“You were probably scammed,” a nightmare realized and the last thing I wanted to hear the Ducati technician tell me when I brought my bike in 200 miles after buying it from OC Motorcycle; a sentiment that has been echoed by another three mechanics since. I didn’t believe them at first; I figured, hey, this dealer has good reviews, and seemed honorable… surely they wouldn’t do that, right? I was regretfully naïve.OC Motorcycle sold me a bike for $10,500 that they promised was in sound mechanical and electrical condition. I couldn’t see the bike in person, so I trusted them. 200 miles later, it spun a rod bearing and left me on the side of the road; the repair bill was $9,000. Jim Williams, and his dealership, has done nothing to rectify the situation, and I have been trying to fix it ever since, over half a year later. When I received it, it made a subtle, but deep rapping sound, the rear brake needed to be bled and needed new brake fluid, the clutch master cylinder was leaking, the ABS light was on, the clutch hub had chipped, the timing belts were well beyond their service interval, the bike needed to be re-painted, the spark plugs were fouled, and there were countless loose and stripped bolts. It was far from their description, but I thought it couldn’t get worse…That is, until after 200 miles of gentle riding and parking lot practice, when the bike broke down, accompanied by loud clanking and smoke, leaving me on the side of the road for hours until I could get towed. Upon investigation, it turned out the bike was filled with a heavy, gear-like oil, undoubtedly to obscure the deep rapping noise – what I learned to be rod knock. The oil was filled with copper shavings, which I learned to be bearing material. I brought it to the manufacturer, and they found that it experienced catastrophic connecting rod bearing failure. The connecting rod had stretched, crushing the connecting rod bearing and squeezing it out the sides of the big end bore. The entire crankshaft and connecting rod assembly needed to be replaced, warranting disassembly of the entire bike, which used the engine as the frame, and cost thousands in Ducati-proprietary tools to perform. The previous owner knew it was coming by the sound I heard when I first picked it up, and that’s why he got rid of it... him, the auction house, or perhaps OC Motorcycle themselves had filled it with a heavy weight oil to try to pass it off as still in good condition, and I was the one who ultimately became the victim.OC Motorcycle told me they were going to come up with a plan to make things right… and promptly ghosted me. When sent a letter by the Attorney General, the owner Jim Wiliams responded that it was sold as is, graciously ignoring the warranty of implied merchantability or simply being a reasonable, honorable dealership that stands behind the things they sell. They insisted the service plan would’ve fixed it, even though the service plan explicitly does not cover pre-existing issues. Because I had recorded proof that it was making a rapping noise when I first picked it up, it wasn’t their problem.I offered OC Motorcycle countless options to make things right. I was willing to accept a used engine, refunding the difference I paid and a similar bike with a non-working engine, or paying for at least some part of repairing the bike; hell, I would’ve even accepted the bare minimum of simply providing the parts, even used, needed to repair it – an option that would have cost them, at most, $2000.They opted to do none of these things, instead ignoring me and leaving me with a garage full of pieces of a motorcycle.Riding was my therapy, my passion, and my dream. Should the world turn against me and those closest to me gone, I could always count on the freedom of mind and spirit that is synonymous with two wheels… and OC Motorcycle took that away from me. Please learn from my mistake, which has cost me thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours of my time, and more sweat, blood, and tears than it could have ever been worth.
The staff is awesome. I traveled from central CA to their shop and met some wonderful people. Me and my wife purchased a new Vespa and not one time pressured into purchasing anything else. Then we had to bring the Vespa home. The staff at the mechanic shop helped us load and strap our new Vespa. They took the extra time to get it strapped securely for our long drive back. I would recommend purchasing your next bike there. Again to all the staff, thank you very much.
Do yourself a favor and buy your next Motorcycle from OC Motorcycles. I went in to the dealership on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend, at 12:30 and left the dealership at 2:00 with my new 2021 Triumph Street Triple RS. They made the buying process extremely simple and everyone was extremely fair and accommodating. Eric, Casey, and Jim, it was really nice meeting you guys!
Best motorcycle dealer and motorcycle rental in Orange County! My girlfriend and I rented their 2020 Tiger 1200 xcx & 2020 Tiger 900 for a 5 day motorcycle trip out to Arizona and couldnt have had a better experience! When we picked up our bikes, the check in was prompt and the employee showed us how to adjust riding modes, windscreen height, settings etc and thoroughly walked us through each bike. The bikes were also topped off with gas and ready to go which was convenient. For how affordable the pricing is and ease of process getting the bikes, we will definitely be coming back to rent these bikes again!Huge thanks to Jim and the entire OC Motorcycle team!
I never thought buying motorcycles can be easy. Most dealers should check OC motorcycles staff/employees how to treat customers. I inquired almost 10 bike dealers with much cheaper prices. But I guess the biggest factor was how they respond to you. Im still surprised with my buying experience with CURT, KENNA, BRIAN. They do deserve more than 5 stars with their excellent customer service! I highly recommend to go to this dealer and you wont get disappointed!! Thank you to the owner hiring CURT, KENNA, BRIAN. Goodluck!!
Super friendly and responsive. They always got back to me promptly and helped me with all questions and concerns. I checked out another dealership that was not friendly or helpful. I ended up calling OC Motorcycle from the other places parking lot and made arrangements to buy from OC Motorcycle even though they are further away. The buying process was easy and hassle free. They will be dealership for all future purchases.
I can’t say enough great things about OC. I dealt with Wedrick with regard of purchasing a new Piaggio. He was excellent with follow up. The owner Jim took a keen interest making sure that I was comfortable and happy with the experience as well. They made me feel like a member of the OC family. I found my go to place for bike needs in So Cal!
Jims dealership was the 3rd one we visited a few weeks ago and what a stark difference it was for both my wife and I. Jim and his team were so pleasant and not the hard-sell types so it was great to just take our time and look at their immense inventory. We ended up going back (on New Years Eve) and worked out an incredible deal with Jim on 2 of his Moto Guzzis. Even after the sale, my wifes Racer had to be dropped off at our house and Jim was kind enough to not charge since they were waiting for a missing part. So if any of you are looking for a great dealership with honesty and integrity, definitely go visit Jims OC Motorcycle!
I didnt buy my bike here but this is where I get all my service done. The staff is very friendly and service does a great job on my street triple. Ive also rented a couple bikes here, the process was easy and straight forward. Bikes were in great condition and ran as expected.
A mentor once told me Everything in life is about relationships,..and the degree of your success in life and business will be measured by themI would like to thank Curt for helping me from start to finish not only with the purchase ( not a sale ) He answered all my questions as a first time buyer and informed me on all the things I needed to think about,,,Never rushing me. He wanted me to be safe and informed. Gab was great in the accessory department...He took time to show me how to put on the disc break and ordered a helmet and had it there by when I needed it...He showed me how to install the alternative shield on my helmet. Jim was friendly as he walked me through the paperwork with a smile. Casey was also a great wingman...answering the phone with a warm greeting and even offered me a possible alternative in the beginning. Last but not least....Brian delivered my bike and actually exceeded expectations by getting it to me earlier and updated me every step of the way. He was friendly even gave me tips and showed me how to open the seat if the battery were to die. This was a great team effort and I wanted to be sure that it didnt go unnoticed. I know I wont forget it and look forward to my next visit.Thank you friends at OC Motorcycle!Carlton
If you’re going to buy a motorcycle from them, make sure you pick it up in-person, and don’t trust them with shipping.I bought a motorcycle from them in the beginning of March with delivery costs included in my offer. Shipping was confirmed on 3/09 with a delivery date of 4/04. It is 4/22 and I still haven’t received my motorcycle. After multiple attempts to fix the issue with the shipper (I was unable, as the shipper views OC as the customer since they “paid” them, an issue I explained to OC staff on several occasions), I contacted OC for assistance in resolving the matter. Their initial response was “well it’s on the shipper, we have no control over them”, but they told me they’d call me back with more information. They never called back. I contacted them again, this time requesting a refund of my shipping costs. The sales rep (who sold me the bike) told me that would be difficult because “the owner is cheap”, but he’d ask and get back to me. That was nearly a week ago, and they still haven’t called back. Not once after the bike was shipped on 3/09 have they ever reached out to me to ensure the bike was delivered in a satisfactory condition. Not once did they reach out to the shipper to make sure it was delivered. They got my money, put the bike on a truck, and never concerned themselves with it or me again.
I had a great experience buying my first ever Vespa with OC motorcycle. They made it easy and had excellent customer service! Ask for Wedrick!
This was my first time buying a brand new Vespa and I will say I was lucky and thankful to the sales representative name Wedrick and Kenna at OC motorcycle they were so accommodating and hospitable to there costumers the two was so professional on there job. Keep up the good work guys, I was recommended by a happy costumer of yours and Im sure to recommend your dealership to my fellow riders too.
Bought an MV Agusta somewhere else. Eventually started going to OC Motorcycle to get it serviced. They understand MV Agusta. As a direct result, I bought a new MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso SCS from OC. It was very pleasant experience. Im quite confident the service department can keep this complicated work of art running flawlessly.
Im a new rider and the guys in there really took their time to help me look for a new helmet. They had me try on quite a few different types. Probably like 7 or 8 helmets total. Some people probably wouldnt have wanted to waste their time on some new rider who doesnt know anything but they took their time to educate and help out.. very welcoming and nice people at oc motorcycle.
Showroom and sales people are nice. I havent gone to the service or rental departments, but its awesome that they have a rental department. Parts department has been hit and miss for me - Ive had trouble getting them on the phone as well as hearing from them when a part has arrived.
Thanks Wedrick. You assistant are really helpful
Great shop! A ton of amazing bikes and staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
They let us test drive the triumph bonneville. Very helpful staff. Great area to ride around in.
Lots of help and good advice getting back in the saddle after a long absence. Made my day rental trip so much better. Thanks!
Shop is great! Had my bike back in a timely fashion, and she is running really good! Bill is the man!
Just done a 4,850 miles trip to Canadian boarder and back to Orange County, found out the coolant type liquid put into the radiator tank is mixed so went to this place for a coolant flush...Anyway, long story short, the service manager Andrew called and tried to solve the issue, I feel his sincerity, which I appreciate and this is very important to a customer like me that will do most of the service jobs at the dealer.Ill give them full star review and continue to use their service.
Friendly staff, quality bikes, easiest rental process, no hidden costs. Jim, Andrew, and everyone else answered all my questions and helped me out when I wanted book an extra day while I was out on the road. I took out their basically new Ducati Scrambler and will be back for another one soon. Thanks guys!
If you own a triumph, this is the only place you should be going. If they don’t have something, they’ll get it to you super quick.Outstanding parts service.Service department is timely, and thorough.Never have any issues with anyone here, will continue to come back. Thanks guys!
Edit: Within an hour of posting this the new service manager contacted me. He was surprised at the situation and offered to have the bike looked at to see what could be done. He compared the work orders to the bike and could see that things were not matching up. He took his time and really worked to make the issue right. Their efforts very much restored my original impression of the shop. 4 star for the problem not being fixed the first several times I brought the bike in but making great effort a year later and only charging for parts.I felt that Jim was a stand up guy and it was a great experience until I had to deal with service.Clutch pedal dropped and I scheduled a look. Ended up laying my bike down the day before the appointment. Bought from them so I called them to do the repairs.I pulled the bike out of the sand and rode it the last few miles to my destination. It looked and felt like I would get away with cosmetic repairs. I was told it was a total loss. Told they stripped the bike to the frame and sent the frame to harley. Later told that harley does not straighten frames. After 3 months I finally got it back and immediately I noted that the engine was still covered in sand. The clutch dropped again days later. Took it back and was told the sprocket had shattered.Have had it looked at by 2 people since then and neither believe parts were replaced. And the clutch is still broken and leaking oil.
Be super careful with your paperwork with @ocmotorcycle. They screwed up my bikes DMV registration and even though I finally sold the bike Im still getting registration bills from the DMV with the wrong VIN number on it. I have no way to correct this and @ocmotorcycle has not corrected it with the DMV. After several requests over several months. ... I also asked Jim to provide proof that the registration error was fixed and he has not provided any evidence that he did.
Couldn’t be a nicer/easier group of people to work with. I received help from all ends of the dealership from the owner Jim, Makenna in sales, Gabe the parts master, and the whole service department - all of them actually care to help In every situation which is such a breath of fresh air. For sure buy from this Dealership!
I wasnt able to make a purchase at this time I wanted to share my experience. Jim was great to work with . nice guy and very quick to respond to my queries. When the right bike is available and Im ready to purchase. I hope my purchase will be with OC
This place is the greatest, very EZ going staff. This is the third time I have done business with these guys. They are very helpful thru the whole Motorbike rental process...
Great service great people !!
Five stars for Oryan (Hope I spelled that right), and for Gabriel..We’re out here riding in the desert,Needed some info on our Tigers and as usual those guys are so eager to help and so knowledgeable!..Thanks again you guys are awesome as usual!
Awesome dealership. Gorgeous bikes and lots of them! Great prices! The owner Jim has worked with us for 9 months. We asked a million questions, rented bikes, and just hung around dreaming about the day wed have one. Well thats TODAY. We literally just picked up our bikes. My husband got a Bonneville and I got a Street Twin. Theyre amazing. Everyone: Andrew, Sam, Nate, Massimo, and especially Jim, the owner, made us feel confident we were in the right place. Were new riders and we were unsure about our first choice but they guided us to bikes that are perfect for us. We absolutely LOVE these guys. Go here.
Great rental experience: 2 days riding moto nirvana. Flew into SNA and after a 5 minute cab ride I arrived at OC Motorcycle. The bike was in excellent condition, well maintained and ready for me when I arrived. Shop & office was clean and the crew at OCM was quick to suggest some favorite routes. Another big plus was that they held onto my suitcase...almost too easy. Thanks again and Ill be back.
Took my bike in for its first service and these guys were great. Super friendly and explained the process. Great price and they did an awesome job! Even washed it for me. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
Daniel and Drew were awesome! Daniel fit my bike in to make sure all was well during a long haul trip. Drew keeps the apparel section well stocked so that I could snag a killer Rev’it summer jacket just in time for my desert rides. I’m in awe that they not only had multiple options for women’s gear, but also a size 34!Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Really nice chatting with y’all!
I rented the R1200RT for the weekend in August 2016 to see some sights while my wife was at a conference in Newport Beach. The website was very helpful and included the full conditions, rights, and responsibilities for review before making the reservation. The reservation was easy to make with an immediate confirmation. Pickup took just a few minutes and included a review of the controls and features of the bike and included a road construction update on part of my planned route. The bike was clean with only the most minor usage wear in a few places and performed as expected. I made it across the mountains 4 times on some great roads while touring the coast and three Spanish Missions for breaks. An added bonus with the BMW was with traffic. On a section of the I-5 I was going the speed limit and I was not being passed, odd for California. I noticed that there was a wall of cars a distance behind me. This went on for several miles until they finally started going by. I later saw a police bike and realized the rental was almost identical, BONUS. Check-in was quick and easy with the whole weekend a big success. Thanks Jim and OC Motorcycle.
Rented a Harley Ultra Low for two days. I’ve been riding for decades and have never ridden a big Harley - it was awesome! Service was great and the bike was perfect. Easy rental process - informative, smooth and fast. Once in the door, was on my way in under 15 minutes. The bike rode and performed like new. Renting a BMW the next time around for a longer trip.
My husband and I went in to rent motorcycles and was greeted by the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff. They really made us feel welcomed and comfortable with our desicions. My husband ended up buying a bike from there and the transaction was effortless and efficient. Recommend this for anyone whos looking for a pleasant experience.
There are two dealers who sell the bike that I wanted and I bought it from OC Motorcycle. Many thanks to Kenna and Jim!
Jim is a crook.. stay away from this dealership. He will steal your deposit and change the interest rate with no warning. He has no regard for human decency.
OC Motorcycle is an outstanding place to rent, buy or service your motorcycle. Jim is very personable and professional great customer service.
Great place if youre looking for real bikes that do not look like appliance. Moto Guzzi, Triumph, MV Augusta... Great customer service. Mandelo del Orangeo at its best.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great showroom
I went there to buy a new Triumph & they wouldnt even talk to me about it. I told them I was a cash buyer but no response from my phone calls either. Its because of A D M Additional Dealer Mark-up, where they add $2300+ to the advertised price for freight & dealer prep. Just another way to screw the customer out of theyre hard earned bucks. Let them all keep their bikes & go broke, maybe then theyll threat the customer with respect.
They had my bike for over a month and a half on a battery charging issue. Got bike back and it ran for 1 day. I reached out to get it looked at again and no response. Im easy to work with. I was not treated like I mattered to them at all.
The wife and rented couple motorcycles. It was a quick and easy process. Super friendly and helpful staff. Also a great looking motorcycles in the showroom!! Thanks guys!!
I am driving a Honda CB650f at home and I wanted to try something different during my stay in California with my wife. I googled for a place to rent motorcycles and found OC Motorcycle Rentals. I had only one day available and no time to book. I decided to go there and try to have a motorcycle directly for a few hours... Sincerely, I thought that there was no chance that it could work. But they did it! There was a lot of choice. Plenty of types and makes available. Prices were fair. I finally chose a Harley-Davidson road king. The bike was very clean with almost no default. My wife and I had a great time on this motorcycle. We highly recommend OC Motorcycle for their very professional attitude and their great motorcycles!
If you are looking to buy a used bike this is the place to go to. Jim you are the best.. Oh yeah your staff is way good. You have done nothing but taken care of me and my bike… You guys are the best… Oh yeah if you are looking to rent, Nothing but the best… Good quality bar none.-Stormin’ Norman
Jim (the owner) is very helpful with anything you need. All the guys there are very friendly and helpful with anything I have ever asked of them. They know everything about every bike the rent (huge selection of rental motorcycles) and about the bikes they sell as well. I like supporting local business and they are probably the best local motorcycle shop in orange county. Thanks guys, youre the best!
Test rode a rad triumph today, great showroom and helpful staff
Stellar service from first visit to sale to service. First impressions are important. Rey was my first interaction with the business and he was friendly and knowledgeable. The sales approach is education not hard sell which makes a huge difference. They want to get you on the right bike not just stick you with whatever they can sell you like other dealers.Dont think twice, head over there to gain some knowledge and personal attention with a staff willing to spend as much time with you as needed.
They set me up with a rental and it was a great experience. Ethan was really helpful and made the process smooth and simple. I reccomend checking them out.
I rented a BMW R1200RT for a weekend cruise with my wife. Jim was great in getting us set up, and the bikes condition was wonderful. It was a low stress transaction, and we had a lot of fun. Ill definitely be coming back when I need to rent again.
This place stands out to me for not being a very large location they do have a great variety of import cycles and some great American ones as well, I rented a Harley to travel a good distance and the check out and check in process was very EZ going, Ray got me going & once again the process went very smoothly. Even on the phone Maximo was very polite and informative. Thank you guys next month will be back to rent an Indian Full dressed for My B -Day. Thank you again guys. Marco A
Arrived on a Sunday afternoon 5 minutes before closing time and Josh was fantastic. We delayed his closing time by about 30 minutes as he explained the bikes and routes. Fantastic service Josh. Thanks. Loved the ride to Cooks Corner and Hells kitchen. Look forward to my next trip to LA. Will definitely rent again.
Cool layout, great bikes, Beyond awesome staff!
Easy rental process. Booked online an hour before picking up bike on a sunny Saturday. Has new well maintained bikes. Very comfortable. Easy check out and check in process! Support a small business!
What an amazing ride. I picked up the bike in Costa Mesa on 20 Oct and I rode up to Big Bear lake and came back via Route 38. Thanks Jim, it was great advice and the Dyna Switchback was perfect for me. I cant wait for my next ride.
Had to find a bike for my California M1 Skills Test. Eagle Rider had a clean / newer CBR250 that was perfect. I am lucky to have found these guys. Renting a Street Glide on the 21st of November and taking my girlfriend up the coast of California. Cant wait. These guys were super cool and super helpful! Easy to deal with.Ed Conner
Made a last minute decision to rent a bike and was amazed at how easy they made the process. I was on the road in minutes. Best service and they had a great selection of bike. You cant go wrong with these guys. Will definitely be back.
Great customer service and super fast rental process. Bryan was very helpful in getting me the bike I wanted and prepping it for pick up. There was a problem with what I was charged but these guys took care of the problem within a few days. I was running a few minutes late for the drop off but Jim was kind enough to wait a few extra minutes. I highly recommend this place!
Decent prices and a decent selection of bikes to ride. If youre visiting Cali, definitely do this. Itll possibly be one of your highlights.
Great website showing available bikes for rent. Called the shop to ask a few questions and they were very helpful. Rented a Harley Sportster for a day and really enjoyed it. Everything was great. I had one issue, which was minor but hopefully another first time renter can save some time by hearing about it here: I filled the tank up right before returning the bike but they told me it wasnt full enough because of the pump nozzles in California and how they turn off automatically when the fumes hit the cover. They told me I needed to take it back to the gas station and pull the nozzle back on the pump in order to get the tank filled all the way. So I had to leave and find another gas station and spend the time taking care of that. It wouldve been nice to have them go over that when I checked the bike out and it wouldve saved me some time. Not a big deal and I still think they deserve 5 stars because everything else was great and the staff was very friendly. If I rent again, itll be from these guys.
Great rental experience... great bikes, great guys, very easy.
AMaZING customer service! 3 staff members and the owner- our experience was top notch! Well be back in a week to purchase the second Triumph!! Thank you Gentlemen!
Jim and Maximo both were funny, kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire rental process. The rental process was quick and easy and Jim went over the motorcycles with us smoothly and we were well on our way. The Harley-Davidson Heritage Soft Tail and Fat Boy were clean and waiting for us outside ready to go. You can tell that Jim is a true motorcycle enthusiast because even after the rental was finished he was excited to answer questions about the other bikes he had in the show room and patient enough to let my fiancé sit on a few of the bikes.Couldn’t have asked for more, definitely coming back next year to rent again!
Everyone there was working together. It was nice to see the customer service.
Great experience. Very helpful staff. Rented a Harley Fat Boy, silver and matte black color scheme. I hadnt seen this combination of colors before, very cool look!Bike was newer and in excellent condition. Rented from Newport Beach/Costa Mesa location. Rode on Ortega Highway to Lake Elsinore, then to Dana Point (PCH) to Newport Beach.Overall, fantastic experience. I will rent from EagleRider again.
Ethan really took care of me!! The bike was awesome and the service is better than it had to be!!! Thanks again OCMotorcycle!
Great service and knowledgeable staff. Quick and easy website when making rental arrangements. Will definitely rent motorcycles again.
One day rental. Three bikes. Took the suggested route to Hells Kitchen. Fantastic ride.Great staff and good quality bikes. Will do it again. Note to self, take sunscreen!
A HUGE thank you to Jim (the owner) and Sean (star mechanic) for properly taking care my Triumph Thunderbird. Its running and performing perfectly! If you want to be taken care of and know your pride and joy is in good hands, this is the place. Honestly the entire team at OC Motorcycle are top notch. A BIG shout out to Andrew, Rey, and Massimo. Cheers! Gunnar
A huge thanks to OC Motorcycles who made our amazing summer trip possible. Me and my boyfriend traveled a total of 12,000miles with a R1100GS BMW and a Suzuki V-strom 1000 all the way from Costa Mesa to Alaska and back to Costa Mesa. OC Motorcycles gave us quality service with decent prices. I highly recommend this place.
Had a great ride and rental experience was easy and fast, especially coming from out of state. Good choice of bikes beyond the normal HDs found everywhere else. This is second time renting and a third time is coming soon.
Great inventory and bikes to choose from. People are the best!!💓
Best dealer in socal by far
I just turned in a BMW K1200RT that was in near new condition with 19K miles on the odo after a 9 day road trip. (Already missing the bike.) Im always impressed with the customer service at OCM and this time I noted what great shape the bikes are in. No old beaters here! I really do enjoy renting from them. I cant wait for my next adventure.
This is a great place to rent motorcycles! Andrew and his team of people went above and beyond to get our bikes ready. Would rent here again!
Will not be returning for service. I have taken my bike here twice and both times they messed something up on the bike.Brought it in for a head gasket replacement and inspect the clutch. It took a week for them to even look at the bike. Another 2 weeks after that to complete a 3 hour job. When I got my bike back home, I inspected it before taking it to work the next morning. One of my starter bolts was almost completely fallen off from not being tightened, the exhaust gasket was not torqued down, my intake boot clamp was not tight (because they had stripped it out last time I brought it in) and they overfilled the PSI on my back tire by 4lbs. Clearly the techs do not have any pride in their work.To top that off, their employee at the front counter (Massimo) was completely unhelpful and rude when asked simple service followup questions.Only giving 2 stars because they technically completed the job.
My brother and I rented two bikes for a 3 day weekend from LA to San Fran. A Goldwing and a BMW RT. Very easy guys to deal with, made the process painless, and the bikes were great. Made for an enjoyable trip.I was skeptical about renting from a big company like Eagle Rider, I figured it would be a hassle and full of red tape, but it turned out just the opposite. I will rent from them again.
The guys at OC Motorcycle Rentals do an awesome job. I had the opportunity to stay an extra day on a recent business trip and rented an Indian Scout. The bike was ready and waiting for my early morning pick up, Jim helped me with a route plan to get up to Santa Monica and back down the Pacific Coast Highway. I will for sure be renting another bike from this shop and highly recommend them.
Due to their response, I’ll be editing this to a five star review, having the incorrect posted hours is a mistake and I appreciate their action.Original review: Weren’t open for the posted hours. Wasted time driving here.
I am 100% happy with my experiences at OC Motorcycle. Awesome people! If your looking for a mechanic that is going to service your bike correctly, this is the place.
This is a great shop ran by great people. You can’t go wrong when choosing OC Motorcycle for any of your needs!
Great EagleRider shop. Good selection of bikes and Adam was really terrific to deal with. Excellent customer service, will rent from again.
Awesome group of guys led by Jim. Best purchase and service experience. Definitely and highly recommend for any bike needs.
I didnt buy anything here but theyre no nonsense and earned my respect, especially for a dealership. Its a small shop but if you want an exotic italian bike, you must expect that.
