I had scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation email shortly afterwards telling me that CG at&t location knows that I’ll be coming in at 10am. No one came in for their shift to open up the store at 10am, extremely irritating having to wait outside and be on the phone with a representative who tells you they cannot help you. Don’t come to this location, they clearly don’t understand the company’s hours of operation and have no regard for their customers.

The store rep seemed annoyed and handed me my phone and asked me to set it up myself. He was very unprofessional and unengaging. I will not go back to that store again. The store was a mess, most displays were missing. I will be going to see the AT&T reps at the Target stores from now on as they are always friendly.

Chip in cottage grove was really helpful changing my plan

I had a fairly complicated company to personal cellphone account transfer situation when I decided to go into the ATT store here in Cottage Grove. Leo helped me understand the whole process, he sat on the phone with multiple (yes multiple) people from my old company it department, the mobile device management company, as well as ATT business. This was a three day process and he helped me navigate and understand all the pieces even though I was not porting to another ATT account. its very rare that you can find someone that will help and care when you are moving to another provider and he WAS AMAZING! I would recommend anyone using ATT or thinking of it to go speak to Leo. he is an absolute rockstar!

Last week I purchased a phone from this location, not realizing it is just a retail location and not able to handle the complete transfer of applications from your old phone to your new phone, after seeing nothing was transfered to my new phone. I called and spoke to the sales person and was told you have to do that yourself!! At that time I called the Woodbury ATT and was told to come right over, as they do transfer everything to your new phone! They met me at the door, transferred everything very quickly and pleasantly.

Very helpful in getting a new phone for my dad.

My name was spelled wrong even though I corrected it at the store when I signed up and it’s been a nightmare to fix. My bill is twice what I was quoted. I’ve never had worse customer service.

Staff was unknowledgeable and unable to help me. Instead they made my problem worse and increased my bill. They care more about their up sale than customer satisfaction.

Last time we were in, observed sales individuals not able to resolve customer issues. We wanted to upgrade phones. Decided to leave. Today, tried to go in at 10:07am. Store was not open yet. January 4 2020. Returned back to the store after West St Paul jacked everything up and restored my faith. Thank you.

Staff is nice and friendly. Very informative and helpful. Usually are able to answer all your questions. If youre looking for something theyll check first to see if they have it before giving you an answer and alternative options.

I was in the store 2 weeks ago with my wife, she wanted a new Galaxy 10, after looking at the phones the CSR helped us get ready to buy the phone. They ran my wifes credit card 3 times, but they said nothing happened. They tried mine one time....nothing. After getting home we checked with our card companies and we where charged all 4 times. I went back to the store and it was like deer in headlights. Giving us the runaround and no solutions. Still today my wife has her old phone, no calls or anything come at&t. Thinking about going to T-mobile or Verizon. If I could give a negative star I would, very poor service.

I went into the Cottage Grove AT&T location over the weekend to inquire about adding a line of service. I was instantly greeted in a warm fashion by the manager of the location. He went above in beyond to look into ways to save me money. I was able to get a new device to little to nothing and save money on my services. If you want superior service I’d say pay a visit to this location.

Had an awesome trip to the Cottage Grove AT&T Store before Christmas this year, I was instantly greeted by a young gentleman I believe was the manager of the location, of course I was a last minute shopper but I never felt so welcomed and right at home in any location. I was able to upgrade my kids phone as a surprise present and he even took the time to save me money on all my bills with AT&T. I appreciate the help.Craig

I recently bought a phone from this store and just want to say how incredibly happy I am with the professionalism and knowledge of the two gentlemen, that helped me. VERN and Josh are the people to go to. Customer service is welcoming and friendly. They gave me a best deal and I didnt feel like there was any pressure on their end to upsell any extra products!

This store is nicely clean and organized, plus the service is exceptional . I haven’t upgraded in forever and they went over all the options with me in getting a new phone and took there time. Some locations are very pushy and aggressive but not the guys here. I will definitely be doing business in my future here.

Was in over the weekend switching lines from another carrier and was helped by the manager Mark. He went above and beyond any customer service in a phone store I’ve ever been apart of. Was able to save well over what I was paying with our previous provider. This man deserves a raise!

The AT&T Store in Cottage Grove Minnesota is hands down the best store to visit. The staff is tenured, knowledgeable, honest, and quick at what they do. Ive been here many times and will never visit another store.

Love visiting this location for every need of mine. Rather it comes to AT&T or DirecTV they have helped me with it all. I have never been disappointed at the Cottage Grove Store.

Knowledgeable staff with the patience of saints... It took me 3 visits to finally get my service up and running (only because of my own personal credit hang ups in the past). Once we jumped through all the hoops of getting my credit run & deposit paid, they were able to link my existing DIRECTV account for a promo credit as well as bring my existing cell phone number to my new service. They know my face everytime I walk in and always go the extra mile to make sure you leave with what you want and/or need.

We werent acknowledged when we walked in and waited 15+ minutes before being asked if we had been helped. Once they started helping us they were very nice, but did not end up having the phone we wanted in stock.
