch to them to take advantage of their deal on a free iPhone 11 for new customers. The store manager William originally told us the deal also included the iPhone 11 Pro (which I wanted and was excited to hear). Turns out it didnt. He told us in order to be eligible for said iPhone deal, we needed to upgrade and enroll in $15/month each extra insurance. I called Sprint customer service directly the day after and they told me that is NOT true. He told me if we went with Sprint, hed provide a discount on an otter-box case for us. Come to find out his discount only works if you buy $160 worth of accessories (screen protector, case, car charger, AND wireless charger). I told them from the start I wanted to transfer and still use my old number from T-mobile. Come to find out the next day that they didnt do that so Im still right now trying to take care of that myself via customer service.Recommendations:For future customers: Make the drive to the Woodbury location and save yourself a sales pitch.For store management: Get your facts straight on your offerings so you can actually provide accurate information before promising multiple deals to your customers.2 stars instead of 1 for the help of nice customer service via phone and the company as a whole still providing a good iPhone base-model deal for new customers.

I recently visited the Cottage Grove, MN store to get a new phone. My first visit attempt to be unsuccessful due to needing to order the phone size I needed. When my phone arrived, I went in to start the process. As expected, it takes a while so I went back to work. When I returned, it was not done due to the volume of information on my phone. I was in between jobs so on a time crunch. Then the surprise came, William, their new store manager delivered my phone to me at my second job which was 20 minutes away across the border. I am a single mother and needed my phone for my kids to contact me so this was a much needed item. William had dinner plans with his wife that night but he still took the time to deliver the phone to me (even though I told him he needs to take the time with his wife). He absolutely made my day and hopefully he will be at this location for a long time. He is a great asset to the company. Cameron is the one who switched my data from one phone to the next and he was very professional and felt bad it was taking so long. I have never had this kind of service before and it was greatly appreciated when I was in a bind.

Upgraded phone and sales person added protect plan without asking me. Could be honest mistake. Was removed within a few days. Kind of a hassle but mistakes happen I guess.

Everyone is friendly, patient, and helpful. Im 70 and capable in some technologies. But I dislike having to learn and re-learn, constantly, new devices and operating systems. The Cottage Grove team always treats me respectfully, as they help me adapt.I will happily refer new and existing Sprint customers to the the CG store!

I used this store for the first time due to giving up on my normal go to store, (Robert St) they were so helpful very friendly, defiantly aim to please. Also I had a personal issue come up while I was there and they helped me thru it, which was defiantly above and beyond their job description, and they did with compassion and supportive words. I will not go anywhere else after all that I would say a 10+ and I defiantly recommend them. I will not go anywhere else now. they won me over 👍💕🙏🏻

I was very impressed with the customer service I received at the Cottage Grove Sprint store location. Most of it had to do with the knowledge and expertise shown by Drew. I was hesitant to sign up for contract plan until he took the time to explain ALL of my options (pros and cons). It turns out that my contract plan is much cheaper than my non contract with more data! Drew has also been extraordinarily helpful with answering questions and explaining billing process. He is knowledgeable,friendly,patient,and direct. He is truly an expert in his field!!!!

I went to Sprint to add a phone line today. Sonny was extremely helpful and patient as he explained my plan and all the different offers I was able to utilize. He figured out what plan would be best fit for me. I ended up leaving with an added phone line but also an upgraded phone, free tablet, and some in-store credit because Sonny was awesome and told me about all my possibilities. I would definitely recommend the Sprint store in Cottage Grove. Excellent customer service experience!!

Very satisfied. Went in to get a new phone. Everything went smooth and I was surprised at how fast it actually was. My boyfriend is totally thinking of switching over to sprint now because of our great experience. I was helped by David and some girl (not sure of name)

Just had by far the worst customer experience of my life. We had an appointment scheduled to see Chris, the store manager, about adding a line to our current plan and upgrading one phone. Upon arriving at the store for our scheduled appointment, Chris was busy with a different customer. As a result, we worked with another employee and she had issues transferring the line (to no fault of her own). We then had to step aside and contact a different phone carrier to address this issue on our own. After figuring out the issue on our end, we went back to the employee and she told us that we would need to work with Chris to finalize this purchase. At the same time, the customer Chris had been helping earlier returned to the store because her new screen protector Chris just installed had visible bubbles/dust trapped. When she handed Chris the phone, he took one look, ripped the screen protector off the phone, and slammed it on the corner of the counter twice, shattering it in front of my face. Chris then told his employee to install a new screen protector, and the customer, and everyone else in the store, was clearly very uncomfortable with Chris’ actions. At this time, we no longer wanted to be doing business with Chris, so we asked him to cancel what we had started and we left the store with our needs unmet.Throughout our time there, Chris made constant disparaging remarks at the employees and also to the customers about the employees and their ability to do their jobs. These comments made everyone in the store extremely uncomfortable. No employee should undergo verbal abuse at work like that, and especially not from their supervisor or with customers around. I am hoping that Sprint takes the appropriate action to make sure that these young employees are no longer treated like this, and that customers can feel safe in their store.

Came in to Sprint to look at new Galaxy Note 5 phone and Sonny explained all the great qualities it had to us. Sonny was quite knowledgeable about his job and helpful on what we wanted not what he wanted to sell us as a sales rep. He stayed and got us set up with the new phones before he left for the night even though it was past the store hours. Not once did he make us feel like a bother to him. I will definitely refer others to him.

Ive stopped in this store several times since purchasing my contract and phone with the assistance of Drew Williams, and each time in there Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes for help. The staff are knowledgeable, curteous, and quick which is always appreciated. Id prefer to stop in when Drew is working being that he was so patient and well-versed on everything Sprint has to offer, however I know thats not realistic and as long as all employees do their jobs well then Im fine with that.

I have been a sprint customer for over 12 years I went in tonight to add lines to my account 45 minutes before the store closed. I was greeted as I walked in and asked what brought me into the store today I told the gentleman that I needed to make some changes to my account. Then a younger man sitting in the back of the store shouted across the store Im gonna be busy for the next 35 minutes and we close so I suggest you come back tomorrow. Not sure why he piped up or what his role is his name was Anthony. Did you on that agreed of me corrected him saying we close in 34 minutes and went back to doing whatever he was doing. Im pretty sure these guys work on commission and I will not be visiting the sprint store again this is the rudest Ive ever been treated . I worked in retail for a long time and it didnt matter as long as the customers there before the store closed you took care of them and did what it took to make a customer happy this is the last time Ill be visiting the store have not had good experiences in the past either .

Knowledgeable and could understand my concerns and what I was looking for in a store. They knew how to fix my problem and offered other options. They have a limited supply of options and it would be nicer to see more.

Eric was excellent. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Completed what I wanted in no time. He also told me about a reward program I could receive $50 bonus on.

Called in to confirm if they would help me transfer data and port numbers from one iPhone to the other. (Relocating to another state didnt have computer access)Spent 6 HRS. Waiting for the employees trying to figure out how to complete this task. Manager ended up leaving. The tech Savvy employee wasnt able to help. Point is It wasnt about being greeted nicely its the fact that I was told I was going to be helped and my situation would be resolved and it was NOT!STAFF: not properly trained.employees smoke cigarette right in front of store.Management: Made no effort in making it less stressful or to resolve it.Very un pleased with my visit at the Cottage groove location of Sprint franchise.

Honestly this is the best sprint store Ive ever been too! David helped me get a new iphone and he was so helpful made sure all my info was backed up and transfered properly! Gave me undecided attention the whole time and this sprint has always had amazing customer service!!

I was heading to Woodbury, but decided to check the Sprint store rating which was 1.5. Ok, check the Cottage Grove store which was 4.5. CG it was. I was not disappointed and rated my experience as a 5. Both the guys in the store were friend, extremely knowledgeable, and I was out the door in 30 minute. While I can’t guarantee that you won’t have a customer ahead of you when you arrive, if you have the same guys (or either one) as I did, you should be just as pleased.

A huge shout out to Sonny! You made my experience today a good one! I found myself in a jam with a phone that gave up on me and with my career dependant upon my device, I was in panic mode but Sonny made me feel assured that all will be well. I was unable to get help with any of the items I needed assistance with. I tried to return a “magic box” that I didn’t order and was told they can’t accept it. I wanted to cancel a line and was told I needed to call customer service to do that. I also wanted to drop a feature from our plan and again was told I needed to call customer service... apparently, they can only sell you phones. They referred me to the ‘corporate store’ in Woodbury.

I went to this Sprint store with preconceived notions that I hate going to Sprint stores (due to prior horrible experiences at other stores) but my screen had shattered and I had no choice. Also dreading the fact that I had to bring my 2 year old with me, I was hoping it would be a quick trip. I dont know if I just got lucky or what but my trip couldnt have been better. Sonny Constable was a wonderful representative, greeting me immediately and very helpful. He had my new phone up and running in an hour with all my info transfered from my old phone. And to my surprise my son was also entertained by a stash of toys someone had stowed away in a corner, because they are awesome! The other two staff members were equally as nice and I will definitely be returning to this store in the future!

I hate dealing with Sprint sales people in general. They always make it seem like the process will be easy, but it is NEVER as easy as they make it to be. They dont care about you; they only want your money. I called this store a few times today and was hung up on twice during those calls. They promised that the phone I ordered would come in today by 3pm. It did not show. They dont seem to care about your situation - maybe because they are overloaded with work. Theyre buried in the lies they throw at people in order for them to make a sale that they can careless about people.

My parents and I got new phones last night from the Sprint store in Cottage Grove we were highly pleased with the customer service and the help that we got from Manager Kole Pack. I went to the Sprint store in Cottage Grove Mn Sonny was great. He was very knowledgeable about the products and had a very positive attitude. The true meaning of great customer service.

Stores staff was extremely unhelpful. I was only customer in store and no one helped me because all the staffers were on their phones goofing around. When I finally was able to get the managers attention, though he looked pissed that I interrupted him, he said he couldnt help me with my problem and I would instead have to call customer service to get resolution. It took me 4 calls to get an agent that spoke english well enough for me to understand him. A month after that call my problem still isnt fully resolved. This carrier sucks!

Sonny went above and beyond in helping us with all of our needs. He made it seem like a completely non pressure situation. Explained every option available with no pressure to buy.

We switched from Verizon to sprint to save some money and so far everything is amazing the free hulu is a plus and my new phone s9 from a s8 has everything from my old phone. The employees are fun and helpful and seem like they actually care about the people they help.

I came in to the store this evening to add more data to my plan because I have been getting overage without realizing it. Tyler Turner greeted me as I walked in. I explained my situation and he took the time to help me out with this current month services and billing. Then, he asked about my old discount and I said they dont have one at my current job. He asked where I worked so he can check any way. Well he found out I am entitled to a discount. So he has gone above and beyond of what I expected as a representative of Sprint. I was incredibly impressed with Kole, the store manager, and all of the employees that were there on Saturday afternoon, March 17th, 2018. When I stopped by the store, with a seemingly challenging situation, Kole assured me he could take care of it and he did! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set before I left. And while I was there, the rest of the staff were super sweet to my kids and helped me keep them entertained. This experience made me glad I have an account with Sprint!
