Excellent customer service at this establishment and great service team. I’m a relatively new customer as I purchased my first KTM last October from a private party. I needed a host of new parts due to my size (taller seat, higher spring rate spring, new air filter, oil, etc) and these guys gave me a discount and free shipping. I was also pleasantly surprised when one of the other employees knew which goggles were built to fit over prescription eyeglasses even though they’re not marketed as such on the internet. I got a sweet pair of Oakley’s now with iridium lenses that fit!I recently came by and asked the mechanic about a oil drain bolt that was too tight from the previous owner and he told me to bring the bike by for a look. He was able to break it loose and gave me a new bolt kit. Chris in the Service team also helped me adjust my clutch on the fly as I couldn’t figure if it was adjustable. It was and it’s a lot better.This is my go-to shop now. Thanks!

My friends and I have bought several bikes here over the years and they continue to be just fantastic to deal with. I moved to Washington a while ago and was unable to secure an 890 locally. One phone call to Ed and I had a bike reserved with a small deposit. Then, close to delivery, a local bike became available thru a failed sale and I was next on the list. I felt bad about bailing on 3 bros so I called Ed to see how uncool it would be to bail on their bike. While he was obviously disappointed, he was exceedingly cool and accommodating about it. I fully expected to forfeit my deposit but he even let that go. I cant recommend these folks enough for the customer service today and over the years.

Its an OK shop, primarily offroading as their name suggests. Its a little on the small side, and staff is not overly friendly or entirely helpful. Their website is decent and gives you an idea of what they have, but unless you know exactly what you need Id advise going elsewhere.

I bought a motorcycle from Eduardo and had a great experience both with that as well as parts when outfitting it. I put a deposit down on another motorcycle two years later but had to back out; no problem at all. Sometimes I just stop by to see whats new.

I didnt need to buy a bike or service with them on a repeated basis in order to gain their respect or earn a higher level of service like Ive had to at other businesses in the past. 3 Brothers has very friendly staff members and excellent customer service. They will work with you on making a deal on a bike. I had some hitch issues that did not allow me to transport my bike home, but a staff member used their personal truck to drop it off at my friends house in the area. This allowed me to still go home with the bike that weekend. They will stay late if you need them to and do anything youd expect a proficient/professional business to perform. If youre not in the market for a bike, check out the store anyways, they have a cool shop with a lot of motocross equipment to browse. If I decide to buy another bike, it will be from 3 brothers.

I called this shop at 8am when they opened. I needed to get my brand new KTM 500 serviced, and I live 6 1/2 hours away. They told me to bring my bike in, and so I did. 10 minutes after being here, they already had my bike on the rack. I cant speak highly enough about Jose, and Gustavo. Extremely helpful, and they DO NOT rush you at all. If youre in the area and need a KTM serviced, I highly recommend you bring it to 3 brothers racing here in Costa mesa.

Went in for a cracked headlight repair and maintenance. They ended up selling me on an extra tire too. The problems started when, 2 weeks into the repair, they called me and informed me that they had forgotten to include the headlight part in the repair order and that they hadnt ordered it. A week and a half after that Im told its ready to be picked up. After picking it up and driving it home, I notice my foot is covered in coolant. My fairing is covered in coolant. The ground has a pool of coolant. Its leaking a lot of coolant. No idea how they could have possibly missed this. Was disappointed but accepting in the month-long repair time, was wholly disappointed when it wasnt actually repaired.Update: They called me back and we are working to see what the problem is. Their service manager is a good guy.Update 2: They handled it and delivered it back the next day.

Vika is very helpful in parts and knowledgeable and cares which is not always a given at parts houses.

Always treated great and they seem to always have what I need if not they can have it in a day or two.

The shop is small, but dont let that dissuade you: you wont get lost like in a mega-store. They value their customers and have consistent low prices. They have a service shop and can work on any motorcycle, but they specialize in KTM/Husqvarna. I have to travel an hour and a half to get there and pass many motorcycle shops, but the consistently fair prices, great customer service and expert knowledge in my KTM 690R keeps bringing me back! Update 5/24/18:. Took the 690r to the shop to fix rear brake light because it took too much brake pressure to come on along with a couple of other small issues...they called me to pick the bike up two weeks later and they fixed the small problems, but didnt touch the brake issue...told me if I wanted it fixed I would have to leave it again...I ended up taking the bike home with the original brake light safety problem...

Great experience with these guys, bought a bike from them - handled mostly over the phone and via email. Price never changed, they were consistent, responsive, helpful and straightforward, plus selection on KTMs was phenomenal. Id definitely go back for my next KTM.

We were trailering enroute from Seattle to Baja for a 9 day ride andnoticed my 500exc leaking oil from the front shock. On a Friday afternoon, Gustavo got us in right away and did a front shock rebuild and the price was completely fair. Could not be happier! Would recommend 3 Brothers to anyone!

This year I have bought 2 KTM 350 EXC-F motorcycles at 3bros and could not be happier. I first bought one for my son and after riding his I had to buy one for myself. This bike is like the Mercedes of motorcycles. I went to a couple of different shops comparing prices one in Torrance area, one in Long Beach then 3bros.The reason I bought my KTMs at 3bros was they offered the lowest price out the door and the owner delivered the bikes to my house since I did not have a truck at the time. The owners are very cool and helped me out a lot. So far I am very happy with the bikes and would recommend 3bros and the KTM 350 EXC-F to anyone looking for the best street legal dirt bike. This KTM weighs the same as any non street legal motorcycle and handles like a pro bike. If you want to ride all year anywhere you want that allows street legal vehicles then this is the bike for you.
