Best in class facility and best in class service, these are the guys that fix things that you wont notice and sometimes tell you. You get your bike back and bolts that were gone reappear, plastics that may have came apart are back together. They are awesome that is real service, they absolutely care about your machine.

This place is undeniably one of the coolest motorcycle shops I’ve ever seen. Not a big soulless emporium. Not a prissy little boutique. This review is for sales. Probably the best/easiest/ most straightforward vehicle purchase Ive ever done. Aaron was easy to deal with and pretty transparent about pricing. They were willing to negotiate and deal within reason. Sadly, my brand new bike with only 500 miles on it has sprung an oil leak, so Ill post a review on the service dept when resolved. Currently theyre diagnosing and talking with Ducati to try to figure it out. One thing I would ding them on, is that they probably should have offered me a loaner bike knowing that I live 2 hours away and my brand new $23K motorcycle is broken before Ive even made a single payment. But I wont hold it against them.Update: Service dept is great too. Ended up working with the dealership and Ducati North America to get my oil leak squared away. This shop is 100% first class. So long as I ride Ducatis, Ill never shop anywhere else.

I just purchased a Ducati Monster 821 from these guys. I am based in AZ and did the whole transaction through email and phone. Throughout the whole process they were super efficient and friendly. They expedited paperwork and were a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Id like to say that I was here to purchase a new motorcycle but, I just purchased a new RSV4 about a month ago. Sadly they no longer sell Aprilla here. Theyve expanded their Ducati sales to cover the whole floor space. They now have a very expansive Ducati representative. Some models I saw for the first time today: Ducati 916 Carl Fogarty 25th Anniversary Edition. Wow, what a beauty ! Most of all I came here to visit Sadie and the rest of the staff. Everyone here is kind and represents the motorbike community well. If youre looking for new Ducati look no further, you will always feel like family here !

I went in to just look at a used bike that I saw they posted online. I ended up buying a new Speed Triple R. The price was impossible to match anywhere else and the knowledge of the staff was top notch. I dont want to say they talked me into the bike, but Im glad they did. I was back in two weeks for the first scheduled service as I was putting the miles on quick. Their service department was quick, and staff friendly.

A really Nice place to know if You are a Ducati or a motorbike fan. We went with our family and had the pleasure to have the very komd attention of Sues, they offered us a seat, coffee, and sodas while we saw the whole place.

These guys are in a perpetual state of awesome. I purchased my 2014 Street Triple R here, friendly sales who are willing to help with anything you need, service department is the best Service department I have ever visited. Everything is done in a timely manner. I stopped by for my chain adjustment this morning, 20 minutes later I was out the door on a cleaner bike than I came in with, a freshly lubed chain and properly adjusted. Ive been in for oil changes, tire changes, advice and accessories and everything is always spot on, I dont have enough nice words for the awesome staff at this location.

Thanks Daniel and the rest of the friendly staff for taking take of me today....Im on an extended trip around the US and it was time for the 10k service on my Triumph Explorer so I called a few days in advance for an appointment. Being on the road I have nothing to go by but other reviews so I took a chance based on a bunch of great comments and was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and engaged. They had a comfortable waiting area that was an easy place to spend a few hours. They watched over my gear while I went out and walked around. They were very accomodating. I knew what it would cost when I went in and thats what it was. Daniel, in particular was great and he offered to be there for me if I needed parts or troubleshooting or whatever while on the road as did one of the techs who I chatted with independently. As far as Im concerned, if youre in the greater LA area go to Ducati Triumph Newport Beach.

Ive gone to visit this store twice over four months and exchanged about 3 emails with their staff. On both occasions I went in, Ducati of Newport were extremely rude. I felt they they were dishonest and willing to employ all kinds of shady sales tactics. Aaron quoted me at an unbelievable price over email and pulled a bait and switch when I arrived in person (a $4000 difference from what was stated in the email). When I tried to make my case, the salesman began berating me with irrelevant details to get the price he wanted. Initially he gave me some legal reasons why he couldnt make any sale. A few sentences later, he can, but only at his price. Fair enough. I left both times without making any purchases. Would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

The entire gang over at Ducati Newport Beach is top notch! My personal experience has been with Nick (mechanic), Adrian (service/part mgr), Aaron (sales), Brandon and Daniel in parts and of course Mike. These guys always take care of me and I am thankful to have a dealer who gets it in the area.

Fantastic dealership, no-pressure selling, top-notch parts and service department. I went to DNB to buy my first motorcycle. For a few weeks I would come by the store and sit on different bikes, asking the staff a hundred questions and not once was I ever pressured into making a purchase. When I finally decided on the bike I wanted and came in to buy it, someone else had just purchased it an hour earlier. Instead of pushing me on a different color or model, they called up other local dealers to find me the exact bike I wanted. Thats awesome - not many dealers have that type of mindset. I came back to them six months later and bought my second bike from them. The mechanics on hand and the parts department are extremely knowledgable and will walk you through any ideas or questions you may have. You can trust the work they do on your bike with 100% confidence. Check them out if you havent already.

Walked in with cash in back pocket to buy 821 on 8/6/2016.Ignored for 30 minutes. Had to approach a sales person.When started asking questions, only got 2 or 3 word responses.I was probably ignored because I probably looked like I didnt have money and they assumed I was just window shopping.With that kind of treatment, wouldnt trust anything they would sell me.Dont waste your time. Go to down to San Diego and get some actual customer service.

A big thank you to Ducati of Newport Beach for going above and beyond! I am leaving in two days for a week long motorcycle trip and needed a new face shield for my helmet to replace mine which recently got a large scratch. No store had it in stock due to Shoei being back ordered but Gabe at Ducati NB sold me one off a helmet in inventory. He will replace it when the backorder comes in. Now I will have a clear view on my 2,000+ mile trip!

Great shop friendly staff. Came in with no appointment with a 796 that had a botched repair from an out of state shop. DNB diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. Charged me a fair rate and Im back on the road. My new #1 socal stop for duc needs.

Bought my bike at Southern California Ducati, I do everything on my 2010 848 here. The service is outstanding, I would buy my next bike here seeing as Chris is the guy who helped me out at Brea and is who I have bought all three of my Ducatis from. Will always be honest with you here. Best shop hands down.
